Worst experience ever! Ordered some stuff a month ago and they were just recently cancelled for no reason and one is still processing. A order was "delivered" to another states on the opposite coast and another order was sent without a tracking number. The customer service never responds to my emails again nether does the number given work.
I placed an order with ShopiOSx for the Xbox Series S and Xbox One. I was initially upset with the delayed shipping, as my order was placed on 7/1 but wasn't shipped out until 7/9. I emailed their team a little upset and they told me the Xbox one was back ordered. When it finally did ship, they came in ShopiOSx bag and boxes. The Xbox One X that I received is in great condition and delivers excellent graphics (better then the series S). I did encounter a minor issue with the Xbox Series S, as it appeared to be slightly used and dirty. Thankfully, a quick cleaning resolved the problem. The shipping was free through UPS Next Day Air due to my order totaling over $200. Despite some issues at first in the process, ShopiOSx did provide me with legit Xbox products and even texted me tracking updates along the way to my phone number.

I pre-ordered the iPhone 14 Pro Max from Shopiosx in Chicago's Hyde Park. While I did find the parking costs to be high in that area, I was pleased with my purchase The iPhone 14 Pro Max was brand new and free of any issues. The only downside was that they didn't have the free case promotion in-store, and I had to purchase MagSafe separately. I opted for pick-up instead of shipping because I had concerns about delivery. It's worth noting that Chicago is not Shopiosx's main store location.

I bought an Acer Predator Orion 3000 from Shopiosx on 4/15 and was not happy with my purchase. The shipping process took 5 days to arrive, which seemed excessive for a gaming PC, and once it finally did arrive I was highly disappointed. The specs don't match up to the ones advertised, making it sub-par for gaming, and the overall quality of the product was not good. My experience with this PC has been one of the worst I've ever had. Either due to design or manufacturing issues a large percentage of these units have temperature defects right out of the box. My CPU runs at 100 degrees Celsius while idle! Unfortunately I did not diagnose this issue soon enough to return the product but if I could I would do so immediately. It is under-warranty and I am sending it back to the manufacturer, but that means I will be without a PC for a month, about as long as I have had this product. Also, I am not confident Acer can repair it, as they seem unable to build it properly in the first place. Do yourself a favor and but a computer that works as built; leave this one for people who enjoy trouble shooting defective products

I found their store on OfferUp and decided to give them a try, only to regret it later. I was towed at the store and wasted my money without even being able to place an order. They should have made it clear that their store was located in an area where parking was not allowed - this would have saved me from a lot of distress.
I got my car towed at one of their locations and their corporate has never refunded me, despite my attempts to reach out 7 times. The customer service was bad and it felt like the prices were grossly overpriced. They charge an obnoxious $15 service fee. The customer service agent at the time didn't even feel bad or attempt to help me, she just sneered and told me "I should have knew not to park there" and that it was "my fault I parked there when there's a sign in the store"
Corporate in Menlo Park has offered me NO recourse. The store manager has provided me a $175 credit but I had to pay a whopping $400 to get my car out the tow lot and even more in gas because the car was completely drained because a la the tow company the DRIVER left my car on when he towed it.
The staff told me that they weren't affiliated with the tow truck company, yet they expected me to pay for the tow truck fees. When I questioned this, their billing manager Heather was incredibly rude and unhelpful. It felt like they were taking advantage of me and I felt completely taken aback by their attitude.

My kids use their Quest 2 on and off throughout the year. After using it 2 days in a row, all of the games disappeared out of the library and purchase history (even the ones we paid for). VERY UPSET AND I WILL BE RETURNING AND GETTING MY MONEY BACK!
One of the customer service agents, Jessica was very rude and asked me to call meta/oculus about the issue and had NO sympathy.
On top of all this ridiculousness, shipping is expensive, sales tax is even more expensive and what's worse is they charge "service fees" under the guise of other charges.
Coupled with taxes, the cost of the product, shipping and the games we brought I've spent close to a thousand dollars and this device is practically unusable.

