My size tires are not only hard 2 find but also very expensive. Simple Tires had my size and had great prices. They were shipped 2 my house in less than 3 days. Can't beat that. I will order from them from now on.

I purchase all my tires online for all my vehicles searching the web for particular brands. I then recently found Simple Tire and they have the best selection at the best price anywhere. What won me over though was the customer service experience. I had a problem with one of the tires, they responded immediately and resolved the issue the that day! Wow, not expecting that. That is why I am a repeat customer. I tell that story to all my friends and to go shop Simple Tire.

I purchased a set of tires that I would normally order somewhere else... after seeing the price savings from simpletire I decided to give them a try. Transaction was easy... price was better and shipping was fast. I am all around pleased with the business they offer.

This last purchase was my third purchase. I will not buy my tires anywhere else. The website was easy for me to navigate through but the customer service goes Far and Beyond their job to help. Simple tires prices are very, very hard to beat and the delivery time was exceptional. I am not kidding when I say I ordered our RV tires on 04/27/20 and was completely dumbfounded when FedEx pulled in my driveway and I received my tires on 04/28/20. We have a semi box truck, a food wagon trailer and an RV that all have simple tires on them. For us I would not buy my tires anywhere else and I would highly, highly recommend Simple Tire to everyone.

I was pleased to see that Simple Tire had a user friendly website and an excellent selection of tires and awesome pricing. I had shopped around but they couldn't beat the pricing. The tires I order came on the scheduled date with no issues. I'll be a return customer and encourage others to as well.

At first, my ordering experience was great. I called in to ask some questions and received very friendly, easy, quick, and helpful answers. I went ahead and ordered my four tires right then over the phone on 11/27/19. No problem. I then received 3 of 4 tires on 12/2/19. Again, no problem. There were plenty of emails in regards to my purchase and delivery and that not all parts were delivered. No problem. But, then... nothing. I've been waiting for my fourth tire for three weeks without a word. I have followed up twice. The first time they responded and said they'd contact FedX and find out what's up and let me know. Why are they pointing finger's at FedX? Either way, still no word. And no tire. I was so happy with them at first, but was then very easily disappointed.

Website is super easy to use. Wide selection of options and the prices are great. In my 30 years of driving I have always sought out the most economical tires, and Simple Tire helps me do this. Prompt shipping. I have now purchased 4 sets of 4 tires and I will keep coming back. I always suggest them to friends and family.

I search the online site and the contacted them directly. Had to call a few times to get through. So I was skeptical. But once I got through the rep was awesome and answered all my questions with very knowledgeable answers

I saw quite a few negative reviews online for this company but their prices beat out everyone else and I could still receive the rebate on my tires. I decided to take a chance. First thing to know is that this is a tire distribution company, they deal with a lot of companies. I called customer service and verified that they had located the 6 tires that I needed, once that was done, I placed my order online. I then called customer service and verified that my order was received and correct. Each time I called, the representatives were pleasant and more than willing to help and put my mind at ease. I only made so many calls because of the online reviews but I will definitely use the company again and don't see the need for so many calls. I placed my order on 10/27/17 and received it on 10/31/17.

I'm sure this is a great business, but I will not be using it again spent a thousand with this company to be left in the dark for 2 weeks about where my tires was. They blamed fed ex, vise versa.im still waiting on my refund and I'll update when the do. Buying tires from them has costed me big time. Time lost from work trying to figure this out, to days sitting on hold for fed ex to do nothing. Well I've put tires on my truck to support my family and all they will offer is a tire.

Shopped several places for trailer tires, finally found Simple Tire. They were cheaper than Walmart on the exact same tire. They were also in stock and shipped immediately. Great service and follow up.

I was hesitant on using this because of the not knowing factor no one I know has heard of this place. After taking a leap of faith I have never been more pleased with the customer service, the employee knowledge, and how simple the transaction was. They have earned my business from now on my 4 brothers have recently purchased tires after my experience and have echoed the same praise.

SimpleTire is a total waste of time. I got lured by their pretty website and competitive prices and ordered tires because they promised 1 day/3 day delivery. Their delivery partner Fedex promised a day and I made appointments with mobile installers. And thats when the fun began. SimpleTire is not paying Fedex enough so they can guarantee a 1 day/3 day delivery. The tires were left in a warehouse and Fedex kept promising same day delivery for next 3 days wasting my time. I contacted SimpleTire customer service and instead of checking up on FedEx for me they kept pointing me saying it will be delivered. After a week, no tires were delivered. I asked for a refund and they said the tires has to reach their warehouse and then only refund. The customer service is in 3rd world country and they respond middle of the night. It is a $#*!ty con business. I am happy I never got the tires because now I am thinking as $#*!ty these people are, they might be selling gray market products

These two tires I bought were Replacements from another company(priority tire) that couldn't seem to get it right. Although they use the same shipper Simple Tire properly labels so they don't come off the tires and FedEx, the shipper can't make as many mistakes
These tires first 200 miles we're hard high speed over rocks in Nevada desert didn't phase them. Awesome tires

This is the third time I have bought tires from Simple Tire. They have the best prices and great selection. The shipping was very fast, received my tires the next day. Love being able to read the reviews as it helps to pick the right tires for my car. If I go to a tire shop I always price and look at tires there but Simple tire always beats their price by quite a bit.

I purchased one tire, got 20% off, and free shipping. Amazing. I thought it was to good to be true. Within 24 hours that tire was delivered. Now that's customer service. Can't do any better than that! Thanks Simple Tire.

I was looking for a specific tire and SimpleTire.com had the best price on it (Nokian WR G4 for Jaguar XJ6). The ordering was easy enough, set them to be shipped to my local installer. Arrived in new condition and no problems.

I ordered 12 ply at this through simple tire and they gave me 10 ply tires. I called them, as of this time their willing to fix the mistake, but I have to drive 80 miles to a fed ex hub and for the inconvenience they will only take 5 percent off my order. Will never order tires through them again

I have searched for tires online and in stores. No one can beat their prices. A large range of tires to select from. I have bought tires from simple tire in the past and will continue to buy from them in the future. Fast free shipping and great communication.

They price matched an incredible price I found on another site, had the tires at the install shop three days before my appointment, and buying the install through them saved me at least another hundred dollars. Excellent all around, I saved at least two hundred and fifty dollars overall compared to the next best price I found, and I didn't have to take my truck to Wally World. A+ experience!

Ordered my son tires for Christmas on
Sunday and they were delivered on Tuesday. Website was easy to use! I searched several websites prior to selecting Simple Tire for pricing and was more than pleased with the result! I will use them again!

It was incredibly simple to use the site (no pun intended) for purchasing. Even though I ended up having to return the tires the return experience was very easy and i got my refund within a day or two. Will absolutely use again.
