I have bought 4 bridesmaid dresses for simple-dress.The dresses are pretty and my girls all like it.The size is exactly as the size chart shows. Shipping is fast. I appreciate this web. I will come back to other dresses again.

Ordered my dress around 3 weeks ago. Arrived today, I love it, the material is light and comfy. It is a little to big in one area so I will have it taken in slightly but that's ok. All in all I would definitely recommend this service. I was sceptical but took a risk all in all very very happy. I will put pics on after the party in August but cant right now as obviously it's a secret ha ha x

I ordered a customize dress from them and I have no complaints! I emailed them with questions and requests and I received a response back immediately which was great! I was a little nervous ordering from a site overseas but everything came back just the way I requested and in the amount of time they stated. After reading other people's reviews, I almost didn't order from this site but I'm glad I went with my first instinct. So to each his own!

I bought my dress Oct 1 and received it today Oct 11! I couldn't be happier with it! It is beautiful and just like the picture. It also fits me perfectly. I also give their customer service an A+ they got back to me within hours with an update on my dress. I was skeptical of buying my wedding dress online, but couldn't be more pleased and relieved with the way it came out. I will defiantly make future purchases with them. :)

I was very unsure about ordering my prom dress from and online store epically one from China! They were very nice and kept me up to date and my dress arrived early and fit perfectly.
I will be recommending them to all my friends for their prom dresses.

Also in regards to them selling dresses illegally they won their court case and in my opinion they won so it doesn't matter

Before I ordered my dress I asked customer service if it would be here before my prom and they assured me that it would and it's not! I asked for refund and they only gave me 80 dollars when I paid over 300.

I just received the dress today and it is a re-creation of a dress I saw on pintrest and other sites. This dress did not show the back bottom of the dress it is not a good picture. Cheap looking lace with a tule just cut around edge of the sleeve, did not look like picture. The top also does not lay nice on the chest it almost curls out. As your site states it is important for your customers to be happy with their dress. I would hope you will refund me my money less your re-stocking fee. I sent you a picture as requested but can not send pic on my daughter as one can see right down the top. I would suggest that you would post a better picture of this dress.

You cannot return your dress, so be prepared to keep it. They do not make this clear in the return policy. They say "your satisfaction is of upmost importance", but its not. The dress we received did not fit and we didn't like it. Too bad. No returns. The dress we ordered was cheap looking and made. This is an oversees company, not a US based company which is why they do not accept returns. Find a US company.

So, I went to order a costume through them because it would ship within 12 hours of payment. I absolutely needed it by the 8th of October, so I did the faster shipping. After 12 hours had passed and I didn't receive a shipping email with the tracking # I sent them an email. When they didn't respond, I sent them another. They finally responded and said that it wasn't even going to ship for another 12 days. I am so livid. I told them not to bother shipping and to refund all of my money immediately. They're now saying I have to wait. I opened up a dispute with PayPal and will expedite it tomorrow. Don't ever buy anything from this site.

Very dissapointed with this purchase. My friend is getting married next May 2018, we spent a few days searching for bridesmaid dresses and come across what we thought were beautiful dresses. We all got together and got the correct measurement for us all and sent them off on the website. A few weeks later the dresses arrived and to be honest they were laughable. They were all to big and all to long. The material was shocking. My friend spent time to measure them all and they had not listened to any of the measurements we had gavin them. We tried to get hold of the website but had such a poor response from them. Then be offered not even half a refund. Please do not order from this website. You will be dissapointed.

I bought a wedding dress on this website. As soon as arrive to me my dress 10th of january i send a message to them and tried to contact to them.
I send this message:
" Today my dress arrived to me. But it is not the same as the shown. And also color is different than i ordered. I want to send it back. Please help me to which adress i will send and how many days later you pay money back?"
The answer was not relevant to my question. They send me this answer:
"hello,
Your dress has been shipped by DHL, the tracking number is *******133, this is the track website: www.dhl.com
Thank you."

I read the reviews on this site AFTER I ordered my dress, so I got really nervous and I just knew that either it was never going to get here, or that it was going to be a piece of crap that I wasted $160 on. But it actually came just a little over a month from when I ordered it; which is honestly not bad considering it was costume, hand made, ordered during peak season, and it was from China. It arrived and to my bewilderment it fit PERFECTLY. They got all my measurements right, and even added a little extra fabric in the back like I requested. The fabric was a decent quality, and it looks nice. I am rating 4 instead of 4 stars because the costumer service is not great, they responded to my email the second time I sent it, and I had to put some weird code in the subject line for them to reply, it was confusing. But once they did reply they were friendly and helpful enough.

