I am a seller on WANELO, and I have only received two payments so far. I have some payments which are due to me and should have been paid over two months ago and I still have NOT received it. I spoke to Gerard by email a few times (they don't answer their business phone calls) and was promised to get back to me after speaking to Wanelo finance department and I still have not heard anything. Gerard says that I would be receiving a payment on 06/26/2022 and again NOTHING. I am actually supposed to get my bigger payment before these only first two small payments I have received, and they just keep pushing it back. I have been using Wanelo for a long time and I use to really like this app but think about it before using them to sell if you want your payment when it is due. EXCUSES after EXCUSES you will go hungry before you can get paid. This is the email reply you'll receive which is autogenerated from Wanelo "Wanelo Support". Oh and by the way they will send you a "magic link" to sign in safely but it just goes to sign in again

Tip for consumers:
If you are a seller, rethink selling through Wanelo until they make better changes. They used to be pretty good to work with and not they are horrible when it comes to getting your payments to you.
