Not impressed I waited 6 days for a tire for it to be the wrong size tire! I sent emails to get this resolved right away because I have a truck show next week and no response so then I spent a half a day on the phone to find out they will fill out a form and send it to another department witch will contact me in 24hours! To fix the problem so by the time this is all fixed in a roundabout way it will take about 2 weeks or more to have the right tire based on the week I've already waited

I skeptically purchased my first set of tires online for my vehicle and choose Simple Tire after looking at several different online sites that sell tires I'm so glad that I did! Not only were the tires affordable but the communication during the shopping process was on point and all four tires were delivered same day and of the quality they stated they were. I will Be a return customer for sure.

I put my car info in and then offered me a tire that didn't work for my car. Wasted my time and now I have to wait to get my money back.on top of that I got stuck with whatever Firestone had so I got pretty much screwed twice. What a joke

I found this site and was skeptical of its legitimacy. So i called them the next day to see if i got a american representative or one in a foreign country. The sales and tech guys were very courteous and told me about their inventory. So i went online and ordered my tires. The were on my doorstep in 3 days. They were what i ordered and i am pleased. The price was good and i coulda got them on sale cheaper the day before but i missed it as i wanted to make sure they was real company. Yes, as you can tell i have been victim of internet scams before. Lol. Simple tire is real, and i highly recommend them. I will be purchasing from them in the future

I looked over many different websites and stores in my local area and couldn't for the life of me find the correct size of tire I wanted. One search on SimpleTire and I found the size I wanted. They had multiple different brands on there as well. They have good discounts and promo codes. Fast shipping as well through Fedex.

BUYERS BEWARE! I bought four brand new radar renegade AT/5 tires 8 months ago and my driver side rear tire blew out on the interior sidewall while driving down the highway 55 mph. Luckily I wasn't harmed in the situation but was left on the side of a dangerous highway.

I've called and left numerous voicemails with zero call backs. I've been unable to drive the truck because I'm in a true predicament because I feel like I have 3 ticking time bombs on it.

I haven't even received the courtesy of receiving a call back. I'd highly suggest going to another route. They were great on selling the tires, but have zero customer service after the transaction. Don't make the mistake I made!

I have a BMW X5M. It takes me over $2,200 to buy a set of tires for this vehicle. Now, I just bought the same tires for this vehicle, with warranty, for a little more than 50% of the $2,200. I went to the same business to have them installed. It cost me $66 for mount and balance I have a lifetime alignment from this company. Not to mention names, but it starts with Hib and ends with Don. Excellent deal on a really solid tire. Saved around 40 bucks a tire for set of 4. We shopped hard and couldn't find a deal that even came close. Some "buy 3 get one free " deals couldn't provide the size we needed in a comparable tire or shipping ruined the deal. Shipping from Simple Tire was really fast and free shipping was great. I'll shop with ST again.

I have gone around the sun 68 times and had the best tire buying experience ever! Never bought tires on line. I always went to a tire shops and tirelessly searched for best prices.
Heard about Simple Tire website and signed in and sat in the comfort of my recliner and found the exact Cooper truck tire I wanted and at the lowest price I have ever seen and ordered them. What really impressed me was the Fed Ex truck delivered the tires three days later to my residence and I live in Montana. For free!

I ordered two trailer tires after having a blowout a few weeks ago. It is a tandem axle travel trailer and I ordered two tires for one of the axles from another online dealer. These tires had a date code indicating they were already a year old. I found the SimpleTire site and the prices were more than fair, so, I thought I would give them a try. The tires arrived very quickly without incident. The date code was current and the tires were less than I had paid for the first two. I will definitely buy tires here again.

I was looking for a specific tire that local retailers didn't have in stock, found this site online. They had it, I was a little concerned about ordering it, I had a deadline. It was easy to order and I received it on time with no issues. I plan to check them out for future tire needs.

Simple Tire is pulling a scam on its customers. On Monday before Labor day I put 6 tires in my Cart to check the sale prices for the Labor Day Sale of 15% off. On Thursday night I went to my cart and my cart had been emptied and all 6 tires I had put in the cart had their prices raised by 20% and the listed price on the website was the marked up price discounted down 15%. Unbelievably unethical. I called Simple Tire and the sales lady refused to get a manager and said she would get a manager to call me back, which did not happen. I asked her to follow up with me to make sure her manager would call me back and she refused to do that. Shop your prices with this company. They are not an honest company.

Simpletire.com is way more than simply simple, they're mush more. They're always the best price. They always have a large selection to choose from. And the fastest delivery and best customer service I've ever dealt with.

This is my 3rd tire set from simple tire. They are fast to deliver and A great price. I had this set the next day, and these are fresh tire not old stock date code is 11th week of 2020
