Got an email from Trish the owner, threatening me with a lawsuit for my review. What a nut.
I had already asked her previously to stop contacting me and take me off the list because she wants to fight her customer. This is harassment. I guess I'm not allowed to give an honest review.
Ordered baby gift for a newborn baby. Took nearly 3 weeks to maybe have it delivered. I reached out to the newborn parents and they say they didn't get it. So not sure if they didnt' get it at all or if the store forgot to put my name or my card in the delivery. I had to reach out to ask how long the delivery was going to take because I wasn't given a timeframe, in which case, they said "8 business days for delivery for a total of 18 business days max." Ok, so I waited because the gift is cute. Almost 3 weeks past and no word so reached out, then they gave me tracking info.
I had to put in too much work to follow up constantly to make sure this order was taken care of, adding stress when I have enough other things to care for. When I order something from a company, I really do not want to have to babysit them.
Either way, I hope the parents got the present and the company just forgot to put my card or name which again is a disappointment since getting a gift is about the whole experience and not having to figure out who and what. I didn't pay $130 ON towels and a wagon to not have it presented properly.
I dont' think I will order from them again.
We have been sending our clients and staff baby gifts from this store for a number of years now. Always reliable and responsive.
