Last week I bought heelss for me, that was pretty cool. I'm highly satisfied with their service. So I always recommend shoespie to my friends and families

What's really going on with this company? I believe there are something that's not right. I placed my order on line 12th of May 2015 now it's 13th of June 2015. Still no shipment now there is a problem here I have sent several emails no responsive. So I decides to call no answer. When I went on line to tried to get a tracking information zero information so I decide to see if I would chat live with someone bingo! Spoken with a lady name Medoly which told me my tracking # which I went on line to track guess mistake nothing was founded I would like a refund and the website shut down because it's a fake! My order # is ******* my tracking

I purchased two pairs of shoes from Shoespie on March 4,2015 (Order #*******) and still to this day, have not received my order. I have emailed them several times and with each response (with broken English), they have told me that my shoes are being made to order and will ship out in five days or three days, etc. What the $#*! did I order here, a Fast Food meal? I am so disgruntled that I don't know what to do. I have my bank investigating the issue as I type this complaint. After working hard this tax season, I don't appreciate them just taking my money and not delivering a product. I am going to do everything I can, including getting my attorneys involved. I have already started the process of their investigating this company or so called company.

And another thing that stood out to me, what real, legit company uses PayPal to conduct business? Macy's, Belk, Nordstrom, and other companies with websites don't even use PayPal to run a business. This sounds like a Home Based Scam to me; someone working from their living room in their pajamas taking people's hard earned money while sitting on their asses laughing at us. Well, I will have the last laugh when it's all over! And I have kept every email that has been sent to me from their fake as Representatives with only first names.

And yes Shoespie, please respond to this message and while your at it put my $145.08 back into my account, you have the order number above!

I haven't bought from them but i have a friend who did. They ripped her off. I was looking at the reviews to see what was up but surprisingly they rate pretty well. Then after reading reviews on MORE THAN ONE review site I see that some reviews are repeated. Copied and pasted by different "customers" and the wording is off in many of the high reviews smh how DISGUSTING that a company would pay to get fake reviews over simply giving the customers their moneys worth. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE HACKS.

I already crab legs in January I paid for them I ordered 15 lb also I did not receive anything this is a total scam I've reported them to the better Business bureau and I'm following suit with this cuz it was over $100 I am going after these people they've scammed so many people they're making a fortune off of us do not trust his company they do not get back with you or anything don't order anything from them sad and sick that they have to count on us for money to scam us like that shame on us for thinking it was true we were getting a deal no deal at all

Shoes on this website are great! They look just like the pictures and were delivered really quickly. I'm just really happy with my purchase and would definitely buy again.

It looks stylish in the picture, so I ordered it, never thought it would be so great, certainly a perfection to me, thanks for your product and kind services.

I placed my order on feb 2nd for 4 items I recorded just one item and today is April 4th and I haven't received the rest yet. I email customer service and receive zero response. Very disappointing

I ordered my shoes on Dec 17th. It is now January 26th and I still have not received them. I had to call and find out why it was taking so long but ofcourse that didn't help because I still didn't get my pair at a reasonable time (I still haven't seen them)
I have NEVER experienced such lack of care and accountability from any retailer before until I came across shoespie. I will NEVER order from them again.

Every 5 star review I read on Shoespie is in broken English. You know the Chinese employees of Shoespie are writing them. DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THE GOOD REVIEWS. EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS WEBSITE IS HORRIBLE. I can't say enough bad things about the ugly shoes I received and the bad CS.

When i purchased my shoes from shoespie on March 31,2015 it said that it takes 8-12 days to process shoes after the payment has been recieved and then 2-8 days to recieve them. I got an email confirming the payment was recieved on the morning of april 1,2015. And my shoes still hbe not been shipped and i have prom on april 24th of next week. But my shoes still have not been shipped my order number is *******.

I will suggest visiting shoespie.com every time because you always get something new and it is also affordable for you. So keep shopping and enjoy as I do.

This company is a complete fraud. I placed an order back in January. I received the shoes in March. Before opening the box I smelled the loud chemical oder. Then opening the box revealed these extremely cheaply made shoes that look nothing like the photo. I immediately request a full refund. They have a nerve to ask for photos as if they don't know they're purposely ripping customers off. Please stay away from this site and keep your money! You are not getting what's in the pictures. Their product looks nothing like the pic and they are seeing how many people they can fool and keep your money. Please report them!
***My response to Shoespie's reply... Yes I've been in contact via several emails. After sending photos of the item you agreed to refund me after I pay more money to have them shipped back to your company. They already scammed me out of $77.61. Now they want me to pay to ship the plastic horribly made shoes back to them. Now they stopped answering my emails requesting for a pre paid shipping label. Please don't believe them. They are not trying to work with me. They just want money continue to fraud people out of their money!

The shoes I received was very cool and just as the picture, also it fits me so well. In fact, I wore it today. My cousin said will also order one. Thanks, I think. Your shipping is also great!

I live in Denmark, i bought some shoes and got a lot of sms durring the sending, that was really good, got them as promised all the way from Asian. Can only say, buy from Shoespie:-)

This company is so bad. My order arrived after over 2 months. Boots were too small. I sent them over 20 emails asking for return address, would always get back general email with no answer. I called them million times, phone always busy. Forgot to say, sent them email with order number, photos, all they asked for and still no answer. Finally i got hold of them on the phone and Marisa/customer service told me somebody will get back to me in 5 hours with return address, i was soooo upset. Went to post office today to return them, return would cost me $38, boots cost me $45. So 3 months later i am stuck with stupid boots of such a poor quality and too small in size. This is crazy, when you are ordering it doesn't say they come from China. Never, NEVER EVER again. Horrible quality, long wait, horrible customer service. I want them to pay for returning this boots and i want my money back. This is unbelievable. I will make sure to spread my voice to as many people and companies i know not to order anything from them. What a rip off. Shame on you shoespie, shame on you.
