I purchased from this company for Christmas. After placing the order, I realized that their website states processing time for an order is 5-7 business days. I called within 24 hours but they were closed. I spoke with someone within 36 hours of placing the order to cancel it. Kirk stated that one item had already been shipped (from another vendor), I could return it but it would have to go back to whereever it was sent from and then I would have to call him back and he would call the other company to see if they had received it. Additionally, there is NO reund on shipping, as stated in the company policy, accoring to Kirk. Good luck finding their "return policy". So for $9.00, he is receiving a bad review and losing a customer. Whatever happened to good customer service. I would never consider buying from this company again they are simply a clearing house. I was able to get the exact same products on amazon for $15 less.
