3 WEEKS AFTER ORDERING MY DAUGHTER A BRACELET FOR HER BIRTHDAY IT STILL HASN'T ARRIVED. I E-MAILED THE COMPANY 3 TIMES BEFORE THEY REPLIED TO SAY THE BRACELET HAD BEEN POSTED. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN AS IT WAS ABOUT 1/3 OF PRICE IN SHOPS BUT AS A SINGLE PARENT ON A TIGHT BUDGET I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE IDEAL. I AM NOW £40 OUT OF POCKET WITH NO BIRTHDAY PRESENT TO GIVE MY DAUGHTER
