Ordered these tires on a recommendation from a friend. Kenda Klever 35x12.50R18LT Simpletire.com had them to me in a few days. The mounted and balanced perfectly. Little to no road noise. I had purchased 4 sets of tires from this company Simple Tires, I had also purchased Road Hazard warranty. Few months later after purchasing the tires one of the tires walls blew out. I called them and had a nightmare experience with them. I was bounced around when I called them, nobody was willing to take the responsibility of solving my issues... Total Nightmare. Finally a lady was very helpful and helped me file a claim. They sent me a Replacement tire since it was not repairable. I received the tire on May 16th of 2021. Last week Oct. 28th 2021 I had the same tire blown out and guess what... the "WALL" it blew out. I have been calling them since and again NO ONE is willing to help me and bouncing me around to different department. It is really frustrating dealing with them. I even wrote an email and till now no response from their end. Reguest all the buyers BE CAREFUL. Their Road Hazard Warranty SUCKS!

SimpleTire was the only tire dealer we found with a discontinued tire in the size to match our daughter's AWD SUV that had an irreparable flat tire. The price was reasonable and the site stated 2-4 day shipping. To our pleasant surprise, it arrived the morning of the 2nd business day and we had it installed within a few hours. Impressive! I wanted Nokian tires for my 2001 Ford Ranger. SimpleTire had the tires instock and at a decent price. Free shipping helped to seal the deal. I placed my order and the tires shipped within 1 business day and the tires arrived by the end of the week. Couldn't ask for a better transaction.

Received only 3 tires, they assured me my last tire will be in at the end of the day. I have a Scheduled appt at 7am to put my tires on. Have not received tire. Called first thing in the morning, did not make any attempts on keeping me as a customer.

This was my 2nd order with Simple Tire. Several months back I wanted to order tires for my truck before I needed them due to Covid delays. I placed an order with JEGS (never again) on 11/23/21. They charged my card the full amount and told me to be patient due to supply chain difficulties. No communication until 2/16/22 when they email me saying that my order has been cancelled as the item is discontinued. I think we all know that Toyo didn't stop making Open County MT tires! I believe that JEGS didn't want to honor the price that was on my order. I ordered from Simple Tire on 2/25, tires shipped on 2/28 and were delivered on 3/2. Simple Tire will be my source from now on!

Hello everyone I'll purchase two sets of tires on Sunday but the business was close no customer service no communication with no one so I called at 8:05 in the morning to cancel the order but it was outside of my 30 minute window I asked to speak to a supervisor at 8:05 in the morning again at 11:30 again at 1:30 again at 2:30 and no one have got back to me yet do not buy tires from these guys they will rip you off

Wide selection of brands to please penny pinchers and big spenders. Ordering was easy and delivery for my order was a 3 day turn around. I also received notification from Norton guaranteeingy purchase and provoding purchase protection. I couldn't be more pleased!

I was sitting on my Mercedes dealer's parking lot searching for a better price on an in stock replacement tire for SUV. My search led me to SimpleTire among others. PreviousIy I had purchased many sets of tires for various vehicles from Tire Rack and always thought they had the best prices. To my surprise and wallet, SimpleTire had the best price with free shipping. Because I was using my cell & hurrying to get the order in before the close of business, I was rushing & didn't see haw to create an account. I called Customer Service and they stayed on the line with me until I was registered and had my tire ordered. I was given a delivery time frame and SimpleTire beat the delivery date.

My order was scheduled to be delivered today 01/17/2019... The order came around before 12pm which was very good but just 1 Tire instead of the 2 I ordered... I called simple tire and tried to let them know what's going on but the person I spoke with didn't even want to listen. All he said was my order is scheduled to be delivered by the end of the day. I hang up and waited around 4:56pm I called again and same thing happened, the person I spoke with also took my order number and told me My order will be delivered by End of the day... is 8pm now and my other tire never came. The point I am trying to make is that, if these people would have listened to me they would have known the order has been delivered just missing 1 tire...

I thought I was getting a good deal one here but I wasn't when I first purchased my 4 mud tires for my truck my order was cancelled. The second time I called to repurchase it was for a higher price the rep said he would refund Me for the discount that wasn't applied the 2nd time. Never happened. I also paid for installation. They never installed them. I requested a refund for both 3 times only received half my refund. I paid more money through simple tire than I would have at discount tire never again

I purchased tires from simple tires when i drove on the tires they made my vehicle fishtale all over the road very very dangerous to drive on when i contacted simple tire about this issue they acted like it was my fault and they wouldnt do anything about my issue so i took the tires off my vehicle and bought new tires that work fine and now im stuck with tires i cant use and out the money i paid for them.do not buy tires from this company all they care about is the money they get from you and not the customer satisfaction. Terrible company.

