My 10 month old pup has a metal tag with a super cool enamel design on the front but my pup's name and address which is engraved on the back is very hard to read. The Silidog tag has awesome contrast and sharp lettering that is very easy to read. It is soft and I can totally understand how a pup would enjoy chomping it to bits but if it's on a collar that a dog is wearing they can't reach it to chew it so not a problem from my perspective. The part of the tag the split ring goes through seems plenty sturdy. My tag arrived with a week of ordering (October 2018) it looks great and I'm totally happy with it.

Ordered a dog tag back in July and now here we are 2 months later and still have not received it. I tried emailing, Facebook messaging, and calling them SEVERAL times each but have yet to get a response! Finally had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. After doing some online research I'm seeing that is the normal for this company. Only emails I get from them are spam trying to get me to make another purchase at least 5 times a week when I never received my original purchase. My wife and I purchase products that are on Shark Tank quite frequently and this is our 1st experience dealing with a scam company that made the show.

I ordered a tag, which I got... but the site states that it works for all size dogs. They are big and bulky for my little 7 lb pup. I emailed the company through email and Facebook and no response. Very very disappointed and wasted money.

I ordered two tags from SiliDog's website, after seeing them on Shark Tank. I have not received the tags, they have not responded to my many emails and FaceBook messages. What kind of way is this to run a company? I will never deal with them and I certainly would never recommend them.

Ordered the red bone dog tag. Arrived in the mail on time but the tag lasted all of 48 hours. The attacher was weak and our puppy took one bite and it literally crumbled! Awaiting a response from the company regarding their warranty but even if they replace it, fact is quality is poor.

I saw these on SharkTank and loved them immediately ordering them on 10/31/16 and to date have not received tags or any communication regarding the tags! If you go on their site there is no phone number to call you have to email which I did and have received no response. They took my money and now I do not have the tags as gifts 5 days before Christmas! I have never had an issue like this! Maybe Lori Greiner should look into this company she invested in since it appears from the reviews that I am not the only one this is happening to? Beware ordering!

I purchased 4 tags for my dogs. It was fun creating distinct messages for each dog. It took a few weeks for delivery... I had no problem with that. The crappy ring that was given was first not attached to the tag, it t was separate... weird. It took less than a day for the tag to come off 2 of the dogs, it took about a week for the other 2 tags to come apart. The ring is so flimsy and of such BAD quality. I'm not sure where the tags were lost... on a walk or in the yard. At $20 each, it was an overall expensive cost that was lost. Very disappointed in construction design.

Purchased this overpriced dog tag because of the claims of how great the idea of a silent dog tag is. Broke off my dogs collar within a few weeks. Left two telephone messages and two emails before finally receiving reply email on how to order a new tag. Did this and two weeks later still no tag. Will not permit my valued pet to be without a tag any longer, and will purchase another product. Requested full refund. Dont waste your time, effort and money on this product. Steven C. Weida

I placed my order the beginning of November and never received it. I tried calling them and emailing them several times and NO RESPONSE. I eventually ended up having to call my bank and dispute the charges so I could actually get my money back for the product I never got to see. Needless to say I left a respectful, yet honest post on their Instagram about my personal experience. They DELETED it the same morning! Wow. You can't respond to me but you sure are on top of your social media game! What a joke.

I ordered two tags, which was nearly $40. They only sent one tag. I have sent 3 emails, tried chatting on the webpage, and left 2 phone messages. They have not replied or sent my second tag. Extremely dissatisfied with this company.

I purchased 2 tags. It took ~ 2 weeks to receive them and cost ~$40. Both tags came apart within 1 week of their arrival. I emailed the company through the website and have not received an answer. After seeing the other reviews and seeing the BBB rating, I know I will not be receiving one. Totally ripped off.

A repetitive theme of complaints. We ordered after viewing on Shark Tank. Received an email on November 17th to apologize for delay due to the number of orders. Then received an email on December 21st that said the order has shipped. Still have not received it on February 7th. No response from their customer service or phone calls. What's up with that, Mikey Lickstein?!

I gave one star because I had to; if possible, I would have given zero stars. I purchased two tags (one for each dog) and the printing is slanted and the top of my street address is cut off. I have called, emailed twice, and messaged through Facebook twice, and have received no response over the past six weeks. Given the price of these tags, the printing should be perfect and the customer service should be a lot better. I definitely would not recommend this product!

This doesn't even deserve a star! We were extremely excited to get these tags for our dogs because they hate the metal dog tags and we thought a silent one would work best for them. Not even more than 2 weeks and the silicone hook has ripped off clean from the bone shaped tag. We're still trying to figure out how it broke! We've emailed and called and left messages and NO ONE HAS GOTTEN BACK TO US. That's horrible customer service and I wish I would have saved my money for something else. I would not recommend this product at all.

