I have paid $5100.00 for a bedroom set in full including white glove delivery in 4/2021; Renee and Lisa kept telling me the furniture is in California and they are waiting for a delivery date it has been 2 years and no furniture. The phone number is no longer in service, they do not respond to e-mails. I work hard for my money I just want my refund in full. I have already filed a complaint in my state and I am working with an attorney. Does anyone have any updates on this issue?
I ordered in March for a full bedroom suite and received an email after I ordered and od I had picked a very popular suite. Finally received in July. Every piece damaged. I was also missing box 3 of 8 which contained the headboard my husband had to cut a pice of plywood to stabilize the bed. It was my first new bedroom furniture in 29 years. I've emailed tried to call and no extensions answer this is worth a small claims lawsuit. Stay away from this company they are scammers!

Office Manager purchased business telephone earpiece, without researching what it worked with, compatibility, etc.
Equipment arrives 7 days later (so now 23 days left to dispute), and after several attempts to make work, it does not with our equipment. Time wasted looking for the reciept (none sent expect on C Card statement), and now refusing to "do anything" as "30 days are gone, too bad..."
Do NOT purchase anything from this unethical, poor attempt at a company.

It took 8 months to get our bed set, was supposed to take 2. We kept getting the run around. After spending $5600, we were told that the benefit was we'd locked in that price and it had gone up substantially since we ordered. So we waited. After receiving our bed, dresser and nightstand finally in July 2022 we were told the chest was backordered until August. Dresser arrived slightly damaged which we were never compensated for after sending photos and documentation. It is now August and we are unable to reach the company by phone or email. I presume they are no longer in business.
Very disappointing experience where they are quick to charge you card for items without confirming they are available to ship. Instead of just a hold on the card and making sure what they are advertising as available on their website can be fulfilled, they charge your card and draaaaaaaaag their feet with refunding. I hope I do get my money back soon after having it for a month and doing nothing but wasting my time.
An ethical company would just place a hold until making sure fulfillment can be completed - but not SFD. Charge was posted to my card on the sixth and am still waiting for the refund. Advice to anyone considering this company is to stay far away to save yourself the headache of having to deal with poor service and unethical business practices.

I ordered some carved wood, marble top coffee table, end tables and console table from them. What I received was fake wood, faux marble tops and the worse of all, the legs made of carved foam like material. Wobbly and weak. Also, the set came in the wrong color. I was misled by customer service/ manager for 30 days. They did not take the tables back and made me keep the boxes for weeks before telling me they couldn't give me a refund because the tables were out of the box and not in brand new condition anymore! Things are still not resolved. Now dealing with credit card company. Stay away!
I bought their sofa and love sea pair back in Jan. 2021. They are poorly constructed. The soft recline but can not push the extended part back without forcing it back by standing in front of the soft. The mid section of the sofa is misaligned.

I was on www.badcock.com when this site popped up. I ordered a sofa and chair for $3,296.00 July 15,2022. I called *******216 x503. I asked for Lisa. I never could get anyone on the line. I am 80 years old and cannot afford to lose. I called the State Attorney's office asked me for an address. I cannot provide it, because all they have is a telephone number. If anyone knows the owner, the address, and any detailed info on these scammers, please help me. I appreciate it.

I ordered a sofa and chair July 15, 2022 and it's November 13, 2022. I still have not received my product.
I purchased a recliner for $999.00. After a short time the seat give way. After going around and around with the customer experience manager, I was offered $200.00. They stated that was all they could do. The chair lasted about 2 1/2 months. Buyers should look elsewhere for quality furniture and with service after the sale

Ordered living room furniture in April. After two months of waiting on my furniture to be delivered I requested a refund. The company's phone numbers email adtesses for staff are no longer in use. They have my $5000 and I have no furniture. I wished I had read the reviews. If anyone has any ideas on how I can get my miney from these scammers will be great!

Made a large purchase based on the customer service rep stating they had items in stock. I only received two of the 6 items I order paid in advance for the order since this is a commercial account. Waited over 4 months never received my items so I called canceled and now they will not refund me for the 4 items.
I had payed a $500 deposit on a dining set on May 30th. Was promised a delivery first in June, then in July, then in August. It's almost September now, I called multiple times for days now, and the phone lines are out of service! Emails aren't being answered! It's time to call the Attorney now!
We are happy with the table we purchased but unfortunately the base of the table came apart when putting it together and there is also a small dent on the table top. We also ordered 4 matching chairs and 1 of the chairs had the holes drilled in the wrong area so we couldn't install the leg supports. We contacted support the next day and have been speaking with Caitlin which has been a nightmare. She has informed me their rep is unable to replace the complete table base and checking with the warehouse to see what parts can be sent. As of today, we haven't received any parts or new table base. We would like to order 3 more chairs for our island and we will be shopping elsewhere for the addt'l chairs.

