I put an order in for our four dogs but messed it up and cancelled it. Put correct one in. Got charged for both, only received second order.

4 emails, countless calls later, I STILL have NEVER received my $99 (!) back! Nor did the discount code at that time from Sharktank ever take!

Less than 7 months later, two of them broke, within a year, all of them.

NOT HONEST AND CRAPPY PRODUCT = LOSER!

The tag tore right off within two weeks. Silidog didn't answer any of my emails and won't offer a refund. It's too bad... I liked the look, but it's a terrible design; the silicone is too weak.

This is THE BEST pet tag I have ever had. I saw the company and Shark Tank and it was the first time I had ever made a purchase of a product from the show! The pet tag is perfect for even my little Lhasa Also, Max.

Also, extremely great customer service and FAST & FREE shipping! I had ordered on a Thursday night and received it by Monday:)

Ordered 10/22/16. Today is 1/23/17. Have called (had to leave message) & emailed 3 times. No response. Called CC to have charges reversed! Must be a scam!

My dog tag broke the day I received it. Tried over 4 times to get it replaced and no response. I finally had to dispute charge with my credit card company

Update... March 7th, 2018. After emailing and calling Silidog with the photos in my profile picture and providing my contact information, I never received so much as a call, an email, nothing. Not a word. No comment, no credit, no "we're sorry that happened" - NADA. So my comment is not FAKE nor is it OLD. I wanted to like and support this business. I loved the story on Shark Tank. But as a consumer I'm warning people the tags break and they do not stand behind them. Buyer Beware. It's too bad because if they would work on their design (maybe switch to metal for the grommet that attaches it) and keep up with customer service they could be a good company.

And reviewers shouldn't be "shaming people" who give poor reviews. I hope Sitejabber will take note of this. Unless a reviewer is being abusive or threatening a person should be able to give their honest experience with a company and not be "shamed on them" for it. All of the reviews on Silidog I have read have been respectful and representative of that person's experience. Nancy G. Must have a vested interest in Silidog. If so, maybe she could start answering the phone.

I think I had mine about a year before it broke at the ring. I was going to order another until I read the reviews and saw that this is a common problem.

I ordered a dog tag back in DECEMBER. I still have not received it nor have I heard anything from the owners despite trying to contact them multiple times.

Do not waste your money here it is scam.

Literally. You will literally be throwing $20 away. I ordered dog tags A YEAR AGO. I never received the dog tags and I received no response at all when emailing the company.

Perfect product, great quality and most important thing it's quite! Perfect. A +++. We will order again.

I originally ordered a tag after viewing them on Shark Tank back in 2016. It took months to get the tag, and the tag broke within TWO DAYS. In the same spot everyone else has complained - where the tag and the little rubber nub that the ring loops through meet. I complained by email and FB message and got no response. I commented on FB and on Instagram, and they simply deleted my comments without contacting me. It wasn't until I complained on BBB that they finally sent me a replacement. That one also broke in the same spot a few months later. Then I got another dog and stupidly ordered another tag a year later. I thought both their customer service and quality would have improved and I did like how silent the tag was. Big mistake. Same thing happened... no delivery (definitely do not believe their "ship within 2-4 days lies!) and it wasn't until I filed another complaint with BBB that they finally shipped me my tag. (By the way, their BBB rating is an F!). Well, guess what? Guess what broke in the exact same spot? I superglued it back together probably at least 3-4 times until it finally broke somewhere where I couldn't find the missing tag. I raise service dogs, so I'm not talking about rough dogs who are wild and rambunctious. STAY AWAY from this product! Believe the reviews! The reviewer who claims these are all fake is probably a Silidog employee.

I ordered in OCT received in Dec and it had come apart by Jan. I emailed the site 2 times. Still no reply. I would have given a zero if possible

Our dog ATE half of this tag in the first 10 minutes of wearing it. There was no wording or suggestion regarding this likelihood.

First Time Order I got 2 Heart Tags. Silidog Logo name was in BIG Font size, Dogs Address number and street name was so small it could not have been any smaller. AND Silidog logo name came up crooked to the small font address so that it interfered with easily reading the address.

This is reading it New WITHOUT any dirt or debris getting in the grooves of the fonts. I cant imagine being able to read it at all when it gets worn or used.

They sent me another set of tags FREE saying that I needed to have the circle tag as that had more room. For customer service I give them 2 stars. However,,,,

The replacement tags had a bit bigger address number and street name but Once again their company name took precedence in size over the address. AND the City/State And Zip were easy to read but the Address Number and Street are almost as small as the first set of tags.

If they can find a way to make their LOGO BIGGER and stand out, why cant they position the address words on the tags so that the Info can EASILY be read so that the PETS can EASILY Be Returned.

I wonder if the Shark Investor, Barbara, cares or even knows what the products being mailed out actually look like?

Such a Selfish thing to do. If the street address does not fit on one line, fit it on the tag with multiple lines, OR dont sell it to the customer.

Lots of bad reviews regarding tag loop breaking, poor delivery service etc. Geez.
And the guy, Mikey SAID on Shark Tank it was the only tag like itI saw other rubber type tags on the internet.

Like all the reviews before me, tag broke, Customer Service does not respond. Gives a new definition to "Shark" Tank!

Laurie Garnier invested in Silidog so your complaints do not surprise me at all. Just glad I read the reviews before ordering.

Customer service did not acknowledge my phone calls or emails. What a waste of $20! Extremely disappointed.

This tag broke within a week of my pup running around with it. They didn't reply to any customer service complaints and blocked me from social media.

OVERALL:
The tag is everything it claims. Ordering took a little bit, but it's very high quality (even after a year) and worth the wait!

ORDERING:
I ordered my dog's tag at the end of September 2017. It took a little while to come in (close to a month)- just when I was beginning to get scared of being scammed, it was in the mailbox!

DESCRIPTION:
I ordered the white circle tag. On the front I got my dog's name, my phone number, and the word "Microchipped" (3 lines total). The name is about twice the size as the rest of the text, so it stands out. On the back I got 5 lines that have my vet info. The back also includes at the bottom a little SiliDog logo. Despite how many lines were on it, all the text is legible, and very easy to read.

VISIBILITY:
The text really pops on this tag, so much so that it can be read from a distance and in photos! After a year of use by an active dog, it's gotten a little bit grungy a times. A quick wipe gets all the dirt off and leaves it looking like new! I was a little skeptical about it glowing in the dark, but sure enough it does, bright enough to make sure I don't step on my dog at night.

DURABILITY:
It's held up to my dog running through the woods for over a year, so it's sturdy. My dog doesn't chew anything other than bones (and can't get his tag in his mouth anyways), so I haven't had any issue with that.

NOISE:
It is really quiet. I added an additional loop to connect it to the collar and dangle it a little lower on my long-haired Pyrenees mix, so there is a bit of noise from all the different rings, but nothing close to what metal tags produce.

CONS:
The ring they provide is tough to get through the hole in the tag, so expect to struggle a little bit. I used a quick change tag ring in addition to the little ring they give, so I never have to mess with it again.

I order 2 tags in OCT and now it is DEC and still NO TAGS. I HAVE SENT E-MAIL AFTER E-MAIL AND NO RESPONSE. I EVEN GAVE THEM MY PHONE NUMBER
