“I waited a long time, never received the hair or any communication”

Issa hard no for me. I believe this is a scam company as - in three months after purchase - I never received anything more than a confirmation email. No responses to my emails to check up on my order status and, most importantly, no product. I'd give a zero if I could.

Tip for consumers:
Just don't. Not worth it.
