It amazes me how im reading all these reviews on people receiving their shoes and I've been waiting almost a week and a half. They have not yet shipped my package. I will never order from them again.im starting to think these reviews are written by the workers. Cause this is the worst customer service along with shipping. Smh

Both polos I received were clearly marked M as I ordered but they are enormous, way bigger than any other M polo I own. Basically unwearable. The $6.50 restocking fee just adds insult to injury. Probably won't be ordering anything again.

Prices were good and delivery quick even if it was split into two orders for some reason. Guessing they came from different warehouses and wasn't a problem. Only glitch is using the website isn't as intuitive as I'd like making it cumbersome going back and forth from searched items and product page. Other than that, I'll probably shop here again.

Overall very satisfied, but did not get initial emaiil confirming purchase. Also thought boots were about 20 dollars to high. L have. Any boots, and know about price and quality. Great leather foot covering features like carpet. Again just a general evaluation of one man's thoughts.

Delivery was prompt, BearClaw slippers arrived in great condition, but I should've ordered one size larger. Will likely be OK after stored a while with shoe horns inside. Your price was very satisfactory

Delivery person ignored plainly seen and read sign, "Go to back deck, please". Walking to the back deck causes only 3 additional steps.

First of all, I could not go in my account and asked for a reset so I could get into it to track my shipment. She replied and gave me a temp password which didnt work and it was never fixed. Then a few days after I received my sandals, they did not fit properly my little toe stuck out of them the straps across were too high (Bass gladiator sandals) to keep my toes in. I tried to contact them via email for return 3 times now and no one responds.(funny how they responded about resetting my password before) What sucks is being Canadian, it costs more for us exchange on money, duty etc. To have a company not live up to their return policy really is not right, looks like Im stuck with these poor designed sandals. This company should be stayed away from completely.

I have ordered several pairs of shoes from this site. The selection and prices are great. Just that one case where I ordered a pair that was produced a couple of years back, the original box and wrapping paper were torn. This was a limited run and special edition. No biggie, will continue shopping at Shoebacca.

Found exactly what I wanted and the price was right. Placed the order online using the PayPal option. So convenient. My shoes were delivered in a couple of days. I'm so glad I found Shoebacca. This will just be my first order. There are so many shoes to choose from. My whole family can use Shoebacca.

Bought some shoes, tried them on around the house, they turned out to be too narrow. I returned them, and they only gave me half credit, claiming that "I did not return them in perfect condition."

They are a bunch of assclowns, liars, and deceptive idiots. I recommend you don't bother. Buy from famous footwear instead.

The shopping, purchase, shipping were spot on... couldn't be happier. The shoes themselves are almost perfect... like the color, material, sole, but... the toe box is just a tad tight. I've been wearing them since I got them hoping my toes will learn to cooperate but 3 days in and I'm still having the same discussion. These are standard width which is what I normally wear... maybe I should have gotten wide. For anyone with cranky toes you might consider getting a little wider or maybe a little longer. Otherwise,happy as a clam!

I had not been able to order my favorite Grasshoppers Janey 2 leather lace ups in black size 8.5 for months from Grasshoppers out if stock. I got a white pair which was ok for summer. Finally I started looking elsewhere and they were available at Shoebaca. They shipped immediately and arrived as specified. The real deal.

Made a purchase through Amazon and they shipped the wrong size. Contacted shoebacca and the girl/customer service rep. Was rude, didn't listen nor offered to solve the issue. In fact, she was rude from the very beginning, guessing, maybe she doesn't like her job! She has bad customer skills, and no human relations. I will NEVER EVER order from this company again! Also, will let all my associates and family know not to order as well. There are far too many competition for any customer to experience what I did over something so simple and to be mistreated and disrespected towards.

These Lucchese oxfords are the real deal! And at only $84, I'm impressed by their quality & comfort (though I shouldn't be since the list price was over $600). I have very delicate feet and normally only can wear "comfort" shoes- but I now have stylish yet comfortable shoes.

They arrived promptly in perfect condition. I will definitely order from Shoebacca again!

With so many negative reviews, I very warily bought some boots from this place. And I'm glad I did! They arrived today (less than a week after I placed the order), and are exactly as described. I wish I could give them an extra half-star for thinking up the name "Shoebacca." Genius!

One little thing - I hadn't realized that my order had shipped until yesterday because they never included a tracking number on my order history. But it turns out that they had emailed me a shipping notification and track number; I just didn't see it. :)

In the beginning the website moved slowly and froze several times I unsure if I was charged twice in error. I was only charged once the product is just as pictured. Came nicely boxed, arrived SUPER fast. My free gift is amazing I wore it almost immediately! I have to return my shoe due to size only! I will definitely shop here again!

The shoes came very quickly. Most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. Unbelievably light. So much cushion. It's like I'm walking on clouds! PERFECT for the gym and jogging/running. I just wouldn't take them on any dirt roads.

Found Shoebacca thru a Google search when looking for a couple pairs of Harley Davidson boots for my wife and me. Not only did Shoebacca have the boots for both of us in stock, but on sale and (most importantly) available in the rare "wide" version I need for my Fred Flintstone feet. First time using this merchant. I had a good experience. My shoes came a day earlier than expected with the free stuff arriving the following day. Thank you so much shoebacca for the free powerbank & cord. I just wish you have more choices in brand but I'll make sure to check your site before buying somewhere else next time.

What a horrible experience. Placed an order and received email confirmation. After waiting 5 business days and receiving no shipping notification I decided to call and inquire. I was told that there is a slight delay and it will be shipped within 24 hours. After 24 hours still nothing. Same thing repeated over the course of 4 days (10 days total from the order date). Finally after much arguments they finally admitted that they are not shipping anything. Most likely the item wasn't even in stock. Never again Shoebacca.

. When I opened box, shoes were so pretty and bright color. Then I went to put the other shoe on and it was a second left show.do these people not check the boxes to make sure they are both the right size and a left and right foot shoe. I ordered another pair of shoes for my husband before my tennis shoes, they never came, I called shoebacca and they shipped me another pair.im sorry but when you have to pay so much for the shoes and sometimes shipping, we would like for the order to be right. Its too much trouble to return.
