Purchased tires at an amazing price with labor day discount and brand discount with no trouble, "in stock". Then I was informed days later they were out of stock and to shop again. Well, the whole brand is out of stock (probably because of the 20% discount) and labor day discount is over! Feel scammed. Now I'm paying a hundred bucks more at Walmart for similar tires. Installed.

Tired to put this review on their Facebook wouldn't allow it they sold me a defective tire and will not send a shipping label to return it they want a report from the place I had them installed, I took the bad tire off and put another tire on so Im not paying 90 bucks back to get 90 plus my time wasted you have been warned

My experience with SimpleTire has been great, I ordered the tires and got confirmation quickly, I got a delivery date estimate the next day, and they even emailed me to let me know that the delivery may be a day late, I have dealt with other businesses that give you a set date and that's it they don't keep you in the loop, but SimpleTire was on top of everything they didn't leave me wondering about where my tires were or when they would be delivered to my home. I would recommend SimpleTire because buying from them gives you a feeling and sense that you are in a tire shop talking with someone.

What a scam charged me for the wrong tires and I thought well I will just follow the return process lol its been 3 months only received 3 of the tires I have sent them back after they refused to email me a valid shipping label still waiting on the 4 tire and haven't been refunded for there mistake I had no other option than to report them to my credit card company I can not urge anymore to not purchase anything from simple tire

I ordered my 4th set of tires from simple,I was shipped tires with a manufacture date of 2019.They where great to get the tires replaced quickly,could not ask for better customer service.

If the tire is defective, we will absolutely provide a prepaid return label for you to return the tires, but we need to have documentation that the tire has been deemed defective by the installation center you're working with. This is really just because the tire has already been mounted, which is outside our return policy - we are usually unable to accept tires back once they have been mounted, but the exception to this is if the tire is defective and we're given documentation from a licensed installation center stating that. If you can give us a better understanding of why you aren't able to get that information from the installation center, we can see what we can do to help.
