I had been looking for adidas 3.0 shoes for men and found the pair I was looking for on shopwss. Prices were comparable with other sites including amazon, but then they were offering a second pair of the same shoes for $99 for both, which was a great buy... got my shoes today... shipping took longer than I would have expected from amazon or dhh, but I am really happy.

Received used shoes took back to the store and was told I'd have to call customer service to send back the shoes. So I called customer service and they required pictures before they send me a shipping label for return. After doing so they finally after a week send me the shipping label with an expiration of one day so you have to print it out immediately or it will expire! Then after sending the shoes back and they received them it has taken several of calls to customer service and I still haven't received my refund. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card and done dealing with these idiots. Never again. They purposely make it difficult and waste your time.

Received used shoes took back to the store and was told I'd have to call customer service to send back the shoes. So I called customer service and they required pictures before they send me a shipping label for return. I just spent 25 frustrating minutes in WSS on Pico and Western, and I felt invisible. No help,no customer service, nothing ti make me feel welcome or wanted in that store. The staff was too busy standing around talking. I even stood there holding a Shoe high, practically begging for help, nothing. I guess they thought I wad stretching. I'm not claiming race, but all employees were Hispanic ( I am not). I don't know. But me and my people taking our money elsewhere.

FedEx delivered my package to my complex but to the wrong address and apartment number. After reading everyone's reviews, I realized this is a common practice of WSS. I contacted both companies and suggested reviewing the driver's GPS for that day. I also submitted photos (comparing the doormat), clearly showing the doormat isn't mine. The red-flagged customer service never provided a case number at the end of the conversation. After several calls, I was informed by customer service FedEx had denied their claim and that there was nothing they could do regarding issuing a refund. There is no escalation department to investigate this matter further. Ultimately, I was advised to contact PayPal and have them issue the refund. I will never deal with this company again. It's not worth the time and money or being inconvenient.

Tip for consumers:
Shut the website down. They are a big scam with their business tactics.

I purchased a pair of Skechers shoes for my mom (88yo) that she had tried on in a store. I ordered them from WSS because they were significantly cheaper. The shoes we received were too tight for her, and so we wanted to return them. In order to return them they want verification from you that the product is in the exact same condition that you received them (i.e. Unworn, unaltered, etc.) except that they fail to indicate what meets their criteria for verification. In reality there is no way to actually verify this information. It just seemed like a way to delay processing a refund. Next time I will order from a company that has a better return policy.

A number of negative reviews on here, but our transaction was perfect. We placed an online order for a Nike sweatshirt (in a style/size/color out of stock everywhere else) on 12/12. Our purchase qualified for free shipping. FedEx received the package on 12/13 and delivered it here in Ohio on 12/18. We are completely satisfied.

I ordered boots for my granddaughter they were not at all true to size. I returned them and ordered two more pair, 2 and 3 sizes bigger than she needs. The smaller pair were still to small. Bought these end of November for Christmas. Today, I asked to return them, and I was denied due to the 30 day policy expiring. No grace for Christmas gifts. The entire return policy here is awful. Even in trying to return the first pair I ordered, you cannot return through the brick and mortar store. It has to be by mail. Inconvenient. I won't be ordering here again.

Do not order from this company. They rip you off. I bought 2 pair of boots on sale that were too small. They were supposed to swap about for a bigger size. Instead, they gave me my money back and told Me I needed to rebuy them both at the full price. Even though I already purchased them At a sale price with other things that I kept. If they think i'm gonna give full price for something that I already paid a sale price for their crazy. This is one of the companies we need to boycott and never order from because they're stealing our money just like the chinese are stealing our freedoms.

They sent me the wrong size shoe (men's 7.5 not women's!?) and then wanted to wait to receive the wrong shoes before shipping the correct items. The guy promised (lied) to send when I verified shipping back, and still didn't ship for another full week. --Not taking responsibility for their errors-- 3 weeks later, I still don't have the shoes. STILL not sure the right size will arrive. And will keep watching credit card for additional charges.

Total waste of time and energy. Shop elsewhere! (And UPS's complete and utter lack of customer service contact makes it even worse. Both packages mysteriously delayed with no arrival estimate, updates or contact allowed. Boycott UPS.)

On Black Friday I ordered 2 Hunter Green Nike Air Hoodies. They took my money. And said they shipt them and that they were delivered. They put the wrong address and said I needed to call FedEx both are refusing to give me my money or the items. The confirmation email I got even said an B address that dosent exist in my townhouse complex. So in don't know where they sent it. Also while speaking to them and asking for a refund or the items. They took 30 minutes to put a supervisor on and when they finalize did he was like it's your fault and we can not replace nor refund it was delivered. I kept explaining they missed a few numbers but he didn't care. So unprofessional.i can show the debit and receipt that I purchased what I did. I've never heard of a company doing this or making me go through the delivery service. For my refund. So they stole 105.00 from me and that is why I feel it's a scam.

