Sinister Diesel

The parts came wrapped very well everything ordered was contained in the box. The install was super simple but I can see how a person with zero mechanical ability would struggle. Need a little more instruction in the installation booklet. Parts fit perfectly and look great.

Easy search bars easy navigation. I despise computers and online shopping. I will usually use in store service to order my parts they don't carry. This was simple. Ordered ebp sensor, pigtail and blue spring upgrade for fuel all fit like a charm. Seem to be working as well.

I purchased a 250 amp Sinister Diesel alternator that only lasted 8 months after it was installed. Even though it was past the purchase date not the installation date they were willing to make it right. Now after them sending me 4 wrong alternators. They don't know what to do so I'm playing the waiting game. The old style alternator is no longer available and the new style will not work on a 2007 Chevy Duramax Lt classic. The owner said he will make it right. So will see.

I have a 2016 duramax, I originally bought a 5" to 8" exhaust tip. Well I measured my exhaust and it was 4inch so I had to call and speak with customer service. That was probably the icing on the cake. They were very help and got me my product with-in a couple of extra days. Next time I will measure.

I also ordered the Fuel cap. It looks amazing even though I ordered the green. Felt if I ordered the blue my wife would put regular gas in my truck.

I am very pleased with my purchase.

Everything was great except a sheet of stickers i ordered were a wadded up mess some were peeled off the sheet. If not for that it would be five star the gearbox brace makes my ol 2nd gen feel almost new driving down the road

If you are looking for the best replacement up pipes for your 7.3 Powerstroke then these are it. Excellent quality, Stainless Steel design with heat wrap. Excellent fit and replacement or original Ford. No more slide clamps to leak. Welded ends to fit properly and beautiful welds.

I received the help I needed when I asked for it trying to find the correct product for my truck. The product came faster than expected, which was nice. The product also had proper instruction on how to install and has worked great since I installed this. Would recommend in the future.

I ordered the blue spring kit over the weekend and it shipped on Monday. I received it on Tuesday night and had it installed that same night. Shipping was super fast and the kit was excellent quality. I would definitely order again from them.

I purchased a pair of blue EGR coolers for my 2010 F350. They fit perfectly and look great. Sinister Diesel's customer service is awesome! I called to check if I could possibly pick them up at their location versus waiting for shipping. The woman on the phone was extremely nice and helpful. She did what she could to track down actual timing for it and even looked into alternative coolers that would work, just to see if there was a faster lead time. Ended up that I just waited for the ones I ordered but I really appreciated the extra effort to look into options! Don't get customer service like that these days! Thank you!

So this is the 2nd or 3rd time I've ordered parts from Sinister Diesel, gotta say checkout is easy and they have delivered on time. The parts are high quality. I think they are the go to company for your diesel needs. Will be purchasing more in the future.

The installation was more difficult than I thought it would be, the design of the Sinister Diesel Cold Side Charge Pipe for 2011-2016 Ford Powerstroke 6.7L (Gray) is a two piece install and the factory plastic design was three piece. Getting the top metal charge pipe to fit into the lower hose and then sliding the metal end onto the discharge port of the turbo was a nightmare but I (72 year old geezer) got it done in about 2 1/2 hours. If I had to do it again, I could do it in half the time with my learned mistakes. I will say that, once installed, I realized that the old plastic pipe must have been leaking for some time. I immediately noticed a huge improvement in performance and boost was easily 25% increased with acceleration. I think the plastic had been deteriorating for a long time with small leaks likely impacting boost. Very happy with the end product but wish the install had consisted of three pieces with an intermediate hose that would have greatly simplified installation.

I am approaching 60 days now since purchase. No excuse for this. I have ordered, machined and suffered one covud outbrrak in facility with 6 axis port main man doing my cylinders. I have received over 9000K of products with other main diesel shops, well before Sinister Diesel. Unfortunately I have every other part in my build sinister and needed to brand suicide colour match.

I called Sinister with a technical question regarding a How to: repair on my 05 GMC Duramax Primer pump assembly. They recommended new O-Rings and shipped them to me without charge. No questions asked and very friendly both in Warranty and Technical dept's

I recently ordered a muffler to my truck and on my address of the order I had a typo in which caused the order to not be shipped so I contacted them and they got it fixed and shipped in a day great help I wasn't expecting it to come that fast

Product is great, arrived just as expected. Only slight issue is the installation instructions were online. Made it a little difficult to go back and forth to view.

Very happy with the product quality and ease of installation. Doing all I can to make my 6.4 Powerstroke live a long time. The coolant and oil filtration system will help with that.
