Product was not shipped. Refund was never issued although it was requested many times. Customer service is horrible and they do not respond to issues. I tried to deal with them for too long and could not deny their payment through my credit card because too much time had lapsed. I learned my lesson. If I don't get a product in 2 weeks, I will cancel through my credit card. These people are horrible.