Got used dirty shoes not just shoes J's no discount nothing worse customer care ever contacted footlocker as well seeing this is there problem to fixed them my self and ironed out the crease cause I know how there return policy goes(horrible and forever) they are so rude and cheap and value no customer they just want your money and give you garbage if you see something you like try it on in store and I guarantee they'll be worn a ton they don't carry brand new shoes buyer beware!

I ordered my grandson shoes for Christmas on Dec. 20. I knew it would probably not get there by Christmas, but as of Dec. 27 they still had not shipped them. I emailed and they emailed back assuring me they were working on my order and it would be out soon. Jan 1 I emailed them again, same thing was said they were working on my order it would ship out soon. Jan. 2 I asked if they would be able to ship them this week. Jan 3. I get an email stating the shoes I ordered were no longer available. This after several emails and them assuring me they were working hard to get my order out, and two weeks later my item is no longer available?!? So now I have to tell my grandson he has to wait even longer because I have to order them from somewhere else. These are just a few of the emails back and forth. I would give them negative stars if I could.

I bought some running shoes that fell apart at the toe. Rubber part split after a few months. Shoes should last almost a year not fall apart. These are not lower price but made shabbily to skimp on costs. Skip WSS and buy real brands online for less costs

I will never use or recommend WSS. I found the shoes I was looking for on their site. They attempted to ship twice and both times screwed the order. Both orders took so long to go out they thought that they had shipped and were lost. On both occasions they requested return to sender after the shoes were en route. The second time the shoes were 2 hours from my house when they recalled the order. They claim to have issued me a refund but it's on my credit card so I'm not worried. Paid a few more dollars and the shoes were delivered from another company the next day.

Better order updates and tracking.

My wife and I purchased 80 dollars worth of shoes. Customer service at the Zaragoza told us we get a $25 gift card to spend. We took it on the last day. Store on Alameda in El paso, told us we had to spend $65 more dollars just to use the $25 card. We were never even informed about that, and that was very embarrassing, otherwise we would have never went. Why you even have those cards, we're thinking that you guys are doing a great job giving us a little something back, and you're just asking for more... Very disappointed they couldn't even explain it to us correctly.

I ordered 2 pair of sneakers for my son from thus company. When sneakers arrived they were much smaller than size they were supposed to be. When I tried to return products, which you have to email them first to request they send the return/refund info. They would email me question regarding items to be returned, once I emailed them back, they would send another question days later. As if they were attempting to drag out return time. Once I answered all questions; no items were never worn, yes items are in original packaging etc. I again informed them I wanted a refund and to return the sneakers. I never received any further communication from them much less return information.

I ordered from this company a few years ago didn't have any issues I ordered my shoes last week got them promptly I open the box and they look terrible feel terrible immediately knew that they were fake hopefully the return process goes as smoothly as the purchasing process went. TRASH

Hopefully I have no problem getting a refund I've seen that other people have just go to a store or a reputable online site

Purchased soccer shoes after receiving them they were low quality. Called to return them got the run around. 30 day return policy even though it was a Christmas gift. The granddaughter couldn't even try them on because it was a surprise. No Christmas gift policy. Took 8 days to get them THEY considered 30 days from shipping not receiving them! Finally got a UPS label and they charged me 7.99 for the shipping return! Do NOT order from this scam company. I am writing to the attorney general to make a formal complaint.

I bought a pair of shoes for over retail since they charge 8%+ for Tax and received a pair of dirty used shoes which also had a cut on the leather and the dirty spots can go unnoticeable but i payed for a brand new pair of shoes, not a used pair. There was a blue stain on the shoe that annoyed me because I have shoe cleaner product and it still wouldn't come out, and the shoe seems like it's lifting and the glue is visible in some areas.

Don’t buy from this site, and if you buy in person make sure to check that the shoes are to your standards.

I've tried to sign up and create a account with this website and have been unsuccessful I've also tried to check out and pay for shoes as a guest and still no way to do so. Then I went on an try to click on certain shoes that interests me or in my children and it wouldn't let me I feel like maybe it's a scam

I don't know why or how they pick and choose which customers to service, but my experience with wss was (suspiciously) good. I splurged on a pair of jordan flight 45s april 1st, and i communicated with their reps through email on a couple occasions for status updates. The response was always prompt and my package was shipped/delivered within ten days of purchase. That being said, i can't recommend this site in good conscience solely based on all the negative reviews it has garnered. Tread carefully...
