Made a few purchases here all sent authority to leave parcel as requested until my last purchase I spoke with customer support to request this and she basically didn't want to do my request and cancelled my order which I'm still waiting for my refund of $278.60, I then stupidly repurchased my order spending another $278.60, and I emailed customer support requested authority to leave parcel, she assured me this has been done though when I got the email this had been shipped it was marked signature required I again contacted customer support she again assured me that this had been done today I received a text message from global express my order is out for delivery if I'm not home I will be updated with in 24 hours where I can pick up my parcel my closest depot is 45 minutes from me which due to injury I can't drive too, not happy with these liars and frauds at all they also tried to offer me a $10 voucher to compensate their mess up they can keep it because I won't be shopping here again, ive unsubscribed from their emails I still have not received my $278.60 refund from Cupshe, avoid this company

The sizing of their swimsuits are very much off. I wasted money ordering a multitude of items because they were cheap and they were all too small. Fix this!

I needed a casual sun dress for beach pictures. I found the perfect dress on Cupshe and it fits perfect as well. Everything is very reasonably prices, arrives as pictured and on time!
Bitterly disappointed with the service from Cupshe. Placed my first order which took over two weeks to arrive but I guess international delivery is much longer.
Then I open my 'WHITE' T-Shirt as clearly advertised on the Cupshe website only to find its a horrid yellow cream colour.
Like other reviewers have said, their returns policy is clear but in a case where their own item description is wrong they are refusing to pay for the postage to return it.
As this is an error on their website listing why should I have to pay to return it.
After 4 days of endless frustrating emails where the Customer service team just don't appear to understand they must take responsibility and they only communicate for a small timeframe each day, often starting a completely new thread in the conversation.
I'm now offered a voucher to cover the return postage for when I shop again.
I don't want to shop at Cupshe again after this experience. I can't trust their website descriptions so why would I shop with them again. Situation still to be resolved but be aware of the pitfalls of you have anything at all go wrong, they're a nightmare to get anything sorted out.

Cupshe has so many cute swim suit and clothing options available, even for a bigger gal like me. I usually dread swimsuit shopping, but by some miracle everything I picked fit great. Their delivery times were really fast, I got all my stuff in less than a week after ordering it, just in time for my beach vacation. Their customer service was great too. I had accidentally ordered the wrong size of one item but after emailing about it they were able to correct that, and their response time was very quick. Very happy with my Cupshe experience!

It is impossible to return items. The site doesn't work for returns, And what's worse is that there is no help from customer service. No one answers the phone and I've written three emails in which none of them have been returned. I will never order from this company again!

I've ordered bathing suits and dresses from Cupshe three in the past 2 years and the quality has been very good each time, especially for the price! All the items looked exactly as shown. It is important to check the size guide and material for each item. Any issues I've had we're handled in a very polite and efficient manner. I ordered 3 very cute swimsuits from Cupshe, but unfortunately two didn't fit quite right. I reached out to customer service and they were extremely helpful. Their return policy is fantastic and give you several options. I ended up keeping the two swimsuits (bc I can wear different bottoms with the Cupshe tops) and they offered me a 70% refund back to my credit card and I got to keep both bikinis. I will definitely shop with Cupshe again!

I am always really skeptical ordering from these cheaper websites, but I just did not want to spend over $100 on a swimsuit so I went ahead and ordered two of the most reviewed and popular items. I just got my order today and tried on the bikini top and bottoms, both fit PERFECTLY. The order was delayed by a week which isn't too bad considering how much I love my new bikini. The quality is great. Obviously their sizing is a bit small, but as long as you stick to their sizing chart you should be fine. For example, i normally wear a size small top and I got a large and it fits great. Can't wait to flaunt it this summer and will definitely order more now that I know it will actually arrive.

When you return your items you have to pay money on each item so you work get the full refund of each items. You also need to pay a 15 dollar fee for a shipping label. It's ridiculous. No one else does this. Garbage brand. Garbage clothes.

I bought two swimsuits for the first time from them a few weeks ago. Neither fit me properly but the quality was great so I reached out to customer service for a return. They told me I could keep the suits and gave me a code which was worth more than what I paid for the suits (awesome!). I ordered a size up and they got here within a week (as did the first order). I now have two small suits that I can gift to someone as well as two amazing suits of my own. Will definitely buy from them again.

I have been shopping with Cupshe for about 6 months. We are a boating and beach family. I spend a lot of time in a swimsuit. I love the quality and fit of my Cupshe suits! This company is amazing to work with. They have great return options should something not work out. They have the best support staff. The bathing suit was pretty, and the dress was nice. However, as a plus sized girl, they do not cut their plus sized items for plus sized girls. They unfortunately just make it bigger without considering how plus size women are shaped. Hence, stick to vendors who make clothes specifically for plus sized women.
Worse, I never wore the items, left the tags on them. My BF took me on trip to Mexico (why I bought them) and upon my return, I was very busy with work. I forgot to process the return. I missed the 30-day window. But what is worse, they did not even offer a store credit. I would have given my niece my store credit. Better vendors offer at least a store credit. People have busy lives, with jobs, etc. I think it is a poor policy. No matter how cute the swimsuits may be, on principle, I will not give them my business again.

With so many other retailers to choose from, don't succumb to this one - it is tempting because you see the cute swimwear on Pintrest and it is reasonable priced. I ordered 5 suits, paid express shipping and when received late, the inner bags had Chinese stamps - the items come from china and there is a middle-man distributor. I had to return 3 suits because they were not as pictured. Well, many emails exchanged, offers for 140% store credit, etc. it took an arm and a leg to get my money refunded. The customer service is terrible - they don't even make sense in emails and I repeatedly asked for a supervisor and never got one. I actually had to file a dispute with PayPal to resolve. I finally received my refund. Trust me, do your research before you buy!

I love ordering from Cupshe. They have beautiful clothing and swimwear to choose from for very affordable prices. I typically would place an order every month sometimes twice in one month. However, the past few orders I placed the delivery date was really long. I've waited for my packages to arrive for than 14 business days. Especially when I've chose 5 to 7 business days. There often isn't any information available for tracking. Orders sometimes take more than the 14 days which can be very frustrating. I've got a few items in my shopping bag but not sure I wanna wait three weeks for my order.

Please kindly note that All of our items have a processing time that is shown clearly on the delivery page, which will be up to 1 business day after an order is made. Meanwhile, Delivery Time = Warehouse Processing Time + Shipping Time. Besides, business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.
Secondly, since your previous orders were shipped out from oversea warehouses, the tracking information will not be updated until they arrived in your country. It still takes a few days for the shipper to update the tracking status online. Therefore, you may unable to track the parcel at that time. Anyway, the shipping time frame is valid regardless of the tracking site updates and availability.
Besides, we have optimized the logistics. There are 2 kinds of shipping methods from our website now: Expedited Shipping(5-7 Business Days) and Express Shipping(3-5 Business Days), both of them won't take longer than before.

I ordered one swimsuit and though it arrived in a timely manner, it did not fit very well as I am rather large-chested. I corresponded with * and she offered me a coupon for store credit for another free suit and stated that I would not have to return the old suit, which was helpful. However, the second swim suit did not fit my cleavage very well either so I can't wear that one either. All in all, the customer service was excellent but the suits did not fit so I will not be ordering from here again and I am out $25.00.

The frustrating thing is you are required to pay for shipping, purchase tracking and take a picture of your receipt and send it by email. Seemed excessive and irritating considering the bathing suits should have fit fine based on the sizing chart. I do not plan to purchase here again.
