I DO NOT recommend simple tire. Horrible customer service! Tires did NOT arrive when they were supposed to, asked for an invoice three times and all 3 times got an invoice with someone else's name. Still didn't get an invoice for a break down in fees/charges. Had another customers order under my account. Impossible to have one person f/up and call you back! Horrible experience! Will never order from this company again! Bottom line customer service is HORRIBLE!

Shopped locally and online for some new tires for the winter season. Simpletire had everyone beat. Very friendly support team, and constantly updates you on tracking. 10/10 would recommend. I see some reviews about tires being delivered late. Simple tire had my order in Fed Ex's hands the next business day.

My wife & I were in the market for new tires. As we all know tires can be rather expensive. Especially when you're looking for a top brand. My husband looked for tires for his new truck for two weeks! He looked online and went to every tire store within a 60 mile radius. We were talking after he had gotten home from yet another store and was defeated because he could not find the size he needed anywhere. I picked up my laptop went to Simple Tire's website found and ordered his tires in 15 minutes. His tires arrived 4 days later. It was the easiest purchase I have ever made! It is rare to encounter an outfit so rampantly inept. I ordered a single tire from them, twice. The first time, they shipped it by the wrong mode, which would have made it miss my scheduled shop appointment by nearly a week. Its replacement, via another order, was supposed to be "expedited". Well, unsurprisingly, there was nothing expedited about it -- by the second day after the order was placed, it was still sitting in their warehouse, and had not been shipped, making it impossible for this tire to be delivered on-time, too.

Very easy website to navigate. Have been searching for tires online and this is the only website that has a large selection whether you need a name brand tire or something a bit less expensive to get you by. Once I ordered my tires they shipped out the next day and were delivered in 2 days. For free shipping this was awesome. The tires I received were not even one year old yet and came in good shape- not crushed or dirty. Glad I decided to purchase from here, well worth it!

Husband needed new tires for his trailer. Did some searching and found Simple Tire. Ordered on a Tuesday, and they were here on Thursday. Extremely happy customer. Did I tell you,,? The best price also! Will. Definitely order from here again!

Love how the website is set up and the variety of tires to choose from. It's very simple to use rather by your vehicle or if you are looking for a certain tire. I guess that's why they call there company simple tire because that's just what it is "simple".

I placed an order for 2 tires and I received them both very quickly. One of the tires delivered was not the right size which isn't a big deal but I contacted customer service and received the replacement tire within 2 days of my contact. Very courteous service and quick shipping. They even have text notifications to let you track the status of your tire which is more convenient than email(they also provide email based tracking). 5 stars will definitely use simple tire again.

I was in need of new tires for my 1946 John Deere manure spreader, so I contacted my local tire shop and was told that they were no longer available. I checked the internet and found several sites, but Simple Tire had not only the best price but also free shipping. (I live in north west Montana and shipping can sometimes be a real deal breaker.)
I called and spoke to Sierra who was very helpful, made the order and two days later my tires were delivered to my front door.
Great service, great price, great product.

I ordered 4 tires of one product code. Without any communication they shipped a different product code which is discontinued, in a configuration that does not match and the tires are already 2 years old when they arrived.

I contacted them using their "Returns" page. They now want me to print the shipping labels, attach them and take the tires to Fed Ex to return them at which point they say they'll issue credit.

They can send a call tag and pick them up, I'm not doing their leg work for free particularly when they are clearly dishonest in their descriptions.

Good price, worst possible customer service and product

Ordered 2 trailer tires rec. 1 they say they shipped 2 together. The tracking numbers they provided says the replacement tire will be here in 3 days. When I contacted them said they'd send another, but my trailer is being charged rent while they jerk me around. Didn't screw around when they took my money. Screw this company will never even look at their stuff again. To bad I can't give them a 0

Decided to try buying tires on line and simple tire made it a great experience for my first time. After ordering the tires I want I got a call from an employee letting me know that there would be a shipping delay and also answered some questions I had about fittment and sizing options, she took the time to answer what she could and looked up the answers she was unsure of. The tires were sent FedEx and the driver even carried them into the garage for my wife since I was at work. I'll buy from them again when I need tires.

They have terrible customer service, Don't even pay attention to a video that was sent. Bought 4 tires from them. Only three were good! Moved Tahoe around shop after mount and balance and noticed a ball in sidewall! Walked up to look at it and it blew out! Tire still has sticker on it! Sent a email and got a cold un interested response! Never buy tires from them again!
