I purchased a pair of shoes for my wife on Shoespie.com for about $80.00. They took about a month to arrive. The shoes that we received were not at all like the ones pictured on their site. They were a different color and had completely different color sole as well as being much to large and very cheaply made. Also, they smelled so badly of paint and glue that we had to put them in the garage because of the odor. No possible way you could wear them even if they did fit.
I contacted Sheospie to return them (they do not give you an address when you purchase them and only after you ask to return them do they tell you that you will need to sent them back to China at your own expense). They said that we could keep them and they will give us money off of the next order. As if I would spend more money on the junk they send. Sending them back would cost about 40 bucks. They know you will probably not send back the shoes and then they win. They are scam artists. Beware! There are reviews by others on youtube.com that may help. The youtube video shows the junk shoespie.com sends you. There is no way a company this bad would stay in business in the U.S.A.
Be very careful about the glowing 5 star reviews on here. Read them carefully. They sound WAY to good to be true. Notice that there are basically only two types of ratings- 5 star and 1 star and nothing between. Bit fishy don't you think?

Nice girly flat boots, trendy color and classy looks in the boots. Shoespie is a perfect shopping site, excellent shoes in a good price. Highly recommend.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from shoes pie early Feb 2016 its now March and I havnt heard a thing from them only the email they sent emediatly claiming the order went through, I emailed them only to be told it was Chinese New year and that was the delay that was 2 weeks ago. I order thingsfrom Germany England they normalll take 3 maybe 4 days. Shoespie must send by cargo ship any way I have been intouch with pay pal and I purchased as a guest, shoespie have been given 10 days to respond otherwise I get a full refund.
What a complete waist of time looking through thier web page selecting then a very long wait. Just to let you know Shoespie shopping should be a pleasurable experience wether shopping on line or in a department store. You as a supplier of goods shoulld look after ypur customers as if they were gold because its us that buy and keep you in business.

Edited Post""" After 6 months of painful correspondence problem has now been resolved thanks to sitejabber review. Immediately I was appointed a helpful representive named Summer and she worked to resolve the issue. Each person has their own experiences with shoespie. This was mine! Unfortunately I will not deal with them again despite the incredible range they have.

Original review - If I could rate lower I would. 3 months later and I'm still trying to get a resolve on my returned item that was initially not processed. It was only when I contacted them two weeks later to get an update they realised it wasn't processed and assured me it would still make it in time for the special event (21st) - of course it wasn't and arrived one week late.
Then the wrong size was sent, so a $6 compensation was offered upon return of shoes. I finally got them to $10, sent shoes back to address given and three months later, after a novel of email correspondence and patronising responses from the representatives. I still have no resolve and shoes have been track to their local post office and just sitting there, waiting collection.

Shoes look beautiful, slightly cheap feel to them. However definitely not worth the frustration in dealing with the staff.

My experience with ShoesPie has been all positive. The prices are great, the shipping rates were reasonable, and the items are as described! I would buy again and recommend it to my friends!

ORDERED SHOES 4/21/15 - TODAY IS 6/1/2015 AND STILL NO SHOES. I have communicated with Shoespie over 6+ as of today. To NO avail, I still have not received my shoes. The representative had the audacity to email me a fictitious USPS Tracking number on 5/25/15 (no trackable number) and claim that I will receive my shoes shortly. NOT! NO SHOES. The representative also requested that I remove the negative reviews that I posted relinquishing the truth about Shoespie company. And further said that I will receive a refund... hmmmmmmm, it doesn't make sense to me. Am I going to receive the shoes which I ordered or am I getting a refund, or am I getting a refund AND the shoes for free? Highly unlikely that either will happen. I wore these boots today to my friend’s wedding party. Needless to say, I looked graceful and attracted a lot of attention. The price tag of these boots was very friendly for my shoestring budget.