I was in the market for new tires on a 2008 FJ CRUISER and a 2015 Hyundai Elantra SE. My boyfriend spent about 2 weeks researching tires for his FJ and found the best price here at SimpleTire.com WITH free shipping. I placed the order first thing Monday morning via the website and my confirmation stated all 9 tires would be delivered in 2-4 business days. They were AT my house 11:00am the very next morning! I am completely happy and satisfied with the selection, the service and the prices here. I have recommended them to several friends and so has my BF. Kudos SimpleTire!

More and more the local and national tire dealers are recommending their private label / branded tires as being the best. As an example, I know from personal experience that Maxxis 8008 series trailers tires are the very best trailer tires on the market. All my local dealers don't carry this tire and always tell me their brand of trailer tires are the best. As a result of most tire dealers pushing their private label tires, the customer is not offered the full spectrum of tires available in the market. SImple Tire offers the full spectrum of tires made and at very competitive pricing - on sale. Local Installation arrangements can be arranged at time of purchase - it couldn't be more simple. My only wish is Simple Tire wouldn't keep moving prices all over the place; customers (like me) tend to wait for their sale pricing. Overall, I've had many positive experiences using Simple tire and highly recommend.

I wanted Nokian Hakka R3 SUV tires for my SUV, and the only place local that sells them is Discount Tire. SimpleTire was cheaper than DT to begin with, but after a promo code for healthcare workers (Thanks SimpleTire!) my order ended up being around $200 cheaper! I've seen reviews about them sending old tires, but not so in my case. The date code on all my tires is 2620, meaning they were made in July 2020 and I purchased them in November 2020. I admit, I didn't have to contact customer service at all, so I can't comment there. My tires were drop shipped from a different company, so I'm guessing SimpleTire just works as a middleman and drop ships from several warehouses/tire shops around the country, which could explain the difficulty in correcting an error if it occurred. In my case, however, everything was perfect and I had my tires in 2-3 days for way cheaper than anywhere else I could find! No complaints here!

In a time where BIG business rules Simply Tire has not forgotten that everyone is not rich and that the poor, middle class and hard working blue collar people still need tires too. Simply tires have product to suite every budget. They are a pleasure to work with and I HOPE they never lose sight of the little guys cause we need tires TOO!

Very good format to find the tires I needed. Also a very good selection of tires and very competitive prices. Tires arrived on 2nd day, even after I was told that it would be the 3rd day, which was a great surprise.

I ordered Carlisle Multi Trac C/S for my mower. I specifically stated that I had tired to purchase this tire from another online seller but I had to return it twice because they shipped the wrong tire, twice. I asked does Simple Tire carry this tire? Yes you say you do and it's the correct photo, but can you assure me I'll get the right tire. The person on the other end checked assureds me they had it and I would get the right tire. Nope had to return it, but Jesse got it right the second time. That was July 25. I didn't get the tire until July 31. But it took 6 days to get it.

BUYER BEWARE! Sent me 9 year old tires! DOT DATE 2012! Very dangerous! Seller admitted they have no idea where the tires come from or how old/bad they are. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! Didn't even try to correct their mistake, I had to pack up the tires and take to Fedex to ship them back and they took the return and resold 9 year old tires to some unlucky person who might not check the DOT date. BAD BUSINESS! AVOID! Reported to Ebay and BBB- this is very unsafe! Tires older than 6 years are a known cause of fatal accidents. You have been warned- buy elsewhere!

I had researched the v best winter tires for my Audi A7 but found my choice, Nokian R3s, were not available from Tire Rack and others I have dealt with. But simpletire had them and had by far the best price. Thank you simpletire!

This company is not on the level. They knowingly allowed there wed site to remain on line knowing it was OVER BILING its customer. On a $246.40 single tire purchase. I was charged 3 different transactions for that amount within 2 minutes. They took $739.20. My card is set up with purchase alerts. Or this may have gone unnoticed for days. However it was noticed within a few minutes. I call the Customer Service number to notify them of this error. Only to find out the system is having issues and although they have my $739.20. They can't seem to figure out how or where my order info is. Customer Service does NOIT have the number for the BILLING DEPT nor is there any supervisor available to assist me! Needless to say BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE.

I ordered 1 tire on Wed 3/23/22. The tire was suppoaed to be delivered to me on Friday 3/25. I did not receive my tire until Wednesday 3/30. It took 1 week to receive my tire. After talking to someone I was told that my tire was never shipped out and it would be 1 day shipping and I woukd get Tuesday 3/29. Once again I didn't get it until 3/30. I will never use this company again.
