Don't waste your time with this site. They change their agreed-upon contract without your consent and don't respond when you request to end the relationship, continuing to use your image to sell new artists under the new "pay to play" business model, which is not in the artists' best interest. I have been asking them to take me off of the site for weeks without success.
Singulart currently is a free web site for artists to sell their work where they take 50 percent commission on all sales. As of July ''24 this policy will drastically change. For the same service I am getting now they will want a 149.99 monthly subscription fee plus 50 per cent commission! Say what? With all the free sites out.there such as Saatchi, do they really think they can pull off this exploitation of artists? To add injury to insult, if you don't comply by their deadline your account will be terminated and all images removed. I personally have over 500 works on Singulart and have sold pieces. It has taken a lot of time and energy to compile my portfolio over the years I add new works on a regular basis., with close up shots, descriptions etc...Now they are threatening to pull the plug if I don't comply? That's blackmail! Shame on the people behind this money grabbing scheme at Singulart!
I was originally invited a few years ago by Singulart to join. It sounded really good, but since then, they have not delivered. Artists are now expected to pay a monthly subscription fee in addition to 50% commission. Really disappointing.
They're just crooks who stole my painting and won't pay my fee. A very unprofessional team, and the curators and logistics team are just a bunch of random people. Cheating artists. Stay away from them.
I caught them using my name on there ads. They are scammers and not professional people. All they do is link other websites to rank in a certain country and they are not even based in the States. Singulart remove my name from your site, you don't have permission to use my name.
Singulart has a nice collection of artists from Europe, but as a company, they are very poorly organized. They are stating on the website that they ship worldwide, what they do not tell you is that shipping is very expensive ( 160 dollars for one 45 centimeters long painting) and also it take many months to receive it. In addition, there is no way to receive the painting faster - the protocol they have in place will not allow it.
Tip for consumers:
Be careful and ask when you will get the art you bought. I am still waiting after two months to receive mine and still did not get a clear date when I will get it.

Its a joy, as an Artist to be a part of such great Gallery that promotes and Takes great care of Its Artists and Values our time and Effort.
Website is easy to navigate and a pure joy to use, same as customer or a Painter who puts their art to sale.
Shipping is very fast, usually takes up to seven days to get to a collector anywhere in the world.
Wich is very convenient for both sides.
Really grateful to be represented by Singulart, and share my Art in biggest markets of the world.
Best wishes, Margarita Glsmbert contemporary abstract intuitive Artist.
After nearly a month of purchasing the artwork, all I got so far is the artwork has been lost in transit and they use very unreliable couriers like UPS and they also try to get you to buy an expensive frame from them. They also do not proactive follow up on issues, you have to keep on chasing things up with them.
Please don't bother with these people, they can not even communicate properly in English sometimes.
It was later confirmed in 2023 that the artwork was officially lost by the courier. However, I recently discovered the exact same artwork is now back on their website with the price jacked up more than 3 times than before.
Many other websites offer a much better experience and much faster delivery. Other websites also operate with much higher ethical and professional standards. Certainly, if the artwork was eventually found, they should contact me to check if I was still interested in the artwork.
The whole experience felt like a scam, and you lost earning interest on your money while it is parked in their account while they do "investigations" for several months.
