I have ordered from this site several times. I have only ever had one issue which they handled professionally and quickly. Their shoes are a great price and quality.My family really like this shoes. My mom always let me buy a new. I will order from them later on.

I was looking to buy loafers but i couldnt find one near canada so i ended up ordering online from shoespie for the first time. Ordered it about 2 weeks ago and i Got my loafers today and i love them. Fits perfectly. Thanks for the right size shoespie :) i cant be more satisfied. I work for long hours and I always go in search of comfortable heels due to the nature of my job. I love this heels because it's so comfortable like they're custom made for me. Apart from the unique and lovely great designs which always complements my outfit, I get no injuries or toe cramps because the heels are cushioned well to give a good posture when walking. I just love the heels and glad I bought it.

I love my boots, they look so sweet and furry. My feet set in them so easily, true to size and they are super comfortable. I received the product on time. Very similar as another my favorite online store shoespie, all is first class store.

What Great Customer service from Shoespie. I had a problem with a charge and they took care of it in a timely and professional way. I ordered a pair of shoes to wear for my Birthday celebration and it is Beautiful. Be sure and order any of the shoes by your measurements when looking at the sizes and not by your normal size. I'm glad I did and the shoes fit perfectly. I can't wait for another occasion to come up so that I can order another item.

I order $300 worth of shoes from this company and it took over a month for me to receive the 1st pair. All the shoes are cheaply made and sizing are not correct. If you rub the fake leather to hard it will come off. I asked for a refund and they are saying I have to pay for return shipping plus they won't give your full refund so they keep some off your money just for ordering their garbage shoes. This company is a SCAM. Spend your hardworking money with a company that deserves it.

If you need to return and get a refund good luck! $ 45 to return shoes and then get the run around NEVER again!:(
Have done all they asked... still waiting ready to give up my only compensation is that I may save one of you from trusting this company as I did

I paid for shoes and when I got them, they were defective. Shoespie stated they don't accept returns and refused to even give me a return shipping address. I threatened to contact Paypal and only then did they ask for pictures of the damaged shoes. Customer Service confirmed the shoes were defective, but they refused to give me a full refund. I paid $72 and they offered $28, and would not pay for return shipping. I have all their correspondences on email and have since contacted Paypal's fraud department! BUYER BEWARE. I truly think that some of the positive reviews on here are from the companies employees, because this whole ordeal was a nightmare!

Quality of the leather, which was the manufacturer's defect, not shoespie. Their prices are reasonable, the selection is great, shipping is super fast, and the sizing reviews helped quite a bit. I'll definitely be buying more from shoespie in the future.

The shoes I received looked anything like what was being advertised. And I can't get anyone on the phnom or via email because all I get an auto response. Some one needs to get Facebook to take down their Web page.

Always the focus on party. I had worried about difficulty of walking on such thin heels, they turn out firm and comfy. Shape of the shoes are very special. I like them. Hope to see more unique shoes on this site.

I just received what I thought would be my wedding shoes. When they finally came in they were nothing like the picture! The quality is disgusting. It honestly looks like my 2 year old niece made them. The strand of rhinestones is completely crooked and even falling off. They were supposed to have a pretty bow on the back. It is just fabric folded over on itself and glued there, which you can see the glue. Now that I'm trying l return them I was offered a whole $10 and I can keep the shoes to sell to my friends. That is the most absurd offer I have ever heard. Sam has been awful to deal with. I have emailed at least 5 times and still haven't gotten the return address. Do not ever order from this site. They are horrific knock offs and it will cause you the biggest headache!

My shoes just arrived and i love them! I was skeptical about buying online, now i cannot wait to wear them for my wedding. I normally do not wear high heeled shoes but these are very comfortable. Thank you!

Cannot get the return address from them. Been trying since before Christmas. They just keep sending form e mails. 5 pairs of shoes were ordered in Nov. Only 1 made it for Christmas. 1st were damaged in shipping. Sent from China in only the shoe box, no packing. Shoes looked nothing like the picture. Very cheap and very high. Very cheap stripper shoes and ugly. Second pair are 2 different sizes but marked with the same size. 3rd pair that were $75.00 looked nothing like the picture, are stop a clock ugly and very cheap. The 4th pair are ok for jeans but nothing to write about. Customer service in terrible. Will not answer direct questions. Will not supply a RTV and return address. Their site tells you 100% happy or money back. Good luck. They don't state what year you might see a refund.
AGAIN, BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU MIGHT GET LUCKY.

I've purchased a few items and only once had to return due to sizing issues. Liked the 'free shipping' until I realized the free ship cost is built into the price of the otherwise costly item. Still, I was never disappointed by the quality of their goods.

I have nothing but the best experience with Shoespie. Not only does your purchase arrive practically next day, but if you have a return, it is the easiest process and free. Amazing company and customer service. I would recommend to everyone!

Shoespie is legit, there is a reason they have so many positive reviews. I ordered 4 pairs of shoes so far from them, and I will continue. I had a question about an order and I actually got a live person on the phone! So rare these days. This is one site I definitely trust.
