I purchased a dress from them, I had my reservations before doing so because their website looked fishy, had no contact information, email, phone number etc. The dress arrived 20 days later from China, and it was horrible. Nothing like what they had described on their website, I thought it was a joke when I opened the package. It was a hassle to return because they do not have a way of contacting the store. Thankfully I had made the purchase through paypal and was a able to file a complaint through them to get my money back. Stay away from this website, their product is awful.
I ordered a dress from them and was sent a cheap knock off version of what was pictured on their website. What I received was completely see-through and nothing like the picture. I emailed them immediately within one minute received a response requesting pictures which I provided right away and now they will not return my emila or refund me. Stay away from this company!
Took a month to receive dress, ordered small because advertisement said model was wearing medium, she's 5'9", 155lbs, I'm 5'5" & 115lbs. Website said warehouse in Texas, mine came from China. Weird. When i received it, it was literally children's sizing. Emailed them, no response. Re-emailed them & i was blocked. Sent message on Facebook, they replied asking what size i would like as a replacement... it's been a month & no word from & no dress. Piss poor customer service, would not order from them! False advertisement on EVERY THING!
I ordered a dress on 4/17/17. The item never came but they withdrew the money from my account the day of the order. I've been emailing them with no response. I finally emailed them and mentioned the word "scammed" and they quickly responded. Telling me I needed to prove information using smiley face emojis to talk. This site is a scam and I have no way to get my money back.
I never write reviews about any of my orders, but this website pissed the $#*! out of me. I ordered a dress for my rehearsal dinner, it took bunch of emails back and forth with "Simon" to chase up my order. I got my dress 40 plus days later, AFTER MY WEDDING IS OVER. The quality is the worst and the cheapest quality I have ever encountered and now Simon will not email me back to return this cheap quality dress for a full refund. This website is a SCAM and DO NOT order anything from them
