Buyers beware! I ordered a dress for my baby. They charged my card instantly and promised to have to dressed delivered within 5 days.
Never received any response or tracking number so when I called 3 days later my item still had not been shipped. I requested my order be cancelled but they claim they couldn't since the prefer was processed. Ive sent numerous emails & called continuously and have not gotten any information about my item that I needed days ago! Still have not received the dress and they don't answer the phone!
I realized they have changed their name from cutieclothes.com to simplyfrog.com & now I know why! The reviews are terrible!
Do not order a thing from this site! Trust me you'll be grateful you didnt!
