These guys made it simple, super easy to find the right tires and even during the Covid-19 Pandemic they shipped it in a couple days. Will definitely be using them again.

I love love loved my researching and buying experience through Simpletire.com. However, less than 30days after owning the $440ea Falken Wildpeak tires, which I bought for driving in the snow on the mountain highways. I got a puncture that could not be plugged/patched. When I contacted Falken they told me there was a 2year road hazard warranty and to have SimpleTire.com take care of it. I reached out to SimpleTire.com and gave them all the information, and linked them to the Falken website explaining the warranty. SimpleTire refused to honor the manufacturers road hazard warranty because I didn't spend the extra $340 for their tire replacement coverage. Why would I pay for coverage of something that is already included in the high price of the product? After going round and round, Falken suggested I go use Discount Tire and when I called them, they jumped on it and ordered me a new tire...a retailer where I didn't buy the tire from jumped on it, but the retailer (SimpleTire.com) where I bought the tire from gave me a cold shoulder. Interesting business model. OH, and SimpleTire.com, your call center in a foreign country where English is a second or third language does not make it very easy to communicate.

I placed my order 4 tires, as soon as I got them I had professional tires shop to install to find out one tire has 2,5 lb more weight on one side.
I called Simple Tire

NO ASSISTANCE
NO REPLACEMENT

So pretty much as a Customer I was left in dark.

I will NOT Recommend Simple Tire

This site is very user friendly. Very good pricing and two day shipping as promised. I tried ordering form Walmart site tires never came and i had to call to get my refund.

I give simple Tire five star rating for the following reasons they have excellent price and they have a pay monthly thing that I like very well great job simple Tire and the tires or not too noisy they are perfect in my opinion I just love them for the price thank you simple Tire

Seriously, it's kinda hard to find good products at Great price. My new friends over at Simple Tire really came through like they promised. Yes, I am really happy with my experience. Thnx guys

WAITED 5 MONTHS FOR ANOTHER SHOP TO TELL ME THEY COULDNT GET THE TRIES I REQUIRED. CALLED UP SIMPLE TIRE AND HAD TO GO WITH A DIFFERENT SET HOWEVER THEY WERE DELIVERED TO MY RESIDENCE WITHIN 5 DAYS OF PURCHASE. COULDNT BE HAPPIER. THANK YOU SIMPLE TIRE FOR MAKING MY TIRE PURCHASE "SIMPLE"

I needed tires bad and simple tire had what I needed within my current budget. They Arrived Fast and The ride is amazing. Will use for future tire purchases.

Just had my SimpleTire order delivered to my dealership. Tires we on time and arrived without issues. Got great help from the team there as my order was for EV special tires, SLRR, 50PSI, stiff sidewall, Hankook Ventus S1 evo2, Part#: *******. Got the best deal and they were veteran friendly. This is my forth time ordering from SimpleTire and it won't be the last.

I placed my order October 7-th 2023. Expected to get my order October 9-th. I was surprised they don't deliver to the home address. Instead they provide a list of FedEx offices or invite to go to the shop. Btw shop is too far from my place.
Ok, I choose a FedEx from the list. 2 days later 10/11/2023 I've got the first email with no clear explanation but stupid excuse that my order hit the bump. I've got a phone call from manager with no clear explanations again. Called them back. Spend on a phone 30 minutes on a hold. And FINALLY was told that the FedEx office I choose is very small and they exept small packages only!))) If packages are big they sending it back to the store!)) Surprise!
The store sales tires and the website provides FedEx list. Who is responsible for that? The store manager has no idea what the tire size is?!
Two days later I received another email, than another and so on. They were sending my tires back and forth from the store to FedEx, and back to the store...Every day back and forth!. 10 days!
I canceled October 17th because I didn't see any option TO GET MY ORDER!
Total waste of time!
And yes, they sold me an insurance. Without asking. Just to make it more expensive.

Even during theses difficult times there still reasonable on there tires and super fast shipping these are about my 3rd set of different tires always competitive pricing thank you and stay safe

They offered a 5% discount on an order they screwed up. They sent the wrong tires to my installer. He unknowingly installed them. The company will not budge.

Straight forward and no hassle buying experience. Had what I wanted and got them delivered in a timely manner. Will definitely do business with them in the future.

This company made it super easy understand and delivered my tires before the arrival date. I'd honestly use them in the future just because it was so easy.

I purchased replacement tires for two different vehicles from SimpleTire and so far so good. The tires are the same brand/type I currently had and seem to be just as good. The prices were much cheaper than anywhere else in store or on the internet... and believe me I looked. I was a little skeptical based on some of the reviews, but the tires were shipped and received lightning fast. I even had to change the date and place of one of the delivery\ies, so I called and spoke to a SimpleTire representative that was very friendly and helpful. Everything went smooth. I checked the date on the tires as again, people seem to complain about that. The two tires for one of my vehicles were manufactured earlier this year and the other four for the other vehicle were about a 1 1/2 years old, which is fine by me. They were perfect unused tires with the stickers still on them. Now that they are installed and have been driving on them for over a month now, I have zero complaints. I would definitely purchase from SimpleTire again.

Purchased and mounted for less than 3 local outlets quoted prices. Arrived in 3 days, quick. And a better quality tire than the entry level ones offered locally. Overall a good experience

Good website, certainly offer you options on whichever route you choose to go to either in store or online, but I recommend online seem to come out cheaper and has quick delivery
