We are not the first time we buy for ourselves, we are very satisfied, they always tell us everything and advise what we like, so we recommend it
I returned something after 30 days and received a gift card -- not a problem. But when I used the gift card on a huge order and returned a small portion of the order within 30 days, they gave me another gift card. I asked why I didn't receive a refund to my credit card, and they said they refund the gift card first. So if I bought $10,000 in new stuff and returned one item, they'd pay me back in a gift card again. So it's an endless loop of never being able to use the gift card if I return anything from a new order, no matter how large the new order is. Garbage policy. Annoying little scam.
This was my first time ordering and it all went smoothly. The shoes didn't fit so I returned them and waiting on my refund

I ordered the wrong size and when I called "Customer Service" I was told I couldn't return the order and get a replacement but rather I was required to get a refund and then start a new order all over again. I have decided to get my shoes from a deiierent company since you don't choose to work more easily with your customers.

I ordered two shoes through paypal. I sent two transactions but they claim they only received one. I only received one item. Open a paypal dispute and they claimed the tracking number for the 1st order for the 2nd order as well. I lost the dispute because they cheated the system! STAY AWAYYY
I'm a senior runner and walker. I've only used the shoes one time and they appeared to feel a little stiff. I will agree though that they should feel better after several more tries.
