I don't know why I trusted this website... It was so costly and not worth it! I would never recommend anyone to purchase from shoes pie! Clearly they do not know how make or replicate shoes and the 5 star reviews are lies. It took two months for me too receive the crap they made. It would be straight up embarrassing to wear in these in public and I would never try to resell these to anyone. But seriously for others out there who are considering ordering please hear my warning not worth the money and headache! -_-

I don't know why I trusted this website... It was so costly and not worth it! I would never recommend anyone to purchase from shoes pie! Clearly they do not know how make or replicate shoes and the 5 star reviews are lies. It took two months for me too receive the crap they made. It would be straight up embarrassing to wear in these in public and I would never try to resell these to anyone. But seriously for others out there who are considering ordering please hear my warning not worth the money and headache! -_-

Made a purchase, spur of the moment, Paypal. Never received the item, emailed them to tell them how unhappy I was, especially after I read the reviews. They offered me an 8% discount off my next order. How are these companies able to operate? Advertise on Facebook? Advertise anywhere? I've learned my lesson. Just a quick glance on here let me know I was just another sucker. You can no longer enjoy a casual love affair with online shopping, clicking on what you like and impulse buying. You now have to google the site, see if they are legitimate and then close out your shopping cart or run for the hills. Its Bull$#!%. Well played ShoesPie, well Played...

I ordered a pair of boots for my fiance. A month later I get an email stating they we're out of stock. She didn't want any other boots on the site so I declined the opportunity to pick a new item. It's been five months now and a ridiculous amount of emails asking for a refund - all of which get no response. This is robbery and bad Business ethics. You can't just take someone's money like that. I'm highly displeased with this company.

Giving 1 star since that's the lowest option available. Very disappointed with the delays the company can make. The prices are exorbitant to be a spam. Ordered Sandals more than 4 months back and I haven't received them yet. Firstly, the package was shipped after a month from order date and then it got lost somewhere. After a thread of email to the customer service, I was asked to pay for shipping again. Now, the second shipment is not on the correct address. I don't think I would ever get what I ordered.

Okay. Its been over 2 months and I still have not received my product. They must have given Pay Pal some bogus tracking info because Pay Pal seem to believe the product has been delivered. Super pissed. This company is an absolute scam.

RUN! Oh yes, their website is beautiful and the products look lovely. The problem is, the pictures of their products and the actual product are not even the same. I bought a pair of boots. I think they took a picture of some very nice top end boots and then they replicated them. Totally different heal - PLASTIC - the absolute worst looking things you've ever seen. My friends and I have actually been laughing about it. Customer service suggested that I give them to a friend as a gift. I wouldn't give these to an enemy as a gift. I'm having my credit card company reverse the payment to save me the hassle of trying to return them. Look at the photos. Can you guess which ones I got in the mail?

BAD, BAD, BAD. CHEAP materials, no sign of real leather anywhere. HORRIBLE return policy. Basically they don't take returns unless you take a video of any defect, and if it's just not to your satisfaction, that's just too bad, and they basically say that if you read their return policy before you buy.
It took over a month for the delivery, they probably send them out late so you can't back out of your credit card payment. So what i got was a plastic shoe for 100.00.
I'm so angry, i will not be bothered wasting my time trying to even get a return. I will throw them in the trash. Too bad, because their styles are really cute.
Buyer beware. I have already started to spread the word on facebook.
I am leery of all the five star ratings they seem to have on this site. These shoes are so bad, someone even made a youtube video about them. I just wish i had checked it out before i spent my hard earned money of them.

I bought items from this site, took over a month to receive. No customer service number to reach anyone. Sent several emails about my order, no response. When my order finally arrived, I was shocked with what I saw. The materials does not look as quality as what they posted on their website. I received inferior materials, no sure anyone will get back to me if I return them plus cost of sending it. One of the dresses I bought is shorter in length than what they posted on their web site. I regretted ever ordering dresses from them

Complete scam! Do not order! Money came right out, but they gave me a fake order number, sent me one successful payment email. Never heard from them again! Oh wait only emails promoting there fake items! Oh and they charged a international and delivery fee. Horrible! God will deal with them one day, karma is real!

Paid for these shoes over 2 weeks ago and it still says waiting for payment. Contacted "customer service" many times with no answer. DO NOT order from these thieves. Just look at YouTube reviews if you are actually lucky enough to receive shoes.

*** UPDATE*** it's been a year and no shoes.

Paid money, never received any product and this is months number 3. And it was paid off my card CLEARLY to shoespi.com.if they kept the money I paid from 100 other people,they would have 5000 free dollars.

Shoes took AGES to arrive (and arrived separately) and were of very poor quality and cheap materials. The customer service team delayed providing the location and details for returning the shoes (which I had to pay for postage despite one pair being faulty), took over a year of numerous emails to get a refund. They refused to have a supervisor contact me. Will never use again, super dodgy.

