I used my "shop cash" and of course ended paying for some of the total as well. I never received my order and the email to report issues doesn't really exist and there is no way for me to get my order or get a reinstatement. Don't fall for this BS! Shop and "Cozy Cafe" is so janky on many ways. Delivery status is never accurate and sometimes really wrong!

I ordered two items from Shop. A cordless speaker and a dibet. A total price was around $73. My card was charged and I have not received anything after 2 months. I have no way response from this company. Do not buy anything from them.

Their stated goal - "Our number one goal is to make it easy for every customer to find exactly what they need..." It is a scam. Ordered a product and 10 days later no reply but they charged my Card. Email address is rejected as Invalid - The Web Page CHAT BOX will not accept any inquiry - and Emails to SunrayEasy are rejected by Server. Try to get SHOP.com - Shopify - to help and it just directs you to the "vendor" - roundrockeasy.myshopify.com
My Card hold noted this Vendor was in Romania - and quickly refunded the change.

Bought a hydrogen bottle from "Hydren" on Shop. It was supposed to be received in 4 to 8 business days...I contacted them when it was past that and the Shop app still had the order in an "order processed" state. I emailed the company, they replied and said that they were sorry and could cancel the order because they were so busy in their warehouse, they didn't know when I'd be getting it.I thought, well ok thats nice I can order one somewhere else. They said they'd cancel and refund. Well my order was cancelled on Jan 13th but I haven't received a refund and the business will not respond to my emails. Shop won't help. Never again will I buy from this app again. They are hosting fraudulent businesses that rip off consumers.

This SHOP app popped up thru a company that I had a package arriving from. SHOP offered to " track" my package. SHOP needed access to my Google acct, as all apps ask, so I granted it. Hours later all the charges started...groceries, flowers, pizza, gift cards, etc. totaling about $500! This SHOP app apparently sells your info on the dark web! Beware

Shop.com is really a vendor marketplace made up of any company that is offering products for sale. You don't actually purchase anything from shop.com. It's just a 'middle-person' and not a good one.
Chances are if you order something, you'll get no communication about delivery time or whether there's a delay in ordering. You just have to wait, and eventually your item is delivered.
Some of the products are 'generic' brands that are of suspect quality. They may be OK, but there isn't much description of what you're planning to buy, which raises issues of trust.
You never get to deal directly with the company whose products you are buying. I love Ahava products but having to deal thru shop.com became so utterly frustrating I stopped buying Ahava from their website. Beekman is the same. I would rather buy from Amazon with 125% less stress than buying thru shop.com. It's a nightmare.

I ordered the buy one get one free it took a month and a half to get to me. I paid 16 to have expedited shipping I contacted them multiple times to refund that moneys. They blocked my email. I received 4 wigs none of which I ordered I do not recommend you waste your time. I asked for a refund or a way to send the wigs back and I have been blocked again

My husband ordered from a store on here and it was fake! He never did get the items. Almost $400 spent, I'm still waiting and hoping I get the money back from my bank. Shop.com should be held responsible and vet people better. My husband reached out and they closed the scammer page, but that's all!

I found them *******@facebook they advertised a highlighted long human hair wig for sale with lace front. I bought this wig and 3 other ones that was very similar with one being light pink. They all had long bangs. They sent me 3 of the exact same blonde wig and 1 pink wig. They all had clipped bangs, neither was lace front and they have a wig cap. They are also synthetic and definitely not real human hair. The quality is comparable to a costume wig so buyer beware! I did take pictures unfortunately I don't see a upload button for this review

I bought some stuff from a BBQ store in Texas through the Williams Sonoma site. Never saw any of it and this company has no customer service. My thoughts are screw them and I bought it again and had them ship it. I think the store learned a lesson and went these jokers go belly up perhaps they will also
I just bought a WEN power generator thru shop.com from a vendor "Jims Products" after waiting for five days didn't hear nothing I decided to send an email, got a return email unreachable, contact shop.com from all the info they send I they don't assume no responsibility be aware and be mindful to use a cc to protect from scams.
My recommendation don't use SHOP.COM at all stay away

This company is a scam they send you products that you didn't even order and it takes two months to receive them and then their return policy is you can't have open to the product in order to return it which makes no sense how would I know that it's not the product I ordered unless I opened it don't order from this company
Simply based on how I learnt about shop I will never do business with them. I made a purchase with a genuine on-store, and the first "confirmation of dispatch" turned out to be from Shop. I failed to clearly read the "from" address for the email and was drawn to the large font wording encouraging me to track my purchase made with the genuine store. What Shop wanted was for me to download their app for tracking, which turns out to be a portal to their own online store. Being "tricked" at this level gives me no confidence for any further involvement with Shop. They are simply tricksters, and maybe scammers.

I bought a deck lounge chair on this site. We owned the chair for one day. It rained and the chair had rusted by the next day leaving rusty puddles on my new deck. I had to throw the chair in the garbage and I am now out $160. It also is very difficult to assemble. Stay away from any Christmas Central products sold through Shop.com
I ordered 2 wigs 1 long 1 short took 3 months and 15 emails now I have 2 identical wigs both long blonde. I suggest u go to a wig shop and purchase in person this come from China and really Is horrible, when it takes 15 emails u know it's a horrid company but they take your money in 10 minutes or less. Grrrrrr
I am a seasoned on line shopper. Doing business with Shop.com was a pain in the neck. Never again will I go to shop.com Trying to return a pair of shoes was a nightmare. I had to call them twice about getting a return auth number - then when I went to return the shoes it costs me nearly $10. I will never shop using this service again. Make sure that you can return the item(s) for either free (like Zappos) or for a minimum. Never again!
Purchased a nice pair of shoes for $120 and they refused the return even though they were returned in the condition sent. I have been emailing them now for 3 months with no luck. I am now going through my bank to dispute the charge, as I sent the shoes back and no longer have them.
We bought a product from their site. Found some reviews about the product and sent an email to our consultant assigned to us. We didn't hear back from them so we called the very next day to cancel and they refused. I am having troubles with tracking a package I ordered from Everbag. Everyone is saying it is easy to track your package on here... can someone walk me through this? The o ly thing i can see is the shipment # and a photo of where I'm having it delivered..
I ordered three products on the same day. A week and a half later all three products are labeled in transit and cannot verify location. Shipping stated 2 to 7 day shipping. I will never use again.
