I ordered 2 pairs of boots. One even my 6 yr old could not put on, the neck of the boot was so narrow your feet couldn't pass through. The other boot literary melted off my feet when it got a wet from the rain outside... as if it was made out of cardbox and paper. Beware!

I love these platform boots. I found the base platform great and the boots did look perfect. They were very comfortable to wear and they offered a sense of style but were subtle in their design. A very nice item.

Do not order this company shoes are fake and not the same quality as the site! Its hard to get through and you can't understand what they are saying or what's going on. Then they sent me the wrong sizes. Then when you returned you have to pay for the expensive shipping back to China smh. Save yourself the trouble pleasseeee...

Finally received my 3 pairs of boots of red, black and blue. They looks just as the pictures and very warm. Love each of the color, moreover the color has not difference with the website. Loooo. Ve so much...

I ordered four pairs of shoes in December and I am yet to get any mail about processing my order. I also paid for expedited shipping and the sad thing is I am leaving the U.S. in four days which was the shipping address I used. I feel cheated and wish I had read through the reviews. I just discovered this website and i'm happy that I found it. The shoes are unique and cute! I already ordered two pairs from shoespie and they're coming in the mail. Cant wait! I was bummed out about the price of shipping, but I understand because it was a Korean pair of shoes and I had to get it shipped from a far distance. I'm so excited about this place because its not in the mall, so its like kinda like a secret. I will most likely get shoes from here in the future!

I still havent recieved my two pairs of shoes i ordered. It's going on two months and yet no shoes. Im very upset and about to contact mycredit card company. I never had an issue like this. Ordered a handbag that I had seen in person at a local store but couldn't buy at the time. When I returned it was no longer available. I am disappointed in the length of time it took for it to arrive (29 days) and the quality of the bag, it seems cheap for the nearly $60.00 it cost me.

Update;. I have been contacted by Shoespie and was offered a $20.00 refund, which I have accepted. At this time I am still in waiting mode for the refund.

Service rep "Ice" disconnected messaging right after "Ice" said we will email you the return address. She wouldn't give me the mail address and said since it costs a lot to return to keep the shoes or exchange.