I ordered a dining room set in March 2022 for $4K, still no furniture, and the credit card company can't refund me because ShopFactoryDirect dragged it out with shipping excuses through June. I've left close to twenty voicemails, many emails sent to every address I could find on their site, reported to BBB, and filed a claim with the FL Attorney General. Their phones are also now disconnected... They deserve 0 stars coupled with a lifetime of pain and misery.
I have used these folks a few times since 2014. Bought a table in 2014. The top of it was damaged. The offered me $250 to go away. I finally gave up and took the money. I refinished it myself, so I made money on the deal. Bought a king bedroom set shortly thereafter. The "leather" trim just rotted right off of it. I re-upholstered it with higher quality materials and it has been fine since. The last straw was the living room set I bought in 2019. It is now 2022 and it is totally falling apart! The "leather" is peeling away. I have furniture upstairs that I bought back in 2014 from Rooms to Go back when we had teenage kids, dogs, cats and all of the neighborhood kids sitting on it that still looks pretty good. This latest living room set from Shop Factory Direct has spent its life in a house with no cats, no kids and dogs that don't ever go on our couches. The quality is JUNK. Do yourself a favor: Go to a local furniture store and buy REAL furniture. Also, the responses to other review by this company are rude and condescending. Vote with your feet and your wallet. Purchasing was easy, of course. But after 1 month of waiting, our love seat and sofa set finally arrived. However, the shipping company broke the sofa and listed that the love seat was broken. Without any double checking with the shipping company and doing due diligence, customer service processed a replacement love seat instead of the sofa. They even said that they continually had problems with this specific shipping company but yet continued to use them probably for cost savings, but didn't double check their work in processing for my broken merchandise. Another month later, sure enough another love seat finally made it to the house and that is when I discovered that they had processed the wrong item. After 2 months since initial order, all the company is willing to do is refund the cost difference between two love seats and their love seat/sofa combo instead of the difference between the separate love seat and a sofa. I will not be a repeat customer and I do not recommend using them at all! It's too bad for them because we just had a few relatives relocate and are looking for reputable furnishing companies.
I've been dealing with these people for months now... ordered a chest and I was not told at the time, it was backordered... Kept following up n the dates they promised to deliver it, and I was told the manufacturer did not find my order, so I had to wait for the next batch... checking again, I ws told it was scheduled to be delivered by April... checking again, all via e-mail, I was told that it had been rescheduled for mid May! Being tired of this waiting game, I wrote another e-mail cancelling my order and I never GOT an acknowledgement for the cancellation request... sent another e-mail asking them to confirm cancellation and again got no response... called them yesterday to follow up on my refund and I was told they would CHECK if it was possible to cancel and they would have a manager calling me, which of course, never happened... I will go all the way necessary to get my refund from this fake company. Actually, even the address they have online, in Winter Park, FL, is not even their real address! BEWARE of these people...

The "HIDEOUS BLACK CANISTERS" are the lights that illuminate the hutch. These lights are installed in the unfinished top of all illuminated china cabinets. This particular unit is nearly 8 feet tall, meaning the only way to see the lights is from an elevated position such as standing on a chair, ladder, or from a second-story balcony. Most manufacturers do not design these units to be viewed from a higher perspective.
Do not buy from them. They have terrible customer service, will not answer emails. Did not deliver item and they still have thousands of dollars after 3 months.
I ordered desk and cabinets for my offices paid about 4300 for them and when i got them the door on the cabinets was broken i stopped while opening the box and called and talked to a lady name Amanda and she told me to finish opening the rest of the boxes and email her pictures of the damaged parts so i did just that and she responded and asked for a few more pictures and i sent those then two days later she sends me an email stating my claim is denied because it wasn't noted on the fedex package there was damaged items. Which is crazy no one in fedex sits around and waits for a customer to open and inspect all of their items plus during this corona 2019 they have a no touch or limited contact because of the epidemic. The messed up part about it all this company tried to get me to pay them 400 to bring this desk into house and wanted to charge me even more to put it together. It seems because they couldnt get more money out of me one way they then knowing sent me damaged good knowing that they have already been paid and there is nothing i can do. Beware of this company seems to scam people!
Our company does not charge "Half the price" for a return. Once the order is shipped, the freight costs are non-refundable. Additionally, the manufacturers charge a restocking fee to accept returns back to their facilities where the merchandise ships from. This is standard for the industry.
As clearly stated in our Return Policy "the actual shipping costs plus the cost of return shipping will be deducted from any refund. All returns for any reason are subject to a 15% restocking fee."
Our terms do also clearly state "Any items refused at time of delivery will be subject to the terms and any applicable fees of our return policy."
This information was provided to Consumer Affairs and they agreed that we were compliant and consistent with our policies.
