We were forced by the SC fees to migrate our cc processing to Shul cloud's own processor. We did it. The CC's stopped going thru. Everyone getting error messages. We are in middle of major membership campaign.
Trying to get them to fix this for close to 2 weeks.
Poor communication. Poor responsiveness. Huge potential loss of income. Can't even get a rep on the phone.
