Three times I have tried to transfer my domain from these guys, 3 times they ask me to wait 24 hours on an escalated ticket. The only tech support is through online chat which is manned by call screeners, then a ticket is made and sent to support. No one will call you. Rarely do they send email. 65 hours and waiting
Avoid this company like the plague. They do not have knowledgeable support. They cancelled my account after I had paid, wouldn't restore my Domain name without charging a fee and lost all of the hours of my webpage development. And they hung up on me. I spent a total of 2 hours and 20 minutes trying to straighten this problem out. All of the support is from India and there is a misconnect with language as well.
Don't use this company ever!
