My order of 6 tires was completed without any issues.

A few of the reviews I read here, people had some issues with their orders. Maybe those people are just lame bad luck kinda people. I don't know.

Received our tires in a timely manner even tho we canceled the order within the first 24 hours before they shipped. When we tried to contact them to return them we haven't had any luck. Have filled out several return forms online and have spent a couple hours on the phone on hold. Have not gotten a response back. Its now been over two weeks since the order was placed.
Not happy about it!

Comparable prices to other online place, thought it would be better with the "$100" off installation and other % off things they show initially. But the install prices are jacked up before the discount. I called the store I wanted to do and install and they said if I bring in new tires or have them delivered they charge $25 a tire. Simple tire lists normally $35 but $26 through them, and then no $100 applied discount. Then nothing stacks so if the tire has any discount from listed price (higher than other sites) then if they have a different promotion then you have to pick, which makes them about the same price. I didn't like all their fake deals, so I went to a different site.

I've ordered tires a couple of times now from Simple Tire and couldn't be happier with the ease of ordering and the prices. It really is simple. Put in the make and model of your vehicle and select the tires you want. Tires are always delivered to my house within a couple of days. I have a local garage that mounts and balances them. I've saved a ton of money doing it this way versus going to one of the tire dealers which is important when you have kids and multiple cars that need tires.

I was pleased to find a match to my other 4 tires at a better price than other firms online. They promised two day delivery, which would be SUNDAY. Well, that I did not believe, WOW! Was I surprised when a delivery truck drove up and there was my new tire! I had it installed the next day. Feel like I will buy my next set from Simple Tire!

This company really knows what they are doing when it comes to customer service! Very happy with the situation from searching their website for the tires I needed all the way to the tires arriving at my doorstep. Shipping is fast too! We always buy our tires from Simple Tire! We have purchased car tires, truck tires, many sets of SUV tires and ATV tires. I do my homework each and every time, and their prices can never be beat! The shipping is lightening fast and it's always easy to find the tires you are looking for. Customer services has been great although we rarely need it because we have never had any problems or issues with any tires we have ever bought from simple tire! Bought tires for my GMC SUV. Looked everywhere where else and was nearly $150-$200 more expensive. Some tires were cheaper by a few bucks but then installation connection and other resources on simpletire.com were easy when it came to making a final decision. I ordered tires from simple tire for the first time, and it was a very simple process. The cost was great with free shipping. Not sure if it was a promo or not at the time. The tires were to my house within a week. The tires were fresh, checked DOT dates, not some old tires that needed moved out of a warehouse.

This is my second of many purchases from Simple Tire. Great service, prompt and expedited processing and shipping. Amazing prices. Needed to get tires right away and the particular ones I needed became unavailable at another site I was ordering from and their customer service was not helpful. I found SimpleTire had mine in stock and a bit cheaper then the other site. I ordered what I needed with no issues and had a tracking number within hours for delivery. Unfortunately my fault I ordered the wrong size. No problem! I contacted SimpleTire via email for return and by the next morning I had labels to print out for each tire. I didn't set it up for pick up and took them to the FedEx store the next day. That same day I reordered my tires and had the correct ones on tracking within an hour and they had refund the account I was using after FedEx scanned the return. I recommend SimpleTire for all your tire needs. Great service, product availability, and quick transactions.

I ordered tires for my Jeep Cherokee but was not happy with the size so I decided to return them and get a bigger tire. I completed the return online in just minutes and received authorization to return quickly. A couple days later I took them to FedEx and dropped them off but didn't have to pay to return, very surprised. The next day I received confirmation my return was approved and credited to my card. Again, very surprised and very pleased. My new tires are perfect and I really appreciate the service from Simple Tire. I will definitely be a return customer.

They had some tires on their site for a very low price. I paid immediately, get billed, receive a receipt. Next day they refund my money saying the tires were out of stock. I suspect they priced the tires too low and didn't want to honor the purchase or it's a tactic to get traffic to the site. Neither is good business.

Simpletire.com has a large variety of different high quality brand name tires, and they are all fair priced! And it didn't take long at all for my tire i ordered to get shipped to my home! I was very pleased with the variety of tire brands they have, the fair prices, and the fast shipping. I definitely recommend this website to everyone!

Ordered and paid for 4 tires on their website. Tracking page on their website shows "pending carrier pick up" for days now. I've bought tires online for years and never had any issues. First time I've used simpletire and this will be the last. Hopefully if I ever get the tires it will be the complete set of 4. Regret buying from this company.
