As many of us know, it's easy to purchase in a store... "the grabby, touchy, feely, thing" - seeing is believing. Well after a couple tries, I finally got it right. Customer Service through my "orderS" process was the Best.
I order cabinet knobs on 4/30. They charged my credit card on 5/6. I contacted them on 5/27 regarding the status of my order. They said the items were obsolete and I requested a refund. Followed up 3 times and never received my refund. BEWARE!
