SimpleTire made it very easy for me to purchase my tires and obtain alternate credit. Only issue I had that I received 2 tires on expected delivery date but the other 2 came the next day.

I ordered 2 tires for my Lexus. Size 17. They sent me 16. I emailed them 4 days ago to inform them of the issue and haven't heard back from them yet. I will give them a week then file with my CC co.

I am ready to go on vacation and last thing is to get tires installed. Went to installer per my Simple Tire emails. Only 2 tires present. I have spent the last 2 hours on phone/hold/being disconnected and getting nowhere with SimpleTire. I am wondering if they went out of business. I can understand delays, but no way to get ahold of this company? I mean, losing a day is not the end of the world, but do I need to make other arrangements?

I went to three different mechanics to try to get my tires to balance. After the third, I was told that the only way my warranty would be considered was if I did a road force balance. I went ahead and did the road force balance, and the company that installed the tires determined that 2 out of the 4 tires were out of round which was causing the intense vibration on the highway. Driving mostly backroads, I didnt notice it much until I began commuting further for work. The vibration was so bad on the highway that it was shaking the carseat in the back. I determined at that point I really needed to get this resolved. Simpletire put me through the ringer, and are treating me as if I'm trying to steal from them. Shop local, saving the $100 on a deal isnt worth an unresponsive company.

I was referred to simpletire by a friend of mine that's a local business owner and said to me you got to check these people out they have really good deals really good tires name brands not name brands anything you can think of so I gave him a shot turns out they did have the best price even better than Tire Rack even better than Walmart even better than Amazon so I purchase for Eldorado mud claw extreme mt's 35 12 and a half 17 I love them they're great I give him five stars for everything I recommend this business to anybody I don't know why they're not on TV or or trying to sell their business even more so than they are now cuz they definitely are worth being looked at like I said somebody needs to help promote these people on a bigger scale thank you so much simple Tire

My first and last experience with Simple Tire. I ordered 4 tires for my Audi Q5 the representative i spoke with was very knowledgeable and polite. I received notice that the tires were sent and go ahead and make my installation appointment. Appointment was schedule and when they looked at the tires they had sent the wrong tire. Tires sent back and orderd again, once again wrong tire sents. Ordered again 1 tire sent. Repeated calls to Simpletire and I cancelled the order.

Placed my order for 2 tires size 33x12.50xr24 on September 3 2021 tires suppose to be delivered September 7 2021 on the date for the delivery around 3pm get a text message saying your delivery date has been pushed back to September 13 2021. Called and asked why they respond with the warehouse didn't have the size tire. Okay so why didn't yall call when I made the order. Will never order from SIMPLE TIRE again.

I called Friday morning and ordered 4 22.5 inch tires for our motorhome and had them in Reno NV Wednesday. Great price and free shipping. I would recommend Simple Tire to anyone needing tires.

I did specifications an comparisons right on simpletire site pricing an ordering was easy. Tracking provided was updated daily so I knew when to expect delivery

I ordered a set of 4 tires and it took 10 days to receive my product! 10 DAYS! FOR 4 TIRES! My tires came in a pair of 2 on Monday, 1 tire on a wednesday, and 1 tire a full 7 days later. I tried to ask why and the Customer service boy threatened me that he would have the tires picked up and shipped back to the warehouse. I then asked for a refund and they only provided a disrespectful 10%, after MULTIPLE delays and missed work. TERRIBLE SERVICE. The tire boy then continued his disrespectful emailing skills by telling me how many days were in a week and that I was wrong about how long I have been waiting for my tires. He then told me that they don't put a shipping labels on all of their tires? Why not take the extra 1 minute it takes to print out a label per tire if you are so worried about sending them in pairs and you choose to send them 1 at a time. They show their lackadaisical planning and oversight when they didn't even know which shipping date was to be correct; the one I was emailed and confirmed, or their mythical shipping date.

Please do not go through this process...you will get your tires late and it's not worth the headache or the product. I do not have time to wait around for childish-minded, middle-aged, remote "employee's" that are poorly trained in their one and only job. Shameful experience.

Probably one of the easiest transactions I've done online. Easy to maneuver through the website and research tires. Shipping was super fast too! Will definitely use them again.
