12 October 2015 I orderd some shoes, I receive it after more than 2 weeks, they were terrible, not al all so glamorous at on the damn site. I wrote them like 5 times, they finally agree to give me a refund but they also wrote in the e-mail "if you could kindly change your opinion about us, we will immediately send the compensation directly to you. The compensation normally takes about 3-7 days to reach your account". This are exactly the words from the e-mail.
What do I have to understand? That if I change my opinion and I delete my bad review I will get my refund? I guess so cause now is already 17 Ianuary 2016, few months later and I still did not get my refund.
My question is: am I going to receive that refund ever?
I m really looking foreword for an answer!
My advise: PEOPLE, do not ever order on ShoesPie, you will feel really sorry, is waste of money for terrible quality!

My wife wanted some new shoes and decided to take a chance online give that they state full refund on their website We ordered three pairs of shoes, size 8. Two of the pairs were too small and one too big. She accepted this and tried to refund to get a refund. For months we tried to email them, ring them and they ignored us. They basically would not refund the purchase. I logged a case against PayPal and they offered 20 dollar refund, they said that it would cost them too much money to refund the shoes.

I sent 30 emails, in the end we took the 20 dollar refund to move on. Save yourself the money do by buy off this company they are scum

Very poor return advice. £58 pounds lost? No returns for full money beware Offered 30% and I could keep the sandals which do not fit. This company is a scam! Have been given an address in china to send them to. No way of getting refund once they have been sent

I purchased a pair of boots for my daughter who is 17. She loves them very much! The boots is all-matched. She wears them to match all clothes, shorts、 skirts & jeans. Compared with the picture, size and color are all right. Manmade material, thanks shoepie!

Like the rest of the people on here who ordered the crab legs I was also scammed- order # - tracking # - followed the tracking for 3 weeks and when it said delivered - it gave no address. So where is it? I knew it was too good to be true. Sent them 2 messages and haven't received a response. Truely a scam site. Was billed on my card as shoespie.com UK.GB.

Finding a place that ships to Hawaii that doesn't break the bank is impossible! 10 dollar mall was not only fast, but affordable. The shoes were great material for the prices. I reccommend this site to everyone.

I was looking to purchase some new high heels for my wife. She always likes to wear black and white heels. So I have bought two pairs of high heels for her, and these are very mush comfortable to use especially for a long time. It looks gorgeous on herjust cool.

This company took over a month to ship. Deducted money from my account before they shipped. I ordered 2 pairs of boots, only 1 came. Now they do not respond to emails. I have opened a claim with the Internet fraud division. DONT TRUST THIS SITE!

I placed an order back in February before Valentines day of 2016 and it is now March 22 and I have not yet received my order. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have Never had to wait so long for an item to be shipped. Would not recommend ordering from this company. Never will do it again!

I ordered a pair of shoes for $80, paid for expedited shipping and received them almost two weeks later. The shoes also look nothing like the quality of the shoe in the picture. I have sent two emails with no response. I don't understand how you sell merchandise to ship to the US and no customer service number to call. Looking for a refund.

I never received my shoes and they told me that the shoes were returned and asked for $13 dollars more to re-ship them. 6 year's later I'm still trying to get my money back. I've proved my payment through PayPal and their emails but they still giving me the run around. I'm PISSED!

This is the best site ever! Great customer service and products. Great sales when you can catch one, but I have spent small island nation amounts and shoespie. Shoespie has the best couture collection as well and reasonable items.

I order a pair of shoes from here and can't seem to get a status update. My account on the website sill shows "being processed" however the order was placed on Feb 16 2016. When should I expect my shoe or some type of update?

I ordered shoes 3 weeks ago and we haven't received anything. I have been trying to contact them with no response. I will not order any shoes from this site any more. We paid 180 worth of shoes and nothing. POOR SERVICE

I ordered the wedge lace boots and they did take about 3 weeks to come in from date of order to day on my doorstep. I will say they were made very well, there wasn't a thing out of place! Did they look exactly like the picture? No, but about 90% close. The pic looked like they were made out of leather I got mine in suede :/ and the toe was much more rounded in the picture than what I received. Overall good product. I was definitely overcharged though. I payed $118, I'd say they're worth maybe $60 somewhere else.

I ordered 2 boots, both they sold out! (If it out of stock, should not been there in ad in the first place!). Then I ask fore refund, they seem to ignore, say just keep the fund in case you find something else. I told them I AM not interested in anything else, they still did not refund yet!

I finally got a pair of shoes. Just not the beautiful shoes in the picture. Will never ever order from this company again horrible and I do mean horrible poor quality. I passed the shoes on to my 9 year old niece to play dress up in.

I ordered it and then waited 23 days they say they delivered it. I had someone waiting at me house to receive the package it never showed but they said it was delivered. I contacted them they said it takes 5 days to get a refund. It's been over a month from the time I ordered it and over 2 weeks no refund. It's a scam don't buy anything from them.
