I've been requesting a refund for an item that I returned months ago. I can't reach any real person on their customer service phone number and they've stopped returning my emails. I'm so frustrated and don't know what do do at this point. Please stay away from this website!

Purchased a bathing suit from here. They never sent it and ignored all my emails. It has now been over two months and I still haven't heard back. I guess I just donated 120 dollars to these low life scammers. STAY AWAY.

I placed an order 2014/09/02 and only received confirmation for my order. No email regarding expected arrival date or tracking number. I've emailed them once before regarding my tracking information but haven't heard back from anyone. I also tried calling them but get instantly disconnected after being told by a machine to email them. It's now 2014/09/19 and I'm slowly beginning to loose hope in getting my bikini :(

I placed an order 2/27/14, I check and saw that a tracking number was posted on 3/7/14, but since then nothing has been shipped, they just paid for the postage. I have sent two emails, but no one has responded to my emails at all. I'm still hopeful that I'll receive my item, but I don't know what the reason could be for not shipping it or responding to my emails. I'll update when and if I receive my purchase... smh.

*Update- 3/13/14- I heard from Lucy yesterday and after giving me an explanation for the delay in responding to emails, she said that she was awaiting my item and hoped to be able to send it out really soon.

I ordered 2 items and returned one according to their instructions. The package was tracked and they received it but they have not responded to my request for a refund. It has been over a month and they stopped responding to emails and they do not pick up the phone. DONOT shop here you will not be able to get your money back if you have to return an item.

I placed my order on February 16 and it still has it shipped more than a month later. I have emailed them and at first "Lucy" was helpful and always replied but now she is not answering me. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE AWFUL CHSTOMER SERVICE AND NEVER SHIPS

I ordered my bikini on November 20th, and my suspicions were raised after not receiving and shipment notification whatsoever after a week. I emailed the company and they did not reply (not a surprise). So I did some research and realized that this company is terrible, and emailed them again telling them that I was going to file this purchase as a fraudulent claim on my credit card if they didn't reply me and I posted on their instagram asking them to check their emails. They quickly replied and gave me some crappy excuse telling me that my order would take 10-14 business days to ship it out (unheard of), and they also deleted my comment on their instagram (how shady). Its been over 14 business days, I emailed them again and no reply nor shipment notification. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY

I ordered a bikini on 11/24/2014 and paid for overnight shipping and still have not received it. I emailed them and no reply. Horrible site

I ordered a Saha bikini on May 30,2015. My card was promptly charged for it that day. I waited for a shipping confirmation to arrive, but by June 3 when one didn't, I began to worry. I first tried to call the company but got the automated system 2 times and got hung up on. I then emailed asking for a refund, since the item did not ship within the 72 hours that they claim it will ship. I got a response from Lucy Lopez on June 4 stating that the item shipped on June 3. She included a tracking number. I waited again and on June 9, entered the tracking number into the USPS website only to learn that the only thing involving that number was that the shipping label was created June 3-nothing more. I then emailed Lucy again on June 9 and told her of my findings on the USPS website and also asked for a refund again. She responded the following day stating the package was shipped and probably was "misplaced" in transit. She claimed she would open a claim with the USPS to locate the package in which I have to wait another 48 hours for the conclusion. She then stated that if the item was not found, that she would have another suit shipped to me. I asked for a refund and nothing more, nothing less. The customer service is horrible at this company and is hands-down the worst online shopping experience I have had to date. This is a scam, as this same thing has happened to others, and they did not recoup their money nor the merchandise. Unfortunately, I found out about this after I ordered and began getting a runaround. I will never order from this company again, even if I have to pay a great deal more for the same item-it is not worth the hassle.
