Have really enjoyed the chicken cat treats and just when I needed more I received an email with more treats offered - my only cat is so spoiled to these treats. I have to search my order list before I can remember all I've ordered but know that I look forward to emails with new product offerings. One of my favorite sites for shopping.

I've bought from u for the last 2yrs. 98% satisfied with my purchase. The2% wasn't satisfied with were taken into account & replaced or refunded. Your response to my issue has been quickly resolved.

We received the luggage in kind of a damaged box and, at first, I was concerned about the delivery. We were out of town when it was delivered but our neighbors held it for us until we got home. But, everything was fine in the box and all three pieces of luggage were absolutely beautiful... thanks to the packers at side deal or whoever did it!

I ordered a pair of leather Adidas for $21! I thought if this was a scam, I just lost $21 but it wasn't! I got a brand new beautiful pair of the white leather Adidas. Shipping was within 5 days. Will definitely purchase again from Side Deal!

So glad I stumbled across this lil GEM! I find so many great deals and discover so many cool products out there that I didn't even know existed. The free shipping w/ membership is an awesome incentive as well, and WELL WORTH IT!

I ordered for the second time two 6' quick chargers. They have 4 USB A plugs and charge very quickly. I was so happy with my first experience using this cords that I wanted more. Side Deal had another great price so I got them. Because they are 6' long, I can hang them from hooks and have them anywhere near a plug. It was another quick ship with no problems. Side Deal is great for bargain prices for quality goods.

I had an issue with my order of refurbished Bluetooth speakers. The agent, Sean, solved it quickly and competently. No hoops to jump through or impersonal bot gatekeeping. Just a simple human taking care of a customer. Beautiful.

There an issue with my product I order, the customer service quick respond and to resolve the issue.

I noticed that i had stopped receiving all of my emails from SideDeals and MorningSave. I contacted customer service by email on a Friday or Saturday and I received an answer and instructions on how to renew my email subscription on Monday. Very helpful and easy. Items are cheap. This item was expired, but the customer service rep fully refunded. No big deal. Thanks Side Deal.

I have bought multiple things from side deal. One of these did not work and I emailed customer service. In less than several hours they got back with me and refunded me the moneys, and did not require me to send it back. I am very impressed with their customer service.

I seldom have issues with Side Deal (and other Mediocre Corp sites), but I always buy with the confidence that if something goes askew on the seller's end, they always make it right.
