Product is a 9/10; however, when I paid for "3 day shipping" and on the 5th day the merchandise had neither been received or tracking available, I called and was told that it took 5-10 days for an order to leave the warehouse and shipping was 3 days. "That" was not what I paid for or understood. They refunded the $39 for 3 day shipping and the hardware arrived 3 days latter. Maybe this was a fluke, but that is what happened with me.
In photo is a 12" 5" and 3.5". The 12" is BIG; wish the "mellon" was not so large.

I refinished kitchen cabinets and needed new hinges. Went to all the local home improvement places with no luck in finding the right size. Stopped by a kitchen remodel store. The service manager was very helpful. He identified the hinge as an "Amerock." The only negative is the length of time it takes to get your order. I ordered them Nov 13 and they arrived Nov 25. The staff must be "tele-working"

I needed a special type of hinge for a kitchen remodel. I had trouble finding them until I found this site. I found exactly the type and the finish I needed. Easy to order on the site and they shipped out immediately. I will use this site again and highly recommend it.

Ordered Hinges and knobs. Got a tracking number and had waited weeks jus to only receive hinges. Call about my order to get told my 10pack of knobs won't come out of warehouse for a month! Why not say that online b4 ordering!? Then after a month I have to call again just to get told the same thing again! I ask for refund on phone yet I have to wait for somebody in the office to authorize my refund! Worst place to deal with!

I honestly can say that I was contacted by Amerock staff who said the item I ordered was delayed and wouldn't be in stock before 12/10/18, shipping out after that date, and asking me if I wanted to change or cancel my order. I'm waiting on my order shipping out as soon as it is in stock again. The price for the cabinet handles was superior to others.

I got the actual match to my 40 year old hinges and have happliy replaced the old ones!
I thought I would never find this peculiar hinge with the 30 degree bevel and offset. And
All the screw holes lined up with the originals!

We received the product in a timely fashion and at a reasonable price but the finish was not as displayed. The features of the pulls and handles that were supposed to be bright, were not bright. We had to manually steel wool those features to brighten them up as they were intended to be and as displayed on the website. Dissappointing.

I have just completed adding cabinet hardware to my new home. This is the second home that I have used Amerock for the cabinet hardware. Both times they had the best prices on their hardware and fulfilled my order quickly and perfectly!

The finish was wrong and I have not received my return authorization or prepaid label yet, even though they said they did it. I need my new product, but they won't send it until I send the wrong product back, and I can't without an authorized label! Argh!

I'm pleased that I was able to find switch plate options not available at local big box stores with all of the configurations I needed to complete my project. Thank you!

We received our order with one exception. We received 12 knobs, unfortunately 1 was incorrect. 11 Part number BP*******G10 and 1 Part number BP*******G10 was incorrect. It would be nice if you would send 1 more of the knobs we ordered.

Thank goodness for your company. My son bought an older house that had door magnets that were either broken or missing. I was able to get him what he needed. Now all kitchen doors shut nicely. Thanks

Attractive and great quality. They are slightly smaller than I thought they would be but will still be a very nice addition to my new cabinet doors. Arrived when promised!

Shipping was a little slow, but no damage done and items received in good order.

These hinges are hard to find and are usually priced almost double for 1 each or they only come in packs of 20.

ShopAmerock.com will be mu first stop when shopping for hinges in the future.

We shopped this site for all of our kitchen, bathroom and laundry room hardware. The selection is wonderful and other businesses could not beat their prices. I highly recommend this site.

The inside sales people at ShopAmerock (knobs4less) were so helpful. I TWICE miscounted the number OF KNOBS I needed and they patiently revised my order. They ended up shipping three times and the orders arrived promptly and in good condition.

Easily navigated site to find what I needed. Arrived in reasonable amount of time. Appear to be good quality as other products by Amerock but I have not installed them yet.

Only ordered on cabinet pull and one cabinet hinge to make sure I liked them. I was happy with that order and ordered the rest for my entire kitchen. Very nice quality. Order shipped quickly.
