I began using Simpletire after a mishap by my house, I live in NYC which anyone who knows is filled with potholes and terrible roadwork. Well one night there was metal poking out of a pothole and completely shredded both of my passenger side tires. I found this site after doing some quick research and found the tires I needed for my car without any issues as the site was super-easy to navigate. With free shipping I thought I was going to be waiting for quite a while, HOWEVER they showed up just in I believe 2 days! Since that time I've placed a couple more orders with Simpletire, and even on one account that i had product that needed to be exchanged I was taken care of quickly. A quick call to their customer service, under 5 minutes on the phone (including wait time) and they had the new order shipped out to me which arrived the very next day!

First time I used them I was amazed at how much effort they expended in making sure that I was aware when tires were shipped and when they would be delivered. The shipment was done the day I ordered and I received them in two days. Super easy transaction and I will use them again.

The tire shop did a great job mounting the tires, got me in and out in 30 minutes. It took Simplytires 2 hours to email the bill to the tire shop so I could leave. I was on hold waiting to talk to someone for over an hour. Customer service sucks Good tire price

I bought 4 tires here and received th3 of them instead of 4. I didnt know there was 2 orders. I contacted their customers service and got a response right away informing me what happened. I am very pleased with this company and would highly recommend it to anyone.

I received 3 out of 4 tires. It looks like the 3rd is in transit so not sure if its a fed ex issue or simple tire? The fact here is I have sent 3 request for assistance at simple tire and have not received anything from this company. The assistance statement says they will respond in like 48 hours. Its been over a week with no answers. Just looking for some help here. Fed ex is no better with the virtual assistance. I believe this is a fed ex issue but simple tire has not responded to 3 request, so I give them1 star for now!

It was very easy to find the tires for my car online. I received quick and updated responses. I had the tires shipped to the auto place that did the installation. The tires were received quickly and they are very good tires at a reasonable price. Thank you for your service

I have searched for tires all over. Price and quality is a must. I have gotten tires for several vehicles. From my 35 foot rv to my son's jeep. The tires are great, the price is great and the delivery has been ahead of schedule every time I placed an order.

We purchased two tires from them one of them is faulty and has a huge knot on outside sidewall we can't put it on my vehicle or use it. They refuse to replace or refund. Their whole site is a lie. They do not value customer satisfaction. The tire was put on rim but when they tried to put air in it it would hold over 10 pounds of air because of faulty sidewall. The risk free guarantee is a lie and their customer satisfaction is a lie and their return policy is a lie. There is nothing simple about ordering or returns except them charging your debit card.

I ordered tires for my son's truck. One of the tires that came had a defect. It was out of round and could not be balanced. I contacted the company and they recommended purchasing a new tire and then go through the return process to obtain a refund. I did purchase the tire which came and it was mounted. It has been six weeks and they refuse to except the manufacture defect tire back. I have no idea why. They asked for a report from the installer and I provided it. They asked for an invoice from the installer and I provided it. They asked for a report from the balancing machine but that was not available because the tire could not be balanced it simply went beyond the limits of the machine because it was out of round. They still will not except the tire back. Be careful. If you get good tires from them you shouldn't have a problem but if you need to return something you're going to have a problem. They will not honor their warranty. Buyer beware.

Exceptional! It was very easy to make the purchase online and once I did, the items were shipped. The items were just as described. I was informed via email of the shipping status and the order arrived as quoted! Overall, it was an excellent experience. I will certainly make another purchase here.

Heard about Simple Tire and needed new tires sooner than I planned so I gave them a try. Best price I could find for the Interco 35 12.5 16.5 tires I needed which are not a common size anymore. Fast shipping with a slight delay as two of the tires must have been misrouted by Fedex which happens sometimes. I use a local llantera to install the tires so I save money all around. I will probably use Simple Tire again soon when I switch to a more common rim size.

I looked around for tires and finally found some that attracted to my individual needs. I researched all the reviews and attributes of my purchased tires. I looked on simple tire for several different tires and prices. I found my tires with shipping at a reasonable price. I ordered my tires on a Friday morning at 7 in the morning and they were delivered Monday morning. I am very pleased with everything simple tire has to offer. I will use them as much as I can and I'll let others know about simple tire!

The simple tire website is easy to use. The tires are shipped free even to a residence, and arrive quickly. Unlike amazon, my search results are accurate to the tire size I am looking for. I recommend their website for personal tire purchases.

When you do have a problem you can't reach anyone. SimpleTire only uses email, never a phone call and the emails don't fully address the issue. I had a tire failure with the set of Federal RSRR performance tires and can not get a return authorization. Since the order is older than 30 days they said the manufacturer would have to deal with it but can't give me a contact for the tire manufacturer. How's it sound so far? I bought the tires and had them mounted then had to pay for them to changed out for a more reputable set and now store the damaged Federals until someone is willing to issue an RMA (authorization to return)

I rarely do online shopping intentionally. When I was having trouble finding the tires I needed anywhere in stock locally I looked online and found Simple Tire. They had the tires in stock at a competitive price. The price included delivery faster than I could have imagined.

Trainers fir this company are LIARS and are full of it. I know this first hand. The company is alright but again the trainers are lacking in honesty and patients. In other words they SUCK! And I hope they see this too. And don't even deserve the one star I gave them!

Ordered 2 trailer tires to match 6 other tires on the trailer & even though they were a different brand they were so close to the tread design I can hardly tell the difference. The tires I needed to match was on back order indefinitely so I was desperate, got the tires very quick from Simple Tire! Very happy

I found the best price on simpletire.com. The price included shipping. I placed my order on 12/31 and they were delivered on 1/2. They probably would have been delivered NEXT day if not for the holiday. Awesome experience.

Got 2 Achilles & 2 Forceum Hena's delivered to the house for $270. They gave options for where to deliver n prices on instillation if needed. Ordered a pair of OTR Grassmaster 20/10.00-8 rear tires for my mower. The tires arrived very quickly and were competitively priced. I chose the tread design over my OEM tires for improved traction but still gentle on my turf.
