I needed tires for my Chev 2500 HD. I had searched Amazon. Walmart, Sam's Club. Tires Direct and 5 or 6 other online outlets. A friend suggested Simple Tire and they had the best price, friendly customer service reps. I ordered on Monday 12. 23. 19, I was told tires would deliver on 12. 26. 19 which was fine. BUT, the tires showed up 12. 24. 19. I was amazed how this could happen. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SIMPLE TIRE for your tire purchase.

I ordered a 275/30ZR20 tire on Saturday. I gave these guys the benefit of the doubt because they offered a good deal. Well today my tire gets here, and its a 275/35ZR20, which is not the correct size. This is such a simple order. It is literally 1 tire, I dont know how they managed to mess it up.

So I called and sat on hold for 35 mins listening to elevator music, to only be told sorry, and act like its not a big deal. They offered to send out a replacement, and now I have to wait until Friday for the new tire. So that now puts me without a car to drive for an entire week instead of 3 days.

To top it off, I was offered compensation of an unknown amount for the inconvenience, but I have to wait 24-48 hours for the billing department to send me an email to ask me some questions. Just a disorganized transaction process that should not be this complicated.

Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. Save yourself the hassle.

Simple Tire had every size of tire I was needing, and the service/shipping was quick and on target. I would encourage anyone needing some tires to visit their web site and see what they can offer you. I used another web tire dealer previously until I found Simple Tire. I bought 2 tires from simpletire.com in May 2022 and started feeling vibration right after installation. At first, I thought it was poor balancing so I asked the tire shop to rebalance them. Then I thought it was alignment, so I did alignment. Nothing helped. Then I moved those 2 tires from the front to the rear axle and felt that vibration moved to the back of my car. So I called simple tire and asked them for a replacement. They refused saying that they need a special balancing report which tire shops in my area don't provide. So I had to buy a new set of tires at Walmart (which were a better brand and also cheaper). And now, the vibration is gone meaning the tires were defective. Will never buy from simple tire again.

I got on line one day looking for tires, and found a nice set so I bought them. A nice young lady named Abbie emailed me the didn't have them and ask if there were any others I would like. I look and found them and she sent them right out I had the in 2 day's. Thanks Abbie.

The tires i received were not the tires in the picture. I'm guessing they're the "newer version" of the fury mud tire, and if that's the case then the website needs to change the picture on the site. Here are pictures of the tire i ordered and the tire that i received.

Was looking for a radial mud tire for a daily/weekend trail truck. And they had some Baja Claw TTCs listed. For Cheap! I took a shot and ordered them on a Friday on my lunch break. They arrived Monday morning (shipped from N. C delivered to N. Y) couldn't be happier.

I figured I try Simple Tire because I saw positive reviews. I ordered two front tires for my UTV. One came a week later and the other supposedly got lost in the mail. After calling numerous times I finally got someone to answer. She said I'd have my lost tire tracked. Two days later they sent me an email saying my newly ordered tire would get here in four days. I then got another email saying because of the shipper it won't get to my house for two weeks more. I believe they took my money in hopes they could find the tire they never had. This is totally unacceptable and I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB. No Company should operate this way.
