I ordered from Simple Tire once and the tires were at my house the next day. They were left at the end of the driveway next to the road ready to be stolen. I emailed customer service to let them know, never heard from them. No big deal.
Ordered two tires August 31,2020 to be delivered by 9/2. No tires on 9/2. Fedex pushed it off till 9/3. I'm irritated so I contact customer service ththat I didn't like the New web dashboard, and the military discount can only be obtained through 3rd party verification every time. I also told them the process of getting an email to somehow add to you account was cumbersome at best I still don't know how I did it. NO REPLY!
9/3 I get an email that Fed Ex delivered my tires@ 8:36pm at my front door. NOPE! I check everywhere and my cameras. NADA! Call Fed Ex. They are opening an investigation and if they don't come by 9/8. They will contact Simple Tire.
I call Simple Tire. Silly clown music for 15 minutes. It kicks me off the phone and says email Simple Tire and they will respond in 24 hours. Can't wait about to take a long trip. OK cancel my order! Ordered from Walmart.

Great pricing of tires and fast delivery even the people that answer the phones are great i wouls give them 5 stars off the bat. Dont delay call them.

Let me preface with this: I know nothing about tires. My boyfriend told me our trailer needed an inspection and handed me numbers for the tire we would need replaced for it to pass inspection. So I set out on a quest. Onto the internet I went plugging in the tire info with hope. SimpleTire was one of the first businesses to pop up and the tire price was pretty reasonable compared to the competition. So I found the tire I needed (needed the tire, no rim), checked with my boyfriend that I wasn't going to buy the wrong tire, and paid for it. Within a minute I received my order confirmation. Later that day my tire shipped and I received the tracking info as my tire journeyed from FLA to PA! For having a holiday weekend coming up, I figured its delivery was to be delayed, but alas, it showed up on the day it was expected - very quick too! We were super happy with the transaction and will be doing business again! And after my purchase, the company made sure I was happy with my order. It was a very happy ending. Pleasure doing business! :)

Had a blowout and couldn't get the replacement because it is on national back order so I had to get a completely new set of shoes… I didn't have all of the money for the complete set but simple tire made it super fast and easy for me to get financed on a few tires and I had them within two days… Literally one of the fastest shipping products I have ever received in my life and I am 1,000,000% satisfied in my purchase! I ordered a set of Thunderer M/T and LOVE THEM!

Simple tire has a great selection of tires and shipping was fast.

They are the best at what they do! I got my tires super fast, like in 2 days. Even with a shipping issue that wasn't their fault they took care of it and I still got my tires super fast.

Everything was Perfect, said it would take 5 days, I ordered the tires on a Thursday, said it would take till next Tuesday, and I got them two days later! Excellent customer service!

I was looking for a tire to replace for my daughters car. She is on a donut waiting for a tire to come in. I ordered it on Wed it arrived on Friday. They sent the WRONG tire all together. I called and they offered me a 5% discount and assured me that they would get the correct tire sent out to me(even telling me that they sent a notice to the distribution center to send the correct tire) Well it is Monday and guess what... sent a new wrong tire! How in the world does this happen? What are they paying people for at the distribution center. They were going to send out another tire, but I just want my money back! I am sending the 2nd wrong tire back tomorrow when I can give it to Fed Ex. I don't get my refund until they get it back. What a huge waste of time and energy!
Side note: I ordered from another online retailer and they are sending it out today! Before I paid the salesman checked to make sure they put their hands on the correct tire. This tire is very scarce and I can not find it anywhere locally. So it is a blessing to finally have a tire company in my corner!

I was shopping for tires for a 2003 Volkswagen Beetle 225/45R17 and the price beat all others good traction in all weather and low road noise. Tires arrived in just a couple of days.

I called Simple Tire to order Nokian WGR4 All season tires for my Ford Escape as I've had them on my vehicle twice before for 3 years both times. They are an excellent tire but couldn't find them locally and Simple Tire had them in stock and shipped them the same day I ordered them (12-27-2019) and I received them at my dealerships address ahead of time on 12-30-19 Amazing. I would like to say to anyone looking for a great tire for all seasons this is it and I talk from experience as I live in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan where some years we get over 300 inches of snow and have very adverse driving conditions and these tires are quiet and perform well. Also I would like to say that Simple Tire made this a great experience as the agent I talked to Sierra was very professional and I received my receipts, tracking information, and contact in case of problem information immediately after my phone call in my e-mail. Will definitely be calling Simple Tire again great people.

Multiple times I have purchased tires from them and they average 1.5 -2 years old, absolutely ridiculous. Iam paying for new tires not old tires, there policy is 4 years, again absolutely ridiculous.

Bought 5 Michelin LTX M/S2 tires on 10/28/19 at 2pm, received tires next day 10/29/19. Bought on sale, normally $170, paid $102.35 each. Fresh DOT dates on tires!

I had no problems ordering my tire from Simple Tire. The process ws clear, ordering was simple, and delivery was exactly as promised. No snags, no glithes.
