Shoespie is the best online retail store with the best customer service ever! They treat you well even on returns. They do everything they can to make your purchase enjoyable. I shop with shoespie every chance I get. If they have it, I buy from them.

This is a scam, all positive reviews must be written by fake reviewers.

They lie about material (their shoes are not made from real leather), they lie about shipping... If you find out in time and you want to cancel your purchase they don't offer you a full refund. And if you file a claim at paypal.com they try to scam you again by saying that they will only do a refund if you cancel your claim. And then loose your buyer's protection?! Hahah, who are you fooling?! Thanks to PayPal's excellent customer service I finally got my money back after 7 weeks!

It's the time of the year and I needed boots and Shoespie had a good deal going. I easily found what I was looking for - very self-explanatory. I have been a member since October and the selections given by the style expert were awesome. Also, the quality is great and I love it.

I ordered my normal size and they fit perfectly. I normally find shoes with high heels difficult to fit my feet, often they fit weird. This was not the issue with this as it was bespoke! I must mention that the entire ordering process was hitch-free and shipping was done in time as promised. Will shop again!

I purchased theses shoes 2 weeks prior to me leaving for my Miami trip. I really really wish that I didn't. The shoes came 3 weeks after I ordered and I paid for expedited delivery. I bought about 5 pair of shoes, all different styles, I spent at least $250-$350 on these ugly $#*! shoes, cheap $#*! shoes. Shoes look like they came from the dollar store racks. Online the shoes look beautiful, but omg when I opened those damn boxes and saw those monstrosity's these $#*!s call shoes, I could have cried because I knew my money was wasted and more importantly my time. The shoes are poorly made, and they look like two left shoes. Who tf do yall think would wear these stupid looking $#*! shoes. I know who should wear them, yall mothers should. The shoes are impossible to walk in, and they look hideous. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I hope you get sued for every dime you stole!

This company is ripping people off. Their products don't exist. They take your money instantly and then never send you what you ordered. DO NOT PURCHASE - it has to be a scam. These $#*!s are just banking on all our money and their return policy is ridiculously bad. STAY AWAY!

Shoespie is a rip off! I bought over 500 dollars worth of shoes, 5 Pairs precisely and i got a very cheap quality. Far from what they hve on their website. This is insane. Can not encourage anyone to buy frfom them.

Not 5 stars only cos it took just over a month to receive the goods. The online chat is a bot so completely useless and honestly i thought I got scammed. A bit more reading the FAQs and apparently they make it on order. Huh.

Well, I eventually got my shoes and they are absolutely the best. Good quality work (guess this is based on luck going by other reviews), good material and sole. Will def buy again.

One thing to be wary of is that the ankle part (i got ankle boot heels) are small. Like a perfect fit. So this is perfect for skinnier legs or asians, as western boots always had MASSIVE ankle holes. If you don't have slim ankles - be warned =P

I was impressed by the latest collection of shoes you offer at shoespie. From the pictures of shoes displayed in your site, I realize that you have different colors and designs. I also realized that you offer discounts according to the amount of orders one has made. I have not personally bought anything from you but I would like to order 2 shoes: one for my homecoming party and another one for my evening pleasures especially for weekends.

Excellent! Never any problems encountered. Usually place an order and receive it 10 days later. Quality of shoes are usually great! Returns, if there are any, are usually easy to do. Love, love, love this company! And most importantly, there is a LIVE person to speak to if the need arises. Alot of online companies can learn from this site's customer service procedures!

I ordered and paid 79.11 pounds for shoes on this website since 30th of April, this is June 13. Nothing delivered and couldn't get my money back, PayPal absolutely useless, do not order from this website. They are fraudulent. BE WARNED
