I ordered the wrong tire and had it sent back within a day with the customer support team. I then ordered the correct tires and I got them two days later. By far best customer support of all the online tire places!

Will not buy anything from them again! They sent the wrong tire size first off them I paid extra to have them sent straight to the tire place and was supposed to have an appt but the tire place had no record of it. Then I was told no manager was available already in a huge time crunch needing the tires now I couldn't put them on nobody cared terrible customer service can't understand half what the guy said asked several time to speak with a higher up and none were available or cared to come on the phone call whole situation was ridiculous never buy from them they get no stars!

If you like service, this is the place to buy tires. It allows me to buy the tires I want at a price I can afford. I live in a small town, so now I don't have to travel to get selection and service. I will buy again.

Tire's were here in 2 to 3 days. I read the reviews for the Tire's I purchased and felt okay about ordering them. They are already mounted on the car and ride great. They are as quiet and smooth as the tires that were OEM. Not sure what kind of mileage I'll get out of them but for the price I paid I can by another set and still not have spent as much as the OEM. This is the second set of tires, different vehicles, I've purchased from Simple Tire and have been pleased with both purchases.

I went on their website and found a set a tires for 29.98 apiece I ordered four new tires and received confirmation of payment I also received copy of order being filled and I received confirmation of a delivery date then three hours later they sent me sorry your order has been canceled And I took a photo of a paid in full receipt from them I would give them a zero but obviously there is none and these were from simpletires.com on their website

Needed tire for my John Deer haybine. My tire dealer could not find the tire I needed so I got online and found Simpletire and found what I needed. Ordered on Fri. And the tire was at my door on Sun.

I ordered my tires 1. 1. 2021, i received my tires 1. 6. 21. I called after seeing my tires waiting for pickup by delivery company. The woman on phone was very pleasant and very helpful. She told me my tires would ship that night, she would inform me when they would. And she did i received them the next day.

You can get somone, knowledgeable and helpful, on the phone. I wanted 2 day delivery, guaranteed, but website did not have an option and i was willing to pay extra if needed. She located the closest wharehouse with ample inventory to get my tires to me in the 2 days, no extra charge.

The experience I had with Simple Tire was awesome! Looking up the tires was simple. Ordering was just as easy and the time it took to get the tires (with free shipping) was just days not weeks. I am very impressed with this company.

Was suppose to be delivered saturday i paid 100.00 for a shop to stay i was leaving for fl sunday morning fedex delivered 3 had to wait till sunday for the other tire and had to wait till monday delaying my trip and costing me an extra 100.00

The benefit of having your tires shipped directly to your home is awesome. I do my own tire work and that helps me a lot. There product guarantees are second to none. I ordered tires from simple tire and they were god awful and out of round, when i went to warranty them out they continually gave me the run around talking about how i was supposed to call the manufacturer of the tire themselves and then one of them just straight up HUNG UP ON ME? I will never in my life order from them again, lesson learned. Shady company.

A local tire shop quoted these same tires for $906 I Paid $515 Through Simple Tire. The tires arrived several days before the estimated delivery date. FedEx Put them in the garage for my wife while I was at work. Thanks Simple Tire!

SimpleTire had the best price on the Michelin tires I needed. When they arrived, I found a problem with one of them. I reported the problem and showed them photos. They resolved my problem promptly and courteously.
