Ordered four continental terrain contact h/t tires on a Saturday. Emailed verification of order and they shipped out on Monday. Said 3-5 business days for shipping was scheduled for Wednesday delivery. FedEx delivered on Thursday (not simple tires fault). The experience with simple tire.com was great. Got what others including tire rack didn't have. Price was slightly more than tire rack but what good is it if can't get all you need. Gladly paid the little extra and got everything I ordered as promised. One helpful thing is check your tire manufacturer for rebates. I was able to view and print a great pdf bill off simple tire to put in for the 100 rebate on four tires. This made the little extra worth every penny and then some! Highly recommend these guys.

I accidentally found the SimpleTire website while searching for tires by size. I was given many choices within a wide price range. I made my selection and those 4 tires showed up at my house 3 days later with no shipping cost.

Purchased 4 tires in November. Filed warranty claim 2/12/21 for 2 out of round tires. Tires returned 4/21/21. Truck has been on blocks since then! Customer service has ignored inquiries and made excuses i. E. the runaround. Discovered they ship from various third party tires shop. Based on my experience I believe the shop ships inferior or defective products from their inventory.

Pretty basic requirement of any business: deliver the product and service you paid for. I ordered my tires online and set up an appointment at a local Tires Plus. On the scheduled day I took off work and went excitedly to get my new tires installed. Only the tires were not delivered there, and Tires Plus had never heard of me. Ok so mistakes happen, but when I tried to call the Simple Tire service number I just immediately went on hold, and could not find a human to talk to. Thank goodness I can do a credit card charge back because there's no other way I'd be able to get a refund.

Recently purchased 5 new tires through Simpletire. Not only did they have the ones I wanted for less than anyone else, but I also got a discount as a veteran. I was looking to replace tires for my lawn mower and found that many other online retailers showed added so much for shipping charges that the delivered cost of the tires was very high. SimpleTire offered a good selection at equally low prices but offered free shipping as well making them the obvious choice. They shipped quickly and I received them within 2 days which was much faster than expected and a lot quicker than other advertised delivery times from other online retailers. Checked out simple tire prices against local sellers as well as top online Warehouse clubs, they either didn't carry the tire or it was significantly higher. Not only was the tire cheaper, they offered me a military discount. Ordered the tire and received it within three days to my door step. How Aw sum is that. Great service, easy website to navigate and great price. This will be my first stop when I'm ready to replace my tires.

Brian arranged to have my tires sent by courier immediately from Ferrari to Burt Brothers so that I could get them installed in a timely manner and not need to cancel the order. Some agents are very frustrating in giving unreliable and not straightforward information, resulting in much aggravation and wasted time.

You also have the option to make payments if in a tight bind. Approval was quick. Payments are low and theres no penalty for paying off quicker.
Delivery was very quick and they actually left my tires out by our driveways back door instead of the front where they would be in view.

We ordered was happy got the confirmation of the order being placed (Saturday), Monday comes I see they cancelled our order but they took the $. We've been on the phone we're getting our money back and we're going through somewhere else this is the most ridiculous thing I've ever dealt with regarding purchases online

The tire selection process was easy and quick. Simple Tire was one of only two sources that I was able to find the product that I needed. I shopped both locally and other online stores. Simple tire beat my other on-line purchase option by just over 12% less pre-tax cost. My tires arrived timely and as expected. To date they are performing very well, although I haven't had opportunity to try them in snow yet. I found only a few negative on-line reviews and after reading them, most of the identified issues were not what I personally would consider legitimate complaints against Simple Tire, but more likely unreasonableness of buyers' un-researched/illogical expectations. Based on my experience, I would recommend Simple Tire as a good option for tire purchases.

Prices are so low I was able to buy three for the price of one! Love this company! My daughter needed a odd size tire and everywhere I look prices were in the range from $400 to $500 per tire. Simple tire out beat other distributor! Will definitely buy again!

Purchase a set of tire for my motorhome. Called directly to ask if the tires were manufactured in 2020. The representative said that they would be as their inventory churns at a high rate. Asked specifically due to tires aging out before they actually wear out. Received the tires and they were already 15 months old. Contacted simple tire, and there so called hassle free return comes with a $15 per tire return. Start to add up when your ordered 8 tires. If I would have known they would send out old "New" tires, I would not have ordered them.

Would not be a big deal if these were going on my car as they will typically wear out in 4 years.

Came across a really good deal and purchased them on a Monday morning. The tires were at my house by Wednesday. They traveled 850 miles in 2 days on FREE shipping!