I recently placed an order for a phone at ShopiOSx Beverly Hills location on 5/23, but later received a notification from Heather that the product was out of stock. She quickly resolved the issue by switching my pickup to San Diego, but since it was too far for me, she went above and beyond by delivering it to me for free on the same day. I was truly amazed at how efficiently and professionally she handled the situation. I must say that the prices are much cheaper than those on StockX, eBay, and Mercari. I also found the website to be user-friendly, and the delivery was prompt and on time. Although there was no physical slot on the phone for the eSIM, it was not a problem as I contacted my carrier for assistance. Despite some negative reviews, I am extremely satisfied with the product and the overall shopping experience. I ordered an Apple Watch Ultra from Shopiosx after seeing an ad on another website. The shipping cost an additional $50 for overnight delivery, which I was initially worried about. However, the size difference from my previous Series 4 watch hasn't been much of an issue, except for when I wear French cuff shirts. The watch feels slightly heavier and bouncier when running, unless the strap is tightened. The larger, brighter screen is a major plus, especially when I'm on a sunny trail and need to quickly glance at my data. I was hoping that the enhanced GPS would make it easier for my family to track me during races, but so far it hasn't been much different from the Series 4. The battery life is amazing compared to my previous Series 4 watch, as I only need to charge it every other day even after a 20-mile run and various notifications. Overall, the Apple Watch Ultra is the best one I've had so far (I previously owned the Series 2 and 4), although the side button and protruding crown and button take some getting used to. I deducted a star because the watch has been a little glitchy since the most recent update (9.1), with occasional screen flickering while in an app. Hopefully, a future update will fix this issue.

TOTAL SCAM! Never received my items, and when I tried to communicate with this company, just radio silence! You pay the amount and they do not send you a thing. They changed their website location to https://intertechltd.org/ when they scammed enough people. They do not return emails, chats, or any inquiry made once they have scammed you for your money. So disappointed as I did research on the company and I believe that their reviews are all fake and fabricated by employees of their company. I have been a wholesale customer at Shopiosx since March and things have generally been going well. All my packages have been delivered on time and I've been a loyal customer. However, I recently encountered a major issue. I decided to add a new debit card to pay for my $9.99 membership fee, but unfortunately, I accidentally locked the card for 4 days. As a result, Shopiosx abruptly canceled my membership.
Now, I find myself in a frustrating situation where I am being forced to pay a $20 activation fee along with the regular $9.99 membership fee. On top of that, they are even charging me a $10 suspension fee. I reached out to their customer support seeking clarification, specifically contacting Jessica from the Shopiosx team. However, to my disappointment, Jessica informed me that she couldn't provide any further information due to my suspended account. Furthermore, she mentioned that there was no option to appeal the suspension or have the suspension fee waived.
The payment terms and policies at Shopiosx are excessively strict, especially considering my status as a long-term member and customer. It's disheartening that they aren't willing to accommodate my situation and waive the suspension fee. I will update my review once my account situation is involved, but so far it's been 5 business days the payment team hasn't updated my claim.

After paying $97 as a down payment for my $875 order, the iPhone 13 Pro Max arrived in excellent condition, packed securely in a ShopiOSx bag. The additional items, AirPods and AirTags, were delivered separately but also in great condition.
I paid for a four pack of AirTags from ShopiOSx during their 4th of july sale, where I got a four pack for $20. I opted for DHL delivery and paid a reasonable fee of $6.99 my order arrived in 2 days.

I placed an order through Shopiosx to Mexico and was charged $500 upfront for international shipping. The shipping took 4 weeks and there was no discount offered. I was not at all satisfied with my experience. It's clear that they need to work on their international shipping services, especially if they are charging customers upfront for them! The service was very slow and the company's Beverly Hills location was way too far away from me. A representative helped me & my account was upgraded to the wholesale section but Shopiosx does offer good quality products, but their shipping needs some refining for sure.

I have have tried to purchase from them 5 or six times. Each time if the order is accepted you have to wait for another email from them to ask for your card. I have received three emails from them accepting the card to only later for them to cancel (Due to Insufficient funds. Even thought our credit card shows accepting them, then Shop X refunding them.) We travel as a lot for company business so we have to keep one of the credit cards with plenty of available for foreign travel all the time. This last order an email came in about 5 minutes after the order placement and a new company was requesting a credit card information on a newly required order form. Indicated they were working with Shopiosx and I believed it because the only site I was on was Shopiosx and it was in the usual time frame. This time Capital on sent me a fraud notice and was my order a mistake? I responded no it was OK. Twenty seconds later Capital one send me another text and said I needed to call in to their investigation line that this was a fraud. They had to cancel my card and reissue a new one as they told me. I tried to contact Shopiosx and all they could claim was my card wasn't good and I was going to be banded. I told them their site had been hacked and they needed to get thier IT to look over things. All they could do then was say Capital One and I were wrong. I'm posting this to help others that may fall in to this trap. The best thing is Capital One has always been great at watching over us and taking actions. Please be carful with this site. Companies have BOTs that do reviews. I am coping Capital One. Thanks all
