It's OK but, I haven't found a way to correct a review I made a few minutes ago. There ought to be a way to edit our reviews & if there is, that page out to be easier to find!
I really like the service! It's good to see what other people think about a specific site or service. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to see site reviews it's really great.
I love this site. It is the best there is out there and one can have creative freedom of expression.
It is a good site for explaining the good on sites and exposing the bad found on them!
Cool how the internet can open up transparency. Makes everything out in the open. Cool internet project. Finally---a cool government project---except for NASA... all their stuff is already cool.
SiteJabber is my go-to-site for when I am considering using a new website. It's like Yelp for websites... speaking of which, I should write a review of for Yelp!
Most of reviewer are whiners and disgruntled people who come just to complain.
There is incentive for millions of normal people to come to write reviews.
I like this website. I think this Site jabber is going to be my leisure website. I am going to show all my friends and family this site. Awesome. Much more to cover. Lol cannot wait.
I was expecting for the page to have been on the website I was writing a review to, with nothing on it except "start your review", not the sitejabber website
A website dedicated to helping the average internet user. A true service to the internet community! This is a public site to inform the average internet users about which sites are bad and good!

I thought I was done, but to get my review published, I had to give sitejabber my full name and email address. Then I had to go to my email and click the link to confirm. Then I had to give them some more info and when I finally got to the screen to publish my review I had to post it to my facebook account. I don't have a facebook account. NOT EVERYONE HAS A FACEBOOK ACCOUNT! AS A MATTER OF FACT, I DON'T HAVE ANY SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS AT ALL!
Hey Susan, we understand this is from a while ago. Review authenticity is super important to us, which means we do have several layers in place in our efforts to prevent fake reviews and spam/bot accounts. If you have further concerns please email us at sayhello@sitejabber.com.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review!
Jabber is 1 of the better review website's, it gives honest people the opportunity to tell others there experience good or bad with dealing with businesses from abroad and expose scammer's such as BDRUSH.com & BUYBULKMEDS.com ( shakeela bano & perveen bibi) theses 2 businesses are the same scam, they also run other website's ripping people off and sending absolutely nothing for your money.
Thanks for sharing your experience, Sammy.
Recently I was able to receive 50% of my money back from the NFL SHOP, the NFL shop noticed my review and satisfied the outstanding issues of dispute.
Jabber has hundreds of poor reviews regarding the NFL shop if I had sourced them out first on Jabber my NFL shop nightmare would never of happened.
Thanks Jabber your the best

(Updated from 2010 review)
Sitejabber hasn't been able to find much info on the 20 or so site
Reviews I required. Even some of the more popular companies like
Microsoft.com has only a few reviews.
The main problem for me is there are not enough reviews for
The more common sites, although it has improved a fair bit over
The last year or so.
SiteJabber's a wonderful concept & has good ideas but I think
Maybe they need to find some way to draw in more reviewers.
It is also quite simple for a competitor to post unwarranted, negative
Reviews concerning rival companies or a positive one for their own. Having said that I am not aware of it being a major issue(I'm not sure that very much could be done about it anyhow.)
I believe Sitejabber was formed mid 2008, so has not had that much
Time to develop a larger data base of reviews.
I must say though that if you have any querries or need assistance
Using Sitejabber the admin team are very helpful and respond
Quickly(personaly if they can.)They are obviously making
The effort in that area.
There are some floors but hopefuly, over time, the site will
Develop as it is a great concept with decent potential.
Sitejabber is a joke. The site is not moderated which allows people to make multiple accounts and spam negative reviews. Then they comment on their own reviews which pushes them to the front because they are the most "relevant". Yeah right.
When we spoke with them about individuals making multiple fake names to leave negative comments, they basically said "too bad". All companies will get negative reviews but your positive reviews should outweigh them, was their answer.
That's great in theory, but people only go out of their way to COMPLAIN; the average person will not go out of their way to find some sort of review site to leave a positive review for some business. As soon as there's a problem though, they are all over the internet spamming their complaint as much as they can.
Shouldn't a website like this try and make it so an individual can leave only ONE review for a company? And if that person changes their mind, they should be allowed to edit and change that review or even delete it entirely if they want to.
It's not easy to find out what we want in same field and in different countries at the same time Sitejaber offer you a wide range of products and services to help you
Hi Ahlem! We appreciate the review, thank you.
Love that SiteJabber is a place I can rant or rave about something or someone. Unfortunately, no one can see some of my better reviews because the FilterBot keeps making them DISAPPEAR. Oddy, the Bot did not pic up a big string of weirdly named(ex: waleskadext g.) 5 star reviewers that are obviously shilling for the Tidestore clothing company. The seemingly malfunctioning FilterBot also fails to pic up names like Ip$#*!a, which is just some shill's attempt at humour. Ipa$#*!a= IP $#*!a' = IP $#*!ter.
Signed,
A real person.
Hi Krzysiek. To allow for full transparency, we don't prevent reviewers from leaving negative feedback. That being said, Sitejabber doesn’t spotlight negative reviews over positive ones either.
