I don't know why I trusted this website... It was so costly and not worth it! I would never recommend anyone to purchase from shoes pie! Clearly they do not know how make or replicate shoes and the 5 star reviews are lies. It took two months for me too receive the crap they made. It would be straight up embarrassing to wear in these in public and I would never try to resell these to anyone. But seriously for others out there who are considering ordering please hear my warning not worth the money and headache! -_-

I am living a nightmare with this company! I bought a pair of heels on 5th of April and I paid extra for a faster delivery and it supposed to be delivered in 8 days and it took 22 days! I claimed because of that and they just dodge the issue and replied my email full of words saying absolutely nothing. I sent again another email and finally they told me they went to refund my money betwen 5-15 days but they didn't clarify if that money will be refunded into my credit card or if they will kept my money as a credit in my Shoespie account which is the same than not receive the money.
The second part of my nightmare was when I saw what I received :( WHAT A FAKE IMITATION OF THE HEEL SHOWED ON ITS WEBSITE! THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT IS UNVELIEVABLE POOR! THE ONLY SIMILAR TO THE HEELS ADVERTISED IS THE COLOUR.
SHOES IMPOSSIBLE TO FIT AS THEY ARE VERY VERY BAD MADE.
I am sending to them emails claiming my money back for a CLEARLY FAULTY PRODUCT and attatching pictures of the rubish received but they just avoid to answer my questions and they are suggesting me to pay for another pair of shoes plus the shipping to return these ones! That is incredible! Please feel free to send me an email if you need more information and I will send you pictures of the product received and also I will send you all the emails received from them to show you how they just dodge the issue and try customer give up the claim because of exhaustion.