Like others I have been waiting a completely unacceptable length of time for two plastic tags. I ordered on October 27. As of January 15th I have not received anything yet.
Very disappointed.
Hopefully the "sharks" can use their "experience" to help this obviously troubled company figure out how to
- deliver
- improve customer service
- communicate
- oh, and did I already say DELIVER!
I hope that I do (eventually) receive this product and that it is HIGH quality because the time, cost and frustration experienced to date is unacceptable.

Disappointed in the ring they gave with the tag. Lost the tag after wearing it for less than 2 weeks. I also noticed before the tag was lost that the corner edge silicon was wearing away. What a waste of over $20. Will just get another plastic tag. Wish I hadn't thrown mine away when I received this tag.

This is a great product. I have a different use. I have an electronic apartment key which is bulky and want to have a tag to identify. My tag says "If Found Call...". I use it a lot so it is in and out of my pocket. Works perfect for 7+ months. Also have tags for my cat and dog and they also work great. My tags arrived as promised.
I see some very negative review. As far as I am concerned the product and company should have great review.

This company is EXTREMELY unprofessional. I had issues cancelling my order soon after placing it, and I was instead charged and sent the order anyway. When I tried to leave a negative review on their website multiple times, none of the reviews appeared on the website. Eventually I received an email from the CEO himself, wanting to address my concerns. When I explained that I thought that the business was sketchy because my review wasn't appearing anywhere, he completely ignored that and promised to "bend over backwards" to make it up to me. When I requested to send back the tags and receive a refund, I never received an answer from him. Overall, this company is extremely unprofessional and even sketchy, and I would suggest not shopping there.

Tip for consumers:
I would NOT suggest purchasing from this site. The customer service is not helpful in any way, and even when speaking with the CEO I received no help and no resolution to my issues.

We ordered one for our only pet. It took forever to receive.
It failed after 7 months. The rubber ring that holds it to the collar split in two.
I contacted sillidog and all the kept saying to me was send a picture. I asked mutiple times what are you all going to do with a picture and what are you all going to do to replace it. As of this post still no answer. Oh BTW - it was on my indoor only cat that wears a breakaway collar. Horrible product. If it fell apart in the indoor enviroment what the heck is going to happen if it is exposed to the elements...

Not sure what the problem is with this company, but I have tried to contact Silidog MANY times by phone, FB message AND email regarding a Nov. 1 order that has been paid for but never arrived. They have not responded to me. I say BUYER BEWARE! This is a fly by night operation, from spotlight to silence. If only they would have responded to me, explaining that they are swamped with orders, I would have given them lots of slack because I like to support American entrepreneurs. "Sili me" for not going with a sure thing and buying a pet tag at my local pet shop, instead of spending so much $$$ on this guy's operation!

They cashed my payment 10/31/16, they sent me an email about a month later apologizing for the delay. I wrote back supportively because I like to help small businesses (saw on Shark Tank) Another month goes by, get another email telling me my tag is on the way(Jan. 2017). Still no tag4--5-17. I have contacted the company 3 times with NO response! SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Did not last even two weeks... broke in half while dog was rolling on floor. I ordered the dog tag from Silidog and received ok. Loved it, but is not durable. Very upset

Placed order with business on 10/29. It is now 12/27 and NO TAGS. This company is a complete disaster. All it seems they can do is collect payments. They CANNOT seem to ship tags, respond to emails, phone calls, etc. DO NOT ORDER. Someone should reach out to Lori or SharkTank and let them know!

I ordered my tag on November 18th, and just got my it yesterday. And it's for a puppy that had to go around tagless for all of that time. I dealt with Helene. She kept repeating to me over and over that I should've gotten it. She made me wait to see if it got lost. Well it did! She finally offered to mail another one. I asked if she could expedite it to me faster than regular mail. She refused! I will Never order another tag from this company.

I don't know which shark it was that back this company but I'm sure you're kicking yourself in the head now because they have horrible customer service I have emailed four times because of our tag breaking within a short period of time the other tag ripped and have yet to get a response and that was over three months ago! I was hoping they were a member of the Better Business Bureau but ha ha what a shocker they are not! I guess whoever the shark was does not stay on top of the business because you would think that companies that were on that show that are backed by one of the richest people in America would be better and have better customer service we will NEVER order anything we see on Shark Tank going forward!

Ordered 3 tags, not cheap, for 3 small dogs. Two of them have broken at the ring hole. Definitely not a good product. Customer service was slow to respond after multiple emails.