This by far is the worst pair of shoes EVER! The ankle scrap was made from plastic, I could literally cut it with my scissors and So big that it could fit around a horses ankle! The glue was not smoothed out on the edge of the shoes. It looked like a science project... really! I am so disappointed... because the shoes were so cute online. That was worse 82 bucks I've ever spent, not worth me sending back to china! Never again! So sad

I wrote a review about Shoespie over a week ago. I expressed how horrible my experience. And you will see a rep (from their company) gives me this soupy sorry, please give me your order number so i can review your account. I responded, not with what she asked of. I sent her the entire history of my experience. Copy and pasted from teh first contact down to the last. That was 1 week ago. I have not heard a peep from them since. And please do not be fooled by the reviews with 5 stars posted just days apart with all the adoration. They do not have 1 order that is delivered that close to comment every day (something to think about, when posting phony reviews).

Tip for consumers:
Do not, waste your time.

Horrible customer service, I complaint in this site and they reply "please remove your comment about us before we mail your shoes. How about give me back my money you thief. I will report this to police and border custom.

9 weeks since ordering and paying and get told my shoes are being made for me. Do they really think we are that stupid that every pair they sell are made to order. Asked for refund and got told can't be done as they are in manufacture. Said i would have to speak to manager but she was in bed and can't come to the phone. Stinks of a con and after reading reviews on here i doubt i will ever see shoes or my money again. I'm even wondering if the good reviews on here are fake as many of the good reviews have never commented on any other business so why would you come to site jabber just to leave a review for a company you are totally happy with. Thats smells to me

I ordered boots in Jan, finally got them in March... they looked nothing like the ones I ordered - in fact I think they take so long because they copy each order... but wrong leather, wrong laces, wrong look and feel generally! Then I disputed it, and I had to send them back to China at a cost of $49! Still haven't got my refund... Don't use these people!

I have paid over $100 for a pair of shoes and $25 for expedited services and I'm still waiting. I HATE that I ordered my shoes for an event online. I'll never shop with this company again. Didn't notice you can't call them until I needed to. Still awaiting an email response.

Today is April 15,2016 and still only empty broken promises from Shoe Pie. They have ignored my requests for a refund. Shoe Pie is a THIEF! Anytime you take someone's money for merchandise and you have both, that's theft! I ordered in February, paid $570+ and have nothing! Do not under any circumstances order from them. I recommend 6 pm.com

DO NOT Purchase any shoes from shoespie.com. I purchased a shoe and the shoes they sent was completely different from what they advertised on their website. Now I am emailing them to get a return address so I can get a refund, and it has been weeks and no one has responded. The other reviews from this site are from fake accounts. Find reviews from other sites and you ill see that they should be band from selling shoes in the US

Spend almost £90 for a plastic pair of shoes. Do not expect to get the item on display. It's all fake. Totally different. And they will tell you that the item has no issue. They will never refund you the amount you spend. And customer service 0/10. They close the chat on me about 9 times. I tried to contact through e-mail no response. I called on the phone no help at all. Please do not buy a single item from this website. Unless you don't need your money and your time.

Don't order from here! I placed an order on 3 / 13 / 16
Paid extra for a faster shipping since I'm needing my shoes for a
Special occasion, was needing shoes this weekend! Sent several emails
With the same generic response they give to all their customers.
I shop online a lot this is the worst customer service and business
Ever! Should not have to deal with this type of service for the price I paid for
2 pairs of shoes and faster shipping! I'm out on the money I spent on this
Order, plus I'll need to buy shoes again for the occasion!
Really wish I would have seen these reviews before I placed my order!
Not satisfied, really hope I'm not waiting 2 months for my order!
Wish I could get a full refund, which they don't refund your money back either!

In March I ordered a cool looking leather biker jacket through a website link on Facebook called Jaspopo, which purported to be in Germany. I received an email confirming
The order but nothing else. After fruitless efforts to contact them, some research showed this was a front for Shoespie. I contacted them and they messed me around, eventually sending me a cheap imitation leather jacket in a different style, so I opened a complaint with PayPal. Shoespie offered me a €15 part refund(I'd originally paid €42). It looks like they put fake pictures of clothing, shoes etc on their website, take your money then send you cheap Chinese tat... if you're lucky you get a partial refund but you've still paid more for the item than it is worth.

They have apparently been reported for offering people discounts or vouchers to post favorable reviews - no trustworthy company would do this.

I ordered my wife two pairs of shoes on March 5, for her birthday on March 20th. I have not heard anything in reference to my order since I made it besides a customer service person's chat a few days after making the order. All they said was that they have the order and the shoes should be on the way in a few days.
Here it is 18 days later and nothing