I order my dress march 10th and these $#*!ing people shipped it to the wrong state and im trying to get in contact with them and they stright dubbin my $#*!... i need my dress for prom does anyone know they number

So I don't typically review things but I looked at a lot of reviews when buying from here and wanted to share my experience. I'm in my cousin's wedding, one of her bridesmaids found the dresses on simple-dress.com and I decided I'd be the guinea pig before everyone went and bought a dress that either doesn't come or looks terrible. SO I did the quicker 10 day shipping option, the dress didn't come for a month. Which, that's fine I was smart enough to buy a dress for a wedding in October in April knowing international shipping isn't usually quick or on time. But you do pay extra for this and I'd recommend it because I can't say how long it'd take without that option! Next, I ordered a size 4, I'm usually a size 2 but foreign sizes fit funny I'd rather it run big than too small. The dress is a bit big, not huge, but certainly needs to be taken in, which again, is fine. The material isn't like some fabulous material it's definitely cheaper but when the dress is on it looks good and you'd never know it's cheap. The dress is not exactly as pictured. It's a replica. Whichever i also knew was the case, but I have a feeling most people don't know this when ordering from one of these sites. Still a beautiful dress just not exactly as pictured. Finally, I know some people had issues contacting the website, I emailed them and they got back to me in 24 hours. Maybe I got lucky, but I got a well written response.

They are a rip off. They charge you for expedited shipping, 2-3 days and it has been 3 weeks and still no dress. I'm not even sure if it will ever come.

After carefully reviewing the website's return policy, I ordered a dress thinking I would have NO problems returning it if I didn't like it. Well, I didn't like it, and now I'm in the middle of a Pay Pal dispute because they want to refund me $30 for a $200 purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! They're awful and unprofessional.

I had my sister order a bridesmaids dress through the. It came out perfect and the color was on point! Until my other girls went to order. They did exactly hat my sister did and seleted " as picture shown" to get the blush pink color. They get their dresses and they are in light baby pink! I emailed them for three days and called. They were on their Chinese New Year and now we cant return them? Why because you were off and didnt respond in a timely fashion? Requesting chargebacks and they are dumber than a box of rocks. I provided the order numbers for each girl and told them exactly what happened and they told us to do a whole new order only offering a $10 off compensation. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

I ordered my dress on March 1st. I paid extra for it to get here. They said it would be here on March 12th. Today is March 14th. Where is my damn dress? My prom is on the 24th. They are not answering my calls.

Do not order from this store. They advertised that I would get the dress by a certain day but didn't even come close. Too late for the event. They would not cancel the order. Terrible service!

Received the dress and the waist fits, but the top is huge and stained. It can't even be tailored because the size is so far off from what my daughter needs.

Its a scam website. All good reviews are fake. They will send you a fake dress. They will say you can return it to CHINA! Shipping is $198. You cannot return it. Pay pal wont help. STAY AWAY!

Just google all the aspects of the dress that the site uses and you'll find a more trustworthy website with the same dress. This one must just recreate ones.

This place is a joke and I wish the bride who ordered our dresses had looked harder into reviews. Out of the 5 dresses ordered, 4 had to be altered. So if you think you're getting off cheap, think again! You end up paying $80 in alterations. The color was definitely now what was seen in the pictures. An ugly bright red compared to a deep red. My dress wasn't even made to the right measurements, not even close. Was sent back, and then they wanted us to pay shipping and handling on a dress that they messed up completely. The custom measurements are a joke. All the shoulders on the dress weren't made correctly, all (ugly) straps were made too big and were falling off. Under the bust was baggy but across the stomach it was made too tight. The zippers are ridiculous, it took two people to zip the dress up and down. Two different seamstress said the dresses were made poorly. One said the dress was such poor quality, the zipper needed to be replaced. Another said the bottom hem on the dress was cut so uneven. These dresses are awful. And terrible quality, seriously, I would take my business elsewhere. And if you try to post a review of the dresses on the site, it doesn't post. They monitor what is posted, that's why they have so many stars. This place is a rip off. And the dresses are garbage.
