I just came across this website while trying to file a complaint against PCH. I was very excited to see that this site checks out thousands apon thousands of businesses that you may or may not want some Honest Info. On. Ive already texted my daughter who has MS and told her about an article about Discounted Online Pharmacies, which listed both Pros and Cons. I believe this will be quite helpful to her, since she is on a fixed income. Ialso read a few other Articles that held my interest. Im very glad to have come acrossed this WEBPAGE and I am sure I will put it to great use in the future.
I like this site, lots of good people here trying to help people.
Mostly reviews are down to earth and fair. There is the odd troll around, but they are always some around somewhere.
I love this website! What a great way to rate websites and read other peoples opinions of them. There should be a site called Appjabber, for phone apps (Its my idea so nobody take it).
I really like how easy your site is to use! It's fun and very simple. Very helpful in helping me see new sites too that I wasn't even aware existed. Good job Jabber!
Sitejabber asks questions of its reviewers things such as bust and hip size and other mostly unrelated information not necessary in a full legitamate review site.
Hi, thanks for bringing this to our attention. We apologize for the frustration this has caused. Some clothing or fashion brands may ask for this optional information in order to provide more context for customers researching their products. We have since removed these questions. Please let us know if you have any further concerns.
Somebody named "Sara" created an acct using my email id. And SiteJabber did not verify it. Silly practice. Also when asked to reset password, it is sent by email. How insecure.
Colorful, yet clean site. Graphics are a tad large and long reviews ought to cut off with a 'Read More...' instead of filling up half of the main page.
Just found this site and found it very informative. Will definitely be using this site on a regular basis to help in decision making with advice from other consumers.
Thank you, Ayleen!
WoT is big, and SiteJabber is small. I want to help both sites, helping different kinds of people. Those who use the SJ plugin and not WoT, can still get helped.
Thanks for sharing!

A lot of the issues I was originally unhappy about with this site have gone. They must have - I've subsequently written a huge number of reviews here so I must think they're doing something right!
Things are slowly coming together and so far, from what I've seen anyway, the quality and honesty of reviewing are both very high. There are a few self-promoters still, and I guess there always will be, and occasional but very limited spam, but these are minor issues and normally dealt with very quickly.
The new forum began after my original review, and although it's moving slowly still, there's steady interest and it's a good way to answer questions about specific websites.
It's interesting to see that although the vast majority of page views are from the USA, there's much smaller but equally solid support in the UK. It would be good to see that support continue to grow in the next few months.
The admin team are very accessible and obviously serious about the philosophy behind the site. I'm much more inclined now to believe this one has a sound and potentially exciting future ahead of it.
I enjoy reading reviews on SiteJabber, but agree with other reviewers that many of the legitimate reviews on this site tend to lean on the negative side of the spectrum. I do not think that is necessarily SiteJabber's fault as, logically, someone is far more likely to post a negative experience than a positive one on a site designed to help online consumers avoid scams. That said, when I had a negative experience with a company and they were not responding to me in a satisfactory manner, I left a fair, unemotional review on SiteJabber and the company responded to the review with a resolution. Without SiteJabber, I am not confident that would have occurred (at least, not as quickly). It is unfortunate that some companies would not properly react to customer service issues on their own, but this site has helped to police them and I greatly appreciate that.
With SiteJabber's capabilities around issue resolution aside, I am concerned with the volume of fake reviews I have noticed for several companies. I have seen other sites take action against these reviewers that were likely "hired" and paid in order to get the company's rating up. Most of these reviews are completely obvious where I flagged them in order to report it. I would be curious what their overall strategy is to ensure the integrity of reviews on this site and to prevent these companies from falsifying information.
Overall, SiteJabber is a great and useful site that I will continue to use.
Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review, Kim. Your feedback is very important to us.
What is SiteJabber?
SiteJabber is a consumer protection and advocacy service made possible by a grant from the US Government's National Science Foundation. SiteJabber was named a top 100 site of 2010 by PC Magazine.
It's a great thing to have a place on the web where you can go and see real reviews of real people and read about their experience. I feel like some people are abusing the system though.
Thank you, Bill.
I've been here since 2014, writing the occasional review when things really "get to me".
Today, I had to make changes to my account here, and realized I had no way of changing my email address (Sitejabber, take note - you should allow this, people change their email sometimes as often as their internet provider or phone. :) ).
I submitted a request, and within less than 2 hours, I was contacted by their customer support team (Traci, thank you for the excellent service). A quick exchange, a verification with the new/old email, and voila - done.
Well done, Ladies and Gentlemen. That alone gets you 5 stars for customer service in a world where internet anonymity breeds laziness and complacency.
However, you also get 5 stars for maintaining transparency, and by holding companies accountable by providing this platform. In the past, my reviews of companies have been overshadowed by a flood of "false positives", and this too was addressed with vigour by the support staff.
This site recognizes that integrity and service is important. Thank you, Sitejabber, for the great years of service you have provided.
Hello John! We really appreciate your review about your experience with us. Our goal is to keep providing you great service in the years to come. :)
Don't know how I stumbled on this site but this is so smart. I check out all websites now before using them on here. Real reviews from real people. Can't ask for more.
This is the first time I have seen objective information on almost anything you look at. I gave it four stars only because I've only used it for a short amount of time.
Hi there Tim, thank you!
The reviews on here are such a nice way to check out a site before buying products. Wish I found this site before... would have saved me a lot of hassle and money.
Thanks for sharing your experience with Sitejabber, Lily - we appreciate your feedback and we’re so glad you’ve found our site beneficial.
I love sitejabber because it allways give you the information that ypu need amd if it weren't for this sote i wouldnt be able to post onfo of my favorite and least favorite websites so a very very big thanks to *******@www.sitejabber.com
One of many problems with this site is that it is built with the intentions to take JABS at legit websites. Many of the reviews are one sided and with less then accurate description of their expereinces. Then some of the haters on the site make reviews for other sites they have not even dealt with... but just based on reading someone elses reviews. How is that a fair review?
Anyone can log in as anyone... with free yahoo, hotmail or whatever email and post lies.
Like I can do it too:
After I signed up here on siteJabber.com I was presented with Porn Site Offers.
Does that make it true?
Site Jabber... You need to better your scripting and allow owners the chance to respond. If it is a legit complaint from a legit customer... there should be a way to show that the problem was corrected. And if it is a bogus complaint, then it should be pulled.
Most legit websites will do what they can to make customers happy. A site has been online for more then a year, selling products or services for money, then it probably is a real site and those sites should have the ability to defend themselves against wrong do-ers who post bull crap just to harm someone or a company.
