I ordered two sizes of pants - XS and S - since this was the first time purchasing from this company and I didn't know how their clothes fit. A few days after my purchase, they refunded me what I paid for the size S and shipped only the XS. The XS was a bit too small in the waist and the length was too short even for my average 5'7'' height. I went online to process the return where I quickly realized I had to pay Cleobella $12.00 to ship these XS pants back. I called them asking to waive the fee, saying that, had they shipped me both sizes, I would gladly have paid to ship the smaller size back; but given that they advertised size S as available and then only shipped me the XS, now I don't have the pants I need and have to pay them $12.00 to return the one size they shipped me. They had a nice attitude but did not budge at all. I told them I won't be shopping with them anymore as their inflexibility was unreasonable given the situation; they didn't care.
